Ms. Manzar Kia is not honest and she doesnt have enough knowledge after 20 years and she is not up to date about new immigration rules and uses old forms for immigration cases. Because of her fault and mistake my mothers citizenship case was rejected. she and her staff were not helpful at all. One star is even too much for her law service.

A few years ago, we used Mrs. Manzar Kia’s services for my parents’ citizenship process. Unfortunately, mrs. Kia had put discrepant information on my parents’ file which lead to their case being rejected.The officer in charge found the discrepancies very insulting to one’s intelligence since the mis information was very obvious. Mrs. Kia had put abroad travel dates very confusing that non matched each other while my parents had done everything by the book.Unfortunately, there is a note on their case stating that they committed perjury. It’s said that my mom had lied about her traveling dates while she wasn’t asked even one question by the immigration officer since she doesn’t speak a word of English!!! Poor my mom... she was insisting that she didn’t say a word.we didn’t dare to apply for my parents again.The reason I am writing this comment today is this:I was talking to one of my friends today. She said how her mom’s citizenship case was messed up because the lawyer had made mistakes on the documents and when the case was rejected, the lawyer had used harsh language to argue with the immigration officer. Now, on her mom’s case is written that she ( the mom) was rude and picked a fight with the immigration officer!!! While again like my mom she isn’t able to speak English and didn’t talk at all. Later, we found out it was Mrs. Kia who had argued with the officer in a rude tone.It seems that on such immigration cases, the lawyer’s reaction is considered as the client’s reaction.When I asked my friend the lawyer’s name, she said: Manzar Kia.! And I gasped. Then I decided to write this review for others to be careful when choosing someone to aid them with their immigration issues.

I met her few years ago. She is so Honest, has a very caring personality. Her advices are strongly helpful. She’s amazing, having long time experience in Immigration & Social Security matters. She has a very Positive Repetition among Iranian Society.

Mrs manzar kia took our money and did not do anything about the case. We had to take the loss and forget about the $1500 that she intially charged.No integrity no shameThis is to respond to your response which is as dishonest as your overall practiceI was there and paid you the $1500 for my mother. Her last name is laghaeiBut offcourse you will totlly deny it. I have the proof of paymentCould have gone after you legally but dont have the time and extra money to fight a CrookJust trying to help others not to fall victom to you as we did
