Pretty big store, Im not expecting that much big....They have good collections as well....Car equipments sections are good....They sold Wine and imported beer well.... imported beers prices are so so cheap.....They have restrooms inside stores...Parking is so huge...

Very clean and big. Nice people working there. I can honestly say it’s the first 99c store I went to that sells alcohol.I’ve visit this store more than once and they’re always so nice and welcoming every time :)

Well-stocked. Lots of random cool things throughout. I witnessed a staff member sanitizing the handheld baskets. Speedy check out even with somewhat lengthy lines. Avocados currently available as a bag of 6 small ones for $1.99. Great deal. Covid friendly and I felt safe with the amount of social distancing. I also appreciated that we did not have to wait in line to enter the store and that there was a wheelchair accessible entrance. Im not sure if the bathrooms were open, but the facility was pretty clean. Probably one of the best stores Ive been in in a while. 10/10

What can be said its the 99 cents store. Although there are a lot more items over 99 cents, and some interesting items in the lot. Worth a look. Friendly staff.

Went into this store and all the staff was super nice . They greeted us the moment we went in , and at check out they were extremely friendly . As we were leaving , we had at least 3 people saying thank you . Felt welcome at every moment we were there . Good job to Manager and staff and everyone deserves a raise LOL

My first time in this this branch. Fancy stuffs, clean and not crowded at all.

This 99 store is not a very good neighbor the parking and alley way is always dirty with shopping carts from other stores. Car parts left on the property. We called the manager two weeks ago and all the trash and junk is still there. Our next step will be to call the main office or the city in hope of some action.09/06/2021 writing again asking this store to clean up the junk surrounding the store. The parking lot area has old tires and large trash filled bags. The on back side on brighton st near the emergency exit is all kinds of trash including chairs, clothing and trash. We have called the store numerous time and again no one cares. Please do your part and maintain your property and surrounding areas.

Has brand names at great prices. Always check the expiration dates to be sure its not bad .

This store looked like it had a great selection of merchandise, however, it is a covid hot spot waiting to happen. When walking in, I saw overcrowded aisles and about 50 people in two checkout lines with less than a foot between each customer. I turned right around and left. If you are taking precautions, you may want to avoid this store for the time being.

Thery nice, not crowded

Well, its not 99cent only anymore. The average seems to be about $2.99 and there doesnt seem to be as many products. The do have name brand items though which may matter to some.

I walked in for two things.. I came out with 12 things...

The Service: At least 2-3 counters opened.The Value: They just remodel or re-arrange the store display. They add more fresh vegetables and fruits.I love shopping gift bags here. Many varieties and cheap!! If I can pay 99 cents for a gift bag, why pay $4.99 somewhere else? Spend the money wisely!!The Parking: Private lot & street parking (free)

Diego is the best manager of any of these 99 Cent stores! He took care of my return simply and easily and has a great attitude even when working at night.Always come back to this one because the place is kept clean by him and the workers there! Almost never have a bad experience with finding items or with most workers here.There is one older rounder woman who always looks like shes just mad to be there and just walks around looking at things to pass the time, but the rest of the crew looks like they are always engaged with the customer.

I asked if they were stocked on a regular product all other 99s keep stocked. It was checked in back but heard employees being rude and unprofessional. One woman saying tell them no we dont have it in the back by open doors to employee i asked. No information was given on shipment. Ive been pushed to side here. There is no reason to do so. I have disabilities that you cant see but cause trauma. This store can be sued.They are lucky to have jobs. Customer service does not exist here. They are rude. Go anywhere else.

There is always so much awesome stuff you can find here. The items seem to change on a regular basis so if you see something you like, I suggest you scoop it up before its gone. Friendly staff members and a clean store with lovely holiday music makes this a great shopping trip each time.

I like the 99 cent store

Worse Customer Service ever!! Especially the morning shift. I speak 3 languages Spanish/Filipino(Tagalog) and everyone talked bad about me in Spanish. I said good morning to 2 of the employees they just looked at me like Im stupid. BEAR MINIMAL SENTENCES. No one is friendly or greets you good morning. Grab what ever you need and get out cause everyone is having a bad day and they want you to too. Dont bother interacting with the employees. N. Hollywood and Glendale is farther but at least they acknowledge their customers.

We bought a couple bags of dried beans to make soup with. My wife labored for hours. The aroma was amazing! All of the sudden she noticed worms boiling up to the top of the soup. We spread out some of the beans we hadnt used in some water to see if they were the culprit, and upon inspecting the beans I noticed round holes of obvious parasites. I guess Ill go back to my original rule; canned foods and sauces ok, but fresh veggies and dried pasta/staples are a no go. I guess they dont vet where this stuff is brought in from properly? Anyway, a whole large pot of soup down the drain. So sad. :-(

Ive been shopping at this $.99cents store for a few years..the pros are you can always find a new or helpful gem within their weekly shipments. Also they try to be mindful of long lines by opening registers when over loaded. ..Now for the Con..the only con and that is with All the $.99cent store, within recent quite a few of the items are no longer 99cents...so keep that in mind when shopping.

Its an okay store. The place itself isnt too messy and there is a variety of things for very cheap prices. The employees are decent but most of them are at the registers. If you are on a budget or looking for a great deal then stop by this place. But if you are wanting more a quality type of item then Id suggest just stopping by a local walmart.

Came here as an emergency to get some supplies for school and it was surprisingly nice in this 99 cents store. it may have just been the employees that helped me. I couldnt find basic cotton balls but the old lady working there was incredibly helpful and sweet

Friendly staff. Good produce but you need to get there early for best pick. Clean store and everything was organized on shelves. Good parking...easy in and out access.

New store layout is great. People are genuinely friendly. Do your research, not everything here is cheaper than the box stores.

I love coming to this store I find so many goodies and treats here, also I can find any other things for my household that Im looking for, of course the prices are low, low, low so I would definetly recommend them.

The Store was messy, but that is sort of expected at a 99 cent store near the holidays. I had only a handful of items to checkout. Lots of people waiting in line and they only had one register open. I stood in line for about 20 minutes while the cashier struggled to get only one person through the line. After seeing how incapable she was at doing her job efficiently and that they were not using any other staff to open other lines i put all of my things back and left. I found all of the same things i came for at the Target down the street, without paying much more or waiting in overcrowded lines. I have been to great 99 cent stores, this location just isnt one of them.

Easy shopping with lowest price compares to nearby grocery stores and enjoyable with fresh vegetables and fruits. Preserved fruits are available too with a large variety produce. I walk from my place only few minutes. My wish for fruits is great.

Great store wonderful location and as always the prices were right. Some items maybe $1.99, $2.99, or 399--but its always a good value for the price. and one more important thing; if a store clerk or the cashier does not know where an item or merchandise is located they know how to find someone who does.

Great place for last minute thing for 99 cents. The customer service is excellent. You need to check the store for new deal items and the deal corner is two goodie bags for 2 for 99 cents.

I always shop here. Good selection and well organized. Dont buy unrefrigerated produce here, tho. (except potatoes) Room temp is too warm and it goes bad too fast.

Decent parking lot, and a larger size store. they carry 18 eggs for only $3, they always have a selection of Breads and crackers and cookies, and the employees are pretty nice.

Last week I went into my favorite 99 Cents Only store location. I am a longtime shopper here but will no longer be returning to this franchise and neither will my friends and family. I asked for help and customer service by a manager named “Crystal” and she was rude, dismissive, and plain mean in her demeanor towards me. I felt insulted and my shopping experience ruined.

If you have a spare 99 cents you should definitely consider spend it there. In fact youll need more money to spend first of all because 99 cents is just a brand which is not related to prices plus taxes.

This is the larger one in Burbank and has a great selection. A must visit for all families with kids always looking to shave a dollar.

Quick lines. A little overstuffed. Bad parking situation.

I go here bc its so close to my house but I dont enjoy the experience. Mostly its the parking. Its always packed and I have several scratches and dings on my car from parking in the lot. The store is very small. But they have an alright selection. One thing Ill give to this company is how much they donate to the LA Zoo. Its nice to see a company support to thier local animal organizations.
