Ordered a set of business cards and was very disappointed to receive a poor quality product. Looks like they were cut with a very dull knife, there were rips on the edges. Given that delivery is not super fast, I have to reprint the cards elsewhere locally because I need them asap for the event.I sent an email to GotPrint with the photos asking to address the situation and never got a response. Its too bad I wasted $26 for 100 cards (including shipping) and almost 2 weeks of time waiting for delivery.I will never work with them again.

EDIT: It is important to note that I have printed cards, with logos on them, two times prior to this instance. Funny how they say there are copyright issues AFTER they already took my money and printed the job. Their initial email when I first filed the report told me I uploaded the proofs wrong, nothing in regards to copyright issues. Again, like others have said on here–this company refuses to take accountability for their small mistakes.I have had success using GotPrint in the past, so much so that I made a bulk order with them. When I received the product, it was cut very off-center. I filed a report asking if they could reprint it, and they insisted that the proofs I uploaded were wrong—like many others on here have said. I made sure that the proofs were centered before I placed my order and they still came out like this. The customer service representative doubled down on my error, when I can say wholeheartedly that I uploaded the proper files from the templates they provided. If you can afford to take your business elsewhere, I advise you to do so, its not worth the headache.

I use GotPrint for everything for my small business! From postcards to business cards to stickers, they print everything we need. There were a few issues with the stickers regarding misalignment and cropping but they were responsive and refunded me quickly the first time. The alignment could still use some work but I understand they’re a small family business so I keep coming back!

Being in graphic design, Im beyond disappointed with this company. I purposely purchased my business cards on Sunday, nothing fancy, just standard cards. I paid extra to have them done by the next business day. Here it is Wednesday, I have an important business meeting tomorrow, and no cards. I know they have been printed, but the gentleman on the phone told me that they havent been cut out, and said that paying extra doesnt guarantee anything. Im very upset, I feel this is very unprofessional and I know deep down if Id of just paid the extra $10 with Vista Print, Id have my cards right now.Response: I understand that some places take 2-3 business days for cards. But I also understand that when someone says next day or by noon for a little extra, then the customer should get what is promised. If this wasnt the case, then it shouldnt be an option. Along with the satisfaction guarantee you have on your front page, for someone to tell me what I paid for is not guaranteed is not acceptable. I no longer want your cards, I want my full refund.

Very displeased with the service paid extra for a faster service, and havent received the item. Also a bunch of hidden fees and long ways I would recommend going to a local print shop unless you wanna wait two weeks with paying an extra $30...: overall a bunch of antics in a trash company I wouldnt waste my time or money

Absolutely horrible service!!!!!!! Do not use them. They lie. They are unprofessional and they do deliver on time even if you pay extra for faster shipping. No one communicates with you! After 2 weeks of waiting, my cards have not been shipped. This business is a scam! I repeat…DO NOT spend your hard earned dollar with a business like this. If it’s too good to be true, then it is is. On Google, their ratings are unauthentic. It shows they have an over 4 star rating. However, when you go in to place a review, it’s only a 2.7 rating. Reneee, who works the company, was the most incompetent, lack of compassion person I have encountered in a long time. She did not even try to make the problem right. She even went on to say it a family owned business which I’m assuming it gives the privilege to be disrespectful. Here is what I know. Nothing good comes from deception. It warms my heart in knowing I won’t be last person who leaves as a consumer.

I was looking for a company to make monthly orders. The first month I liked the quality of the upgraded paper and finishes I chose. I ordered the next 2 times and while they do offer unbeatable prices, they pad out the shipping costs so much that they are actually more comparable to the other national printers out there. When my ordered hadn’t arrived on time I contacted customer service. After looking into it I was told there was a problem with the placement of my designs in the upload and the order had not even been started. No one contacted me about this. In both the app and online order status there were no notifications. They sent a vague note about how to change the upload files saying they attached pictures of what was wrong. They did not. I wrote them back about my time sensitive order and that I needed further assistance and received no reply. Instead of spending more time trying to make it right o had to rush the order with another company. Never again. Heed the other reviewers. You do not want to encounter customer service- good luck to you if you choose to use them.

The printing that was done by got print was very unsatisfactory the post cards that were printed were printed and not centered. The original file was Centered. They promised to discount code but when I tried to use it it did not work. I spent more time on the phone talking with them in regards to reimbursing me my money then I spent more time on the original order it was worth. They promised to call back and no one ever call back over countless phone calls. I was very unsatisfied with the printing that they provided the service that they provided and my overall experience with got print. My opinion is that you should think twice before doing business with Got print they are very unprofessional. They were very unconcerned with my money that I spent or my business that I did with them with unsatisfactory product. Beware do not do business. With got print. I give them a F. I still have not been reimbursed my money.

Unfortunately, the same story as others. Price was ultra competitive, but the cost outweighed the benefits. Ordered once, and everything was washed out. Spoke with customer service, and they assured me it was because I didnt choose the glossy paper - they gave me a 20% off coupon. I guess Ill order again... Second order with glossy paper? Exact same issue. The next reason they gave me was that I didnt have the pictures in CMYK coloration. Why wasnt I told that was the reason beforehand?... Heres a 20% off coupon. Again? Its too bad I dont trust whether they are sure that will fix the issue or not. Going to end up spending over budget now ordering a 3rd set from another company.

I called Got Print after they reply to our post. I call the supervisor back after they left a message on Google saying they would try to work it out and they gave me the run-around once again wasting my time. I think if two businesses cant get along and do satisfactory business they need to sever ties come to a financial agreement transfer funds one way or the other just be done with each other. We dont want a store credit. We just want our money, part or all settle this order out and be done and move on with our life and our business. Thats the fair and right thing to do, no nice talk online will resolve this only action.

I love Gotprint! I use them for my business cards, hang tags, regular tags, and even for some stickers. I find that they are professional, keep you updated along the process, and have a great variety of options.I always use the 40% post consumer recycled paper and love it! It’s perfect for my needs.I will say- make sure you follow their directions! The one time I didn’t I got a messed up order but since then I e followed them to the T and gotten perfect results! Thank you!

Ive utilized the printing services for this business for many, many years and have always been satisfied with the quality of the printing and the customer service, until lately, Perhaps its due to the pandemic or a shortage of personnel, but their quality has gone way down. Their customer service is terrible and the last person i spoke with when i was having an issue with their website and templates, was rude and very unhelpful. Im taking my business elsewhere.

Ordered and original delivery date was suppose to be July 16 and did not receive the order until July 27. The order was delivered to an incorrect address but a neighbor was able to bring me the box. Once I opened the box the cards were in horrible condition. All of the cards were stuck together as if they were all once piece, additionally all the cards were damaged from bottom left corner. Horrible experience and still have not heard back for a resolution to this issue.

So I placed an order on the 9th of August, my order shows that I am In Print (for 2 days Asking what that means, I was not given an answer) I even payed for a faster shipping 2 day option but I cant even get a real status update for my simple order that was formatted for them & they just needed to send the file to print & then set it on the machine to cut them.Very upsetting.

I had been using GotPrint for years! Never had an issue for years and years. I had one mistake they fixed it reprinted and it was fine. Last year I ordered another round and they printed the cards backwards. I complained and asked to fix it and they told me it was my fault for uploading it incorrectly. I checked the proof and it looked right on the proof. Annoyed I just went somewhere else thinking it was just that customer service rep and whatever. This last week (a year later) I put in another order. I like how easy their order process is online and I wasn’t getting difficult cards. Same thing. My proof shows the position correctly. The cards are backwards. Again I put in an issue request to have them fixed, this morning I am told by their Quality Assurance felt that it’s my fault even though my proof shows how I uploaded is correct, so meaning whoever printed them ignored the positioning even though it clearly shows it on the proof. They offered me a $5 discount to reprint. Disgusting customer service. It wasn’t that a mistake was made it’s that they refuse to fix it and for that I’ll never use them again.PS the paper quality of the cards were awful too but I’m sure that’s also my fault.

GotPrint.com had been my go-to for all business printing needs for more than eight years. I have recommended them to all of my business associates and network. It stops here; they have completely lost their edge on the print market.They had been dependable and had excellent services and support.No longer do they have this type of business ethic.I had a new client and created two designs for Got Print to create the files in-house.The new designers they have working for them are not qualified to produce a product. They made several mistakes and even changed the name of the website on the final printed product. When I notified GotPrint, they told me this was my error as I had approved the final print project. I didnt consent to a misspelling of the website your designer did. I sent the file I had submitted as proof, and they did not accept this as proof. Do not use GotPrint.com, there are many other great print houses, or you can get your work done overseas for a fraction of the cost.

Im not usually one to leave reviews but this is the worst place ever, never ordering from them again! I wish I could give them zero stars. The delivery time is so long, I paid extra money for 2 day shipping and its been over a week and my order is still not here, nor has it shipped yet. When I emailed the company for assistance asking for a refund on my shipping they did not even try to rush my order they actually pushed the shipping date back. So unprofessional, so unorganized, not helpful at all! I thought I was getting a good deal but I guess its true, you get what you pay for. This company has very low prices and its because they have very low service as well. Save your time and money, go somewhere else. I wish I read the reviews before ordering from them, seems like a lot of other people have had this same problem.

Used since 2017 for business cards, review us cards, recycled paper and better stock, no issues. Good prices. Good quality. Havent had issues with shipping even when choosing the cheap option.Last year I created a flyer for an event, I had to make a change after I approved it. Rep was able to cancel the order before production. Normally that doesnt happen. Saved me $$ and headache.

I curated an exhibit with a graphic designer for a museum with an EXTREMELY limited budget. GotPrint caught my attention because they offer the best prices and you can load your designs right on their website. The shipping was fast and, while we did experience some quality issues, the company responded immediately and sent us reprints free of charge. If you need to make a project happen with a super small budget, I recommend working with GotPrint.

I was very impressed with the quality of the card. The stock was tight and rigid, the colors popped off the card and everything arrived very quickly. I used their card creator with my graphics and it came out great! All of my co-workers are impressed and want me to create cards for them now too!

I tasked GotPrint with printing 10 sets of postcard designs recently.. All 10 cards appeared exactly as I’d envisioned them and my web-radio listeners who received packages of the cards as pledge drive premiums were equally impressed.I presented GotPrint with some problematic layouts & images — I should have figured out how to include a “Don’t worry about that bit, it’s OK as is” note with my initial file submissions — but GotPrint gave my order their fullest attention, the cards turned out beautifully and I’m grateful for same.

I had a problem with an order, the registration was off so I had a white line around all the cards. The files had a perfect bleed and crop marks as required.

I’ve been using GotPrint for years and when I lived in California my orders always came out good. Then I moved to Missouri and every order I’ve made has had an issue. Poor quality in the Kentucky office. Poor customer service. My business spends roughly $5,000 a month on printing and never once has had an issue uploading files and suddenly, my files, I uploaded are cut uneven and GotPrint blames me. The files haven’t changed or been modified in the last couple years and the printing has been good. Suddenly its being printed in a different state and it’s a disaster.I Don’t Recommend Using Them! You get what you pay for in life. GotPrint is a little cheaper than Vista Print but the Quality of work is also less and long wait times!

Ive ordered a few things from here and I get them printed as agreed. Good quality and in a timely manner. Ive had to rush sometimes and they do get the items out as soon as they say they will. Ive ordered postcards, business cards, flyers and more. Will keep ordering from them. I design my own things so I have only used them to print.

Got Print and its parent company Printograph for resellers was a great low cost printing solution for many years. In the past 8 months Printograph/GotPrint have raised their pricing on most products 31%. Standard print jobs which would normally take 3-5 business days are taking 3 weeks from time of order. They are no longer offering free local delivery to their valued resellers or any incentives. When you call customer service, they feed you with excuses of being low staffed from the Corona pandemic which they have used since last May 2020. Unfortunately, we will have to use other printing sources for now on

Really impressed with GotPrint. Decided to try them and compare to Vistaprint for business cards. Online designer was very easy to use and pretty intuitively laid out. Prices are very competitive. Turnaround time is short and the end product is high quality. Ive been personally impressed with the quality of the cards and everyone Ive given one too has commented on the quality of the look and feel. I will definetly be using GotPrint moving forward!

I had my first order of 2 custom, round labels for my online store and I couldnt me more pleased. I shopped around online and no one could beat GotPrints overall pricing. And since theyre local (Im Downtown and theyre in the Valley), I wanted to support the business. The turnaround is fast (within 14 days) considering their shop is busy processing all those COVID signage, floor dots, etc. And when I contacted the shop to check on print status, the woman on the other line was great!Thank you! Cant wait for a reorder!

Go somewhere else for business cards if you want them in any amount of time. Their website claims printing in 4-6 business days but its been two weeks and nothing. Just called and they say theyre backed up and production times are doubled, but oddly enough there was no mention of that when I placed my order. I could have paid a few bucks more and had someone local do it in half the time. Also, the print resolution on my first order was mediocre at best, which I overlooked for the price, but this time its not even worth it.

You get what you pay for and they are the cheapest around...I have used their services for years, but cant anymore. I am a graphic designer and love the speed and price of these products. Unfortunately, the quality is no longer consistent, and the response to issues is AWFUL.I got a product with jagged cut edges. When I contacted them for a refund, they said that they knew this issue could happen with the paper and printing choices I made. But they didnt inform me of this during my order approval process. They offered me 1/3 the price of my order as store credit. When I asked for more help, they sent me the same, automated response.When I called customer service, I was informed that there are multiple issues like this that they dont warn you about. And there is no way for a customer to find this out beforehand. You just have to waste your time and money.I was told that there was no way to contact a department directly, and that I couldnt be given the name of any supervisors.If quality is a concern, pay more somewhere else. Lesson learned.

I ordered 250 standard business cards. For the most part they look great but there is a white sliver on the left side of each card and and even smaller one across the bottom. It just looks unprofessional so Im having to go through and cut off the sliver on the left side...

Have been using GotPrint for years. Very fast turnaround, and by FAR the least expensive option in the market. Just upload the right stuff, and follow their instructions, and youll get the results you want. Take shortcuts, and you might not be as happy.

Got Print is absolute trash. They have misprinted my business cards 3 times out of 4 and they always blamed me for the problems. The first set of cards I printed were fine, I immediately ordered more cards and the color was purple not blue. They blamed ME! I asked why and they said my art was wrong. But when I asked why the first set came out fine, they declined to answer. They so called Quality Department should be called the excuse department. They have blamed me saying the artwork was incorrect HOWEVER they have never explained why the color was correct on the first set of cards they did. One would think if it came out right the first time why would the color come out wrong the second. 4 sets of cards 3 printed in the wrong color and they have refused to refund me a penny. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Got Print did not meet the production times their site promised. In an hour-long live chat with customer service, I was not able to get my only question answered, which was On which day will this order be printed? The rep persisted in providing vague responses that did not answer my question no matter how I tried to clarify. The company is missing their timelines by a week and they are unwilling to expedite or cancel this order.

I have been using GotPrint for my business for over a year and spend $1000+ a month on printing. The quality for the price in unbeatable, which is why Ive had to continue using them. But their customer service is THE WORST. As others have said in the reviews, they take NO ownership over their own printing mistakes. I used to use Vistaprint, which has amazing customer service, and I wish I could continue using them but price wise, GotPrint has the best pricing for greeting cards. I even had 2 boxes not arrive with an order and GotPrint blamed me. I basically had to submit my DNA and first born child to get them to replace the missing boxes. Super frustrating.

I’ve been utilizing Gotprint for over a year for postcard mailings for my business until a recent issue that they refused to fix.All I will say is that if you order from them and their QA department calls you and asks you to resend your files, ensure that the files upload correctly the second time.My original order i approved was fine but they questioned the resolution and asked me to resend. Once I did, it resulted in the back of the card duplicating itself leaving me with same front and back and 10.000 postcards that were not usable.They offered me a 200 credit on a future order which was insulting since i have $1200 worth of postcards that have no postage or contact info.I’ve moved on to a new company that values their customers and who stands by their work.

Tertible experience buying simple vinyl banners. Small trial order was a total fail. Lesson learned. Did not get what we expected. They called three times so assumed everything was confirmed. Will go back to my other sources which have superior software making the process painless. Uprinting.com Vista etc.

The trifecta business card product has potential in being great. Very thick cards, just not produced well.Extremely unsatisfied with this company. Ordered over 2500 business cards that were supposed to be blue and came out purple. They claim it was my editing error, but even our company logo that is blue printed purple on every card. Not only was there a major color issue, but almost every card has the edges folding up. Terribly cut.I submitted an order request but the only thing they were able to do was send a $100 credit. This would be great if shipping was not $40! Regardless that doesnt even get me half of what I paid for.Very unfortunate for a business with a strong color scheme and professional persona to receive such a mess. We hoped to continue business with GotPrint because we loved the prices, but the customer service and satisfaction just isnt there.Moving forward, you get what you pay for! Dont be blinded by the price and just go with the better rated company.

Ordered 1,000 new business cards and GotPrint was able to give a great price! The lead time was also extremely fast, as other vendors were quoting 1 month just to send them out. I highly recommend GotPrint!

Im a consumer, not a professional. Just wanted some labels printed. They didnt want to process my order. Seems like a fly-by-night operation.

I ordered business cards a few times from Got Print and the first few orders were great and at a great price. However, the most recent time I ordered business cards, they were TERRIBLE quality. The color looked like it ran low when printing.I contacted support and they claimed it was because the file was in RGB color format. I went to inspect it myself and PARTS of it were but others were in CMYK and also looked faded. Not to mention this is the same template with the same colors I have used every time I have ordered with no previous issues.In summary, they do not own up to their printing mistakes resulting in terrible customer service. I will not be ordering from them again due to this inconsistency in final production.

Ive had 2 issues first issue was dealing with User Interface. I re-order and order but somehow with the user interface that thickness was not submitted correctly and received really poor quality. I was given an option to re-do business cards but I had to wait again a week. Second issue is not having be able to expedite process. I had an issue with billing and by the time I fixed it today it would not be finish till 7 days then 2-3 days delivery. I understand their is a pandemic but if the company is going to be running I would prefer letting customers know that things are taking longer because you only have few places running full capacity.

Placed an order in October... issues with pixilation so reworked the image several times. Received a random email stating a problem with a design that was printed over a year ago, so I emailed back pointing out the order was not current... received it in the mail two days later. GotPrint re-generated an old order, printed without authorization, charged me for it, then shipped it. Numerous phone calls and emails about this, but they will not refund payment for the erroneous order. Awful customer service and unfortunately cant trust them for any further orders.Update: GotPrint issued a refund for their mistake so I thought all was good and went online to design/place a new order to discover GotPrint closed my account due to fraud. I claimed no fraud, customer service admits they decided that and there was no way to re-open my account. What?! What about my three years of designs I created? No response back from the company, nor Management. Customers should know that GotPrint will cancel your account and keep your design work.

Update,I have used got print with several and orders since my past review have went very well. I previously left a 1 start review for customer service but have since used them several times and all went well. We all make mistakes and i feel got print has gotten back to where they were before and a new review is in order.

Great system as long as nothing goes wrong, I got the wrong product, nicely printed sign, just not my art.Dealing with Customer Service is incredible frustrating, they prefer using email, and when replying to their emails I get a new emails asking me to please describe how they can help me.Bottom line is, when asking for help to resolve the problem, their position is Please prove to us that this is the wrong art rather than having a position of lets solve this..... $280 is not that inexpensive for the wrong product really.*Edit, having read other reviews here, it seems the company have a culture of customer being wrong whenever something goes wrong. regardless what happened. Dear owner maybe this is something you should consider addressing as if you get customer service to work with your customers it seems like your product is great and you would have a 5 star company. just my 2 cents.

As a professional landscape and commercial photographer, it might sound a bit funny to hear me say that my IMAGE everything. In this instance Im not talking about the clarity of a photograph or how well it might sell. Im talking about the image of my business.Many months ago I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering business cards through a billion dollar office supply chain. The quality of those cards was extremely lacking with the font being so tiny as to be illegible.I knew it was time for a change and though I had not used GotPrint before, I elected to give them a chance. My business cards came back very quickly and more importantly perfectly done. There was more explanation via the Internet than over the phone. Overall both experiences they helped me address the issues with my order.The disappointment is more on my lack of research with their options and overall price for what I received.I ordered 100lb recycled matte business card.This isnt ideal for someone who wants a decent, good quality business card.This specific paper has no professional value or strong appearance when one presents themselves or what a company may represent.It is flimsy, weak, soft and something you can do yourself at home.When ordering business cards this specific paper is not recommended.

Absolute trash customer service. I don’t think I’ve dealt with a company sporting customer service this poor in a long time.If I could give zero stars, I would. They could have easily has thousands and thousands of dollars in business, but instead will get nothing. Beware, and be ready to be disappointed.

Ive used GotPrint for both business and personal printing within the last year, and theyve exceeded expectations both times. First time was a 100 page, digitally printed catalog for my employer - paper quality was better than I expected, color matching was well done (better than the local printers ive used in the past), customer service reached out when they found a potential file error so I could correct it, and turnaround was quick for such a large project (just over a week from file sent to shipment received). Second project was for 4x4 uncoated postcards which is not an easy size to find someone to print - I usually have to order 4x6 postcards and cut them down. Colors were matched incredibly accurately (since these are such bold colors, i didnt expect them to pop so much, especially on uncoated stock), and the uncoated stock gave the print a neat screen printed look. Shipping charges are on par with other online printers, and again, shipment was received in about a week. Will absolutely be moving more printing projects to GotPrint.

Pre-Covid you were my #1 choice. Now I am not so sure. First because of the high co$$$t of delivery and second because your delivery times are always wrong. You should reinstate Pick-up option to your customers.

I got my cards earlier than the expected date of delivery. That’s already an A+ for me. I only purchased their basic just so I can try them. It’s my first time to try their product. I’m so happy about it. I can’t wait to see their upgraded ones. We’ll definitely order from them again.

Horrible experience! First and last time with GotPrint ... 2 weeks back and forward in regards a PDF file... unbelievable!!! Then I received the wrong item ...I should see all the bad reviews before... 🙄

I have been ordering from GotPrint on the behalf of my clients since 2012. Their product always came in a timely manner after getting approval and their products are of high excellent quality.But, you have to be familiar with the ordering process and be able to supply the desired artwork to their specifications to get the project successfully printed. Most of my clients dont and therefore turn to me to do it for them. Just make sure to double and triple check your project during and after the order.

This company by far has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They cash to check after I canceled my order and told them not to cash it. This was over a month ago and I still have not received a check for reimbursement. The phone wait time is ridiculous. And when you finally do get somebody on the phone they are rude. They are cold and very unprofessional do not use them!!!! I could keep going about my experience but Ill leave it at what I said.

I have used them several times per year for several years. Their prices for high volume, high color, high quantity jobs are consistently very competitive. Dont be fooled by introductory prices elsewhere. Got Print prices are low throughout a long relationship with them.Their turnaround is 100% reliable as posted on the website. Their normal quality is higher than other national printers.

Disappointed by size cut of the product received. I was hoping this was not the case because their sampler was such great quality.

I searched for days to find a good printing company with great prices. I was in the market for my very first business cards. I had no idea what I was doing. I messaged gotprint with questions, but before they could respond, I went ahead and assumed I figured out what I was doing and placed my order. When they returned my message, I informed them of my purchase and said if they didnt turn out right I would just reorder. (obviously it would have been my own fault.) Gotprint went above and beyond to check my order and make sure I had my image set properly so they would turn out perfectly. Today, my cards arrive. They are perfect! I went with all the standard options. They are glossy, shiny, and perfectly cut/aligned. I spent less than $13 on a box of 100 cards. As far as shipping, timing was as to be expected. If you are looking for a printing company with quality customer service, low prices, and amazing product, check out gotprint!

Got Print was quick to resolve my issue to my satisfaction after I posted a 1 star review. Therefore, I am changing my review to a 5 star review. I appreciate them jumping on making this right. I will continue doing business with them!Issue that I incurred that led me to leave a 1 star review: I submitted my first business card order last week. In the past we have only submitted brochure orders that have a different process (printed 4 times a year, with a spend well over $50,000).Got print has a poorly designed business card submittal form that caused the format of our business card to print incorrectly. I made a suggestion on how to fix the problem and they gave me a canned response without acknowledging that the form is flawed. I was disappointed that they did not take any responsibility, but chose to brush the reality under the rug. They offered me a courtesy $5 discount for my next order, nothing for my current order. I have been a client for years and am very disappointed with their response.

Ive been Gotprint customer since 2008 honestly, it prints well. thats why I was regular customer. But its really unkind and the customer service is so bad. Im good at printing, so I tried printing again here, but Im not going to do it here and I really dont recommend it. I am very angry with their attitude.

Im a professional photographer and Ive been printing 4x6 cards from this place for years. They always nail it on the first run. Perfect color. Theyre super fast. And being able to pick them up in Burbank saves the money for rush shipping. I love Got Print. Theyre my go to every time

I love the online designer. I was ordering a lot of products and it was charging me over $30.00 in shipping. I called to see if they offered any discounts and was told they could only offer 5%. I researched coupon codes and there is nothing out there. I went to Vistaprint, got a great design that was cheaper and I was a able to use the 20% code to get the best deal.

Ive been using got print for the last three years for stickers, post cards, and business cards primarily. I live locally so I can just drive over and pick it up to avoid shipping fees which I love. The prices are reasonable as well as the turn around. The staff is always super friendly when I go inside and Ive never had any issues with the products.

As a graphic designer doing lots of printing I have been their client for about 6 years now, and theyve never disappointed me, not in quality, nor in service. They are very efficient, as long as one follows their specs — they deliver. For a customized job that doesnt fit their specs, youd better use your local printer...

Banner required for event was promised to be delivered early, and now wont even ship. Customer service claims UPS doesnt offer expedited delivery. I ordered a banner for shipping, and paid for express delivery. My delivery date was specified on my order. I called every day from the day I placed the order to make sure that the order would ship on time, and on EACH CALL I was assured of such. On the day the item should have shipped, I did not receive tracking details, so I called early the next morning, and was told their machine had broken, and they were unsure of what would occur, but I would get a call within an hour. 3 hours later, I contacted them, and I was told that they still didnt know what was happening. After another hour, I was told that the item was printed, but they couldnt get UPS to ship it Saturday delivery, or even early morning delivery on Monday, because our software doesnt show this, even though both UPS and FEDEX web pages clearly offer this service between the involved ZIP CODES for the package size on the specific dates. Manager refused to involve anyone else, and was very rude and dismissive.

BUYER BEWARE: It took weeks for my order to come, and then it was wrong. When I called to see about having them correct it, they were beyond rude. I will never order from here again, and I would suggest you don’t either!

Ive placed a total of 4 orders of EDDM postcards, starting from 800 cards to 2500 card orders. The first order had zero issues, but every order of 2500 cards has been well below that amount. What is the point of placing an order for 2500 but always get less. Maybe they assume that no one will actually count the total number of cards in each order. Their first resolution was a minor discount on the next order, but considering its still been underprinted each time, what is the point. Otherwise, theyll just state they completed the order correctly. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM AND FIND ANOTHER PRINT COMPANY!!

Is there any way your can print large orders of flyers in burbank like usual instead of sending them out to kentucky and texas? the shipping costs are way too expensive and we are losing business because of this

I sent them a high resolution 2000 pixel image, and they would not accept it. I have a degree in graphics design. I dont think they know what theyre doing. I had to cancel my order and go elsewhere.

So, the quality of the print turned out to be awesome. I say this because I was told that with the file I uploaded that it could be an issue, perhaps pix elated. So that scare was for nothing. I will say though, you dont automatically get a free sample. However when asked, it was verified they still had a sample on hand and they mailed it right out for free. Thats how I can tell you I was totally pleased. What Im not pleased about is the reorder function.... I guess I should mention, this pertains to Every Door DirectMail USPS intergrated. See, I want to target a different Zip Code this month. Well, each time, its like starting all over again. What the heck? I would like to see an option to reorder and then add in the new route numbers, zip codes for this months mailings. I dont want to start new orders each month. Seriously...

I have used GotPrint for a number of years. When I compare their turnaround time to other online print companies, theirs is on the longer side for production. This is partially due to the fact that they work in business days and not calendar days. This is the reason for the 3-star review. Otherwise, aside from longer lead times (compared to their completion) product is usually of a high quality and produced to spec.

I have ordered from GotPrint dozens of times over several years and am always impressed with their speed and quality. I like having the option of local pickup as well as reasonably priced shipping. Banners, postcards, business cards, tickets....everything Ive ordered has been great!

I spent an hour designing a card on this website and then they tacked on 13+ dollars for shipping. I went back to look at the shipping at the start of the process and the way they calculated shipping was very sneaky and you couldnt choose any of the cheaper options they offered at the beginning once you were at check out. I was annoyed because I put time into the design. I ended up using vista print and my card designed ended up looking better, more professional and not as cheap. I will not be ordering from gotprint any time soon.

If you are looking for assistance from someone who listens carefully and communicates effectively, without speaking over you with a rapid fire response ...This is not the place to call!!!!!!The screen selections move in and out of sight however a stationary taskbar stays on the screen. The agent did not articulate this, instead she literally kept repeating the same instruction over and over, I decided to hang up and buy from MOO. Better quality.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with and my items havent even arrived yet, we ordered a set of 2500 door hangers and it has been nearly 2 weeks since we ordered them and they still havent shipped. I spoke with 3 customer service reps and was told 3 different complete and ship dates, tried to cancel my order 3 days after i placed it when I saw no movement on the account and they told me I couldnt cancel, I tried to pay for expedited printing and shipping and they told me it wasnt available for my product, they wouldnt even let me pay for faster shipping!Horrendous customer service and long long long print times, save yourself the headache and use printrunner or vistaprint

Ive used but then for postcards and for stand up banners. They really are quick and inexpensive and the items turn out perfect. I havent had any issues so cannot comment on customer service but I would recommend them hands down for service. I did call once before submitting my stand up banner order which was significant and a rush order and they helped me ensure they were set up right.

I will give 3 stars because I believe the price was very fair and on the lower end. Especially with the Black Friday Deal. However, I wasnt thrilled with the product or customer service. First round the card came out pink-sh instead of purple and with a slight white line. They offered to comp the price I paid with a coupon code - however, when I went to re-order the exact item I still have to pay a little under $3. I just got the new re-order in the mail and the cards are still pink-ish. My company logo is purple so it doesnt look right. At this point ill stick with another company.

The client needs to change the design file and they asking for $30 as re-processing fee just for a soft copy proof.Then I ask them for the page link of those rules, the customer service cant give me the right link which they dont know LOL. And then they decide to waive the fee after talking to the manager... And the person just want to finish the chat ASAP. They treat the job like a joke.Their price seems low but not worthy for the time you cost.I will choose 4over or zoo-printing instead of them next time.

I have printed at least 7000 postcards and business cards using GotPrint and I have been highly satisfied with the product. Their cropping is perfect, colors are true, and turnaround is as advertised. Great prices and no bait and switch like some other printing companies.

Ive used Got Print dozens of times in the past with no problems. I set up a client of ours, putting my word and reputation on the line vouching for these guys. I uploaded the files for the post card as normal. Everything looked fine and I approved to print. After the cards were done we shipped directly to a mailing service. Well come to find out the front side of 5000 cards was unreadable. When I approached Got Print they took weeks to investigate it running me thru the ringer again asking to take pictures of five different cards and mail to them. Then I never heard back so I called to find out they are blaming the file we sent in. My question is this - It looked fine when I uploaded it. They should of seen it printing or at the very least after it was finished. Even worse the mailing service didnt catch it either. Got Print offered a $35 credit towards a future order. This all after my client spent thousands of dollars on the entire process.Ive been doing business with Got Print for over ten years and Im amazed they would lose me as a customer over a couple hundred dollar refund. Not to mention all the people Ive told about Got Print.
