Bought an oil change deal on Groupon. The service was quick. But after leaving the shop, I realized they forgot the tire rotation which was included in the deal. Next time, need to watch them carefully while they work on the car.

Bought a Groupon made an appointment for the next day and and once I get there they tell me that they aren’t doing oil changes that day even though they told me to go at that time. What a waste of time.

Friendly, knowledgable and affordable service. I was in a bind last week when I found out my radiator was leaking before I had to drive down to Long Beach for work. They mentioned that my car was not fit to drive that distance or it could get worse. He knew the time pressure I was in and, though he said he couldnt make any promises, he worked fast and efficiently to replace the radiator and get the job done. In addition, he also made sure that the fan kicked on in the radiator and the car was safe to drive before I left. He gave me an affordable rate and I still made it to work on time! I am very happy with R & Rs service and will be back here for any future repairs!

We bought a car from Roger at KR Autobahn group (an associate) and Tigran at R&R did the minor repairs for us right away and after a fender bender, they repaired the body damage and repainted better than new !Their quality and integrity are 2nd to none. Highly recommend R&R.

Awesome shop, the owner is very honest and he makes sure you understand what he has to do and why he has to do it. You will leave there knowing that your car was repaired properly and you werent over charged.If for some reason youre unhappy about something or something isnt quite right bring the car back and he will make sure the problem is resolved.

If you dont want to be scamed, dont come here! I bougth a boucher on Groupon for for a basic oil change and fluid refill (windscreen wiper, anti-sealer and brakes). They charged me an extra for the synthetic oil and the filter (which is understandable). The surprise is that they NEVER CHANGED THE FILTER! Finally, they charged me for other lies, which meant that a simple oil change that should have gone cheaper than usual, ended up costing me twice as much!The mechanics speak in Romanian among them and you never know what they are talking about, they finally come to you with what you have to pay for something else ...NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE! Seriously

This is the best machanic in los angeles period ..he is very honest u even feel welcomed right from the start when u come to his shop .
