A mixed experience, a very competent Craftsman with poor customer service. I brought in a pair of boots and requested a replacement of the welt and soles, we discussed the details, what kind of thread i could get on the welt, what kind of sole, and i was told 2 weeks.The bad:A month later i called, they got back to me an hour later and told me they just put them in the press. I can only assume they hurriedly got them on track once i called. When i came in a couple days later i noticed that the boots still had the old cracked welt, Im not sure how long it will last and for 100 dollars i feel a little ripped off.The good:He included some small patches and repairs in the work and the craftsmanship all looks great.I think Ill try other places next time i need repairs.

The level of craftsmanship is unlike any other cobbler I have worked with. Sam has done the most incredible job with some very rare high end shoes to ensure they are preserved from any damage. If you care about your shoes, I highly recommend you take them to Sam.

I brought a challenge to Deluxe Shoe Repair. I knew their reputation, as a long time resident so I thought Id try. I had some stains on my favorite boots... I bought 10 years ago! Look at these beauties! He had to mix and match the exact color, the stain could not be removed. He had to re paint. The color was exact, and I know it wasnt easy. I am so pleased, I loved them then and I love them now. Great job, fast, communicative and with care. I highly recommend this place for your purse or shoes.

I had an old pair of Gucci loafers where the soles were coming apart, brought them in to Sam and just wow! Amazing job, when he says you’re going to love your shoes he means it. Fantastic work at a really reasonable price, if you need shoes resoled or leather work in general done you can’t go wrong with Sam.

I have taken three pair of shoes to Deluxe Shoe Repair and I want to say that they have done a stellar job. They repaired the first pair by lowering down the soul and heel. The second repair was to lower the heel and add a new soul to my Christian Louboutin. The third was a botch job I did on my own shoes. Thankfully they could repair them. Deluxe Shoe repair has fair pricing and has outstanding quality. I have found a new friend and a cobbler. I will be taking all my repairs to them in the future. I can’t wait to see their new shop in December.

Sam is amazing!I have a small, bison leather bag that once upon a time was white. When I took it to Deluxe Shoe Repair, it was so dirty I was too embarrassed to use it anymore. I thought it would have to be dyed a dark color in order to save it. But Sam made it a beautiful cream and it looks brand new!He even shipped it to my home since it wouldnt be ready before I left California.

I will tell you that this couple who runs and owns this store are the sweetest, most welcoming, most helpful, most skillful and honest couple I’ve ever seen! And that’s not enough?, they can fix ANY SHOE AND PURSES AND BAG YOU HAVE; from Christian Louboutin to Chanel to a normal $30 leather belt into brand new and what’s even better? They fix it and make it look like you bought it from a Beverly Hills designer store.I brought in my full suede leather shoe from Spain with broken heel and sole, and they make it look like as if I just bought them. From the moment I walked in from the previous Saturday till today when i came back. They remembered my face and are so efficient with their work.They even offered to give me Diet Coke and water and free water proof airbrush! So people, just head to the store with those vintage and branded bags your ex have ruined, they’ll make you forget them and only love your shoes for now.

Sam is a shoe wizard. I had a brand new pair of expensive thigh high suede boots that my cat peed all over. I was so upset that I threw them in a bag in the back of the closet, not knowing what to do, and ignored them for a year. Finally, I decided to see if they could be salvaged. Sam made them like BRAND NEW with NO SMELL. I was amazed. Ive taken like 10 pairs there since and he has fixed any problem I had, including a good job on the cleaning. Cant recommend Deluxe Shoe Repair enough!

Im so grateful to have Delux Shoe Repair in my neighborhood.Sam repaired my broken birkenstocks, my favorite boots that have been to burning man a few times, and he custom mixes polish for my Frye oxfords. He also fixed up my boyfriends beloved alligator cowboy boots. Sam and family are artists!Tip- Buy fewer shoes of better quality. Bring the shoes to Sam before you wear them. Hell set you up so the shoes will last forever. All you need to do is bring them back when the soles run thin or they need polishing. 👍🏼

NEVER CONTACT THIS PERSON if you have a new product! These are absolutely not professional people! Professionals in their field will never spoil a new thing. The cost of this bag is more than $ 3000. When I came to them for service for my bag, I told them that it was practically a new bag. Its term of use is 6 months. I needed to clean this bag after a friends kid accidentally poured a smoothie into it. The inside of the bag was stained from a spilled drink, and bumps appeared on one side (from the corner) on the skin. I handed over the bag in a case. After they took the bag out of my hands, the master himself began to fold it in his hands from the bottom like a soft magazine! For a minute, this is a tough stand-up bag.I very carefully, politely asked her not to bend and put it in a case on the shelf, because this is a tough bag and cannot be broken. After that, a whole performance began, or rather some kind of circus of the absurd. The master (owner) himself was offended at my request! He started telling me completely unprofessional things! That I either have to completely trust him, or leave here! He behaved absolutely incorrectly and unprofessional (it was a 10-minute skirmish about what kind of great specialists they are, and how dare I ask them about anything ... and make some comments). I was told to pick up my bag and walk away from them! After my attempt to settle this whole absurdity, they took my bag. They said September 10 will be ready (10 days).I left their workshop as if doused with mud! I have never encountered such a service! And all the more so - they would treat luxury products in this way.On the 10th, of course, no one called! On the 12th, I called myself, after 5 minutes of searching for my order, I was asked the question: did you return the shoes? After I answered that it was a bag, they said they would call back later. They called back a few hours later and said that my bag was not ready yet. But it will be ready the next day!When I arrived for my bag, it was lying among old shoes, lying down, in a dirty case (as if it was being trampled). Already in the state in which it was stored, it was clear that the shape of the bag was crumpled!After they removed the bag from the case, I was indescribably shocked! The stain did not come out! The smell remains! And all, my new bag was broken! The liquid bubbles were already on both sides! It felt like this bag had been worn for many, many years! And they used it absolutely horribly. I paid $ 120 for my ruined bag. Which they did not return to me! Not to mention the moral harm.When I took the bag after them to the professionals, they were shocked how they could do this with a hard bag! They filled it all up with dense material, put it on a separate shelf in a separate cell! And they will now try to fix the almost irreparable damage done to my bag by these absolute hack-workers!NEVER CONTACT THESE ABSOLUTE NON-PROFESSIONALS! The maximum that they are able to do is absolutely old worn-out things, for which the junk is already crying, to make them look a little good! Everything! Do not trust them with your good things, especially luxury products!
