First off let me start by saying the setting inside this store is so chill and comfortable! I only needed to replace a screen protector but the service was quick, affordable, and all around, easy. The customer service was on point too! I definitely recommend coming here for all of your tech repairing needs.

I was having problems with determining why I couldnt connect my custom desktop to any display. They were able to debug it and help me determine that it was my graphics card that was dead. They also helped me install a new graphics card and the manager even gave me a few tips on how to improve my PC. 5/5, great customer service and very professional, I recommend for anyone looking to fix their PC.

One of the best places in the Valley to get your phone fixed. I’ve gone to many before and most of them are not professional or they have an attitude when your trying to get your phone fixed lol. Not the case here I was apprehended by Carlos he took care of me and made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend tipping you never know when you’ll have to go back to get your phone fixed again 🙏🏻

I needed a new LCD for my Samsung and the owner told me he would need to order it and that he would have it ready by next Monday, perhaps even Friday of that week. (It was monday so one week wait) So I call friday and he says it hasnt arrived, but that he should have it by Tuesday at the latest. Im a patient man so I wait till Tuesday and call.This time he pretends like we never had a conversation on Friday, in fact he pretends like he never even gave me an estimated time! He says the LCD screen is not even in the US and it could take weeks! Are you f.. kidding me? (If he never told me Monday I never would have left the phone with him) Im pretty upset at this point because now I have gone a week without a phone for nothing! Thats a big deal in the year of 2021 lolI went to pick up my broken phone and the guy is rude and even had the audacity to say karma will get me for leaving a bad review. I hope he doesnt treat all his customers this way. Terrible customer service and work ethics if you ask me👎

Fixed the broken screen on my ASUS ROG Phone and for a great price as well. The Best Buy Geek Squad wouldnt even look at it and said they can only do screen repairs on IPhones. May actual bring my business here from now on with tech related issues because of how cheap they were and timely. They also have many awards on their walls for service and pictures of celebs that come here for their tech needs as well. Im going to bring my laptop in soon for a tune up and will update here to let everyone know how it goes.

Tino is the most super knowledgable computer scientist. He knows EVERYTHING I have EVER asked him, to solve my computer issues. He is the most professional, honest, like able guy. I MORE THAN recommend LAPC for any computer need. I give him 10 * stars. Nobody else will fix your problems like Tino at LAPC! At least go once to try them out, because you will be a regular customer, if so.

My phone was working out right, but I decided to change broken screen. After guys changed the screen the phone started living it’s own life (start to call people from my contacts and switch between apps by itself). So I couldn’t use it next day after repair, but couldn’t came back for one month because I was living in another city. Then it dropped and fell apart. When I came to them they said that I have to pay 150$ more for new screen one more time. I refused. So now I have broken phone and minus 150$.

They are always ready to fix any problem, highly recommend it

I went to get my screen changed multiple times now on different phones and I love the service every honest and the work is amazing and when I drop of my phone I know Im in good hands

Ye, this place has some friendly people from what I can pick up but you know when other stores have some moderate expected prices thats what I expect. This store has gotten some great reviews, was expecting good prices, friendly people, and no hassle. I was terribly wrong. $185 plus tax, $50 just order the product plus tax and then $135 plus tax, just to repair a LG - VS920 phone screen. Ive checked out three other places already each one saying they would need to order it, without charging me by the way, and it would take only $70 - $80 plus tax and some time, so I really dont know why people are saying these prices are great but Id recommend going to a AAA or a mall booth to fix your phones because you are being terribly scammed and over priced just for a smile.

I cracked my Galaxy S3 screen and went in here to get it fixed. They were so nice and professional. When they told me it would take 10-15 minutes, I was so surprised.I got a coffee and came back, phone was done!They even have a 2 month warranty with on the screen if anything happens to it during that time.They also fix computers.

Tino is a genius. He can fix any pc or phone problem. For friendly expert service you can trust, LAPC is the BEST!!!Besides all the usual problems, I had a scary hacking problem that Tino solved and saved my butt.
