Excellent service at this family-owned shop. They do more than shoes so if you have something that needs fixing, give him a call or bring it here, let him look at it. Theyll give you a reasonable price and theyll fix it like brand new. You will leave a happy customer and youll return without hesitation when you have something else that needs fixing.

Been coming to this shop for years. Family owned and operated. Siblings Dena and Isaac have always given such great customer service. They also work in the film industry with costumers. So sometimes we are all working on the same jobs together. Love catching up with them. Love the quality of work they do. Did a great job and really helped me figure out what I needed (it was a bit complicated). I’m giving 4 stars because it’s a bit pricey and they demand full payment up front.I can understand that from a business perspective since people can take forever to pickup, and sometimes never do and that time and expense has been spent. I really do understand the logic, it just challenges my trust issues.I was suppose to be notified when it was done but never was. I finally called and was told it’s been ready and that she texted me a week prior. I most definitely did not receive a text or call, so didn’t appreciate the gaslighting.All that aside, the work was very well done and I would use them again.

After being told that my older Doc Martin’s couldn’t be fixed by another shoe repair shop I almost gave up. Fortunately I took them to Victor’s and not only did they fix them but they are better than ever. Great workmanship! Highly recommend.

Ive been going there forever! Family business, used to know the Dad who has since retired. You will never find another repair shop like this one. They can do it all. Excellent craftsmanship, excellent customer service and the prices are fair for the quality. They repair for all the studio people and that isnt easy... lol - Im one of them. They even touched up the red on the bottom of my C. Louboutins as I had worn them in Wyoming in the dirt, long story... but they matched the red perfectly!!!!!!!!!

Took a good pair of my work shoes here to be repaired. I was not expecting to be able to pick the shoe up the same day. Absolutely phenomenal. Incredibly cheap, too. I just googled shoe repair and this was the first place to come up. I am very grateful for finding it.

Quality shoe repair with knowledgeable sources staff. The heel replacement on my Frye boots was $30, but the repair blends seamlessly. They also cleaned them up and added a cushioned liner to the inside as a bonus. Id recommend them to anyone.

I take all my shoes here to be fixed or polished or whatever needs to be done. They also fix luggage and they can make keys. I love this place. I totally recommend going here. I love having to pay up front do that there is no surprise at the end. They are honest and do good work.

Full disclosure... Ive never been in a position where Ive needed to go to a shoe repair place before, so I cant compare against other places... only my experience, which was fantastic! When I posted on facebook asking friends where theyd recommend, the response was overwhelmingly in favor of Victors, which featured many passionate responses!It is in a plaza, so there is always plenty of parking! The woman who was in the store was very welcoming and friendly. She gave me a bit of a discount because it was my first time there! In addition to the zipper I needed replaced on a boot, they were also able to fix my wallet which had lost a snap. I figured it might be something they could do, and they hooked me up for $5! So it was an all-around great experience.I highly recommend this place!

Took a few expensive used shoes here and the manager Dina did an amazing job repair g them same day for $15 each. They weather proofed them and polished. They look as good as new!

This place is the real deal. Operated by a brother and sister who truly care about their customers.Ive been coming here for 10 years and every time I go in, Deena (usually behind the counter) is always so nice and accommodating.Beyond that, their work is absolutely top knotch. Ive brought in my redwings several times to get resoled which takes about 1-2 days TOPS (about a month if I go through Redwings directly) and they come out perfect every time. Theyve also repaired the little brackets for the speed laces that break off occasionally.Cool tip, if you have dress shoes and want a different color sole, they can do it! Slap a red sole on your black dress shoes and look fly AF!Last time I went in there, they adjusted a belt that I bought in Florence Italy. Again, perfect.One time, I had them stretch out a pair of cowboy boots I bought and they went above and beyond to help me. Went in several times over a couple weeks to try them on and they did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied - price stayed the same.Hope they never go away!

I absolutely adore this family owned and operated shop! I’ve had ALOT of patches sewn on my HARLEY jacket, other moto gear, car gear, and the soles on my worn out riding boots are on fleek! Every time I’m there there’s a line out the door...so imagine my joy when I actually got there the other day when I was the only one, and actually got to chat with them for a few minutes!!!! Seriously, if you’re not repairing those $300 riding boots with Victor’s, you’re wasting your money. HARLEY gets you coming and going...they put soles that wear fast because most people dispose and buy new. But why? If the boot is still good, then get new soles! The new ones I have now are better than when I bought them new. I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

I needed the tips replaced on my heels and when I came in with them how long it would take to fix them, they said “how does 6 minutes sound?”. Sounded good to me! I went to Menchie’s for some yogurt and they were done when I got back. Perfect!

Work boot had stitching coming undone while I was on the job so I googled closest shoe repair and fortunately this place popped up. I walked in told the lady at the front my problem and she told me to take the boot off and give her 10 mins well 8 mins later she came back with my boot perfectly fixed. Really great service 100%
