This place sucks stay away at all costs. Dont let the cheap rates pull you in like they did to me. That being said Heres a little story about my experience with them and how they operate. I originally started out with Vanessa as my adjuster. The year passed no accidents no tickets. When it was time to renew I tried calling her multiple times with none of my messages returned. Finally a few days after expiration I received a call from (Jerry) who informed me he was taking over Vanessas clients and would be happy to help me. Due to the fact that I was expired and did not want to search for a new company I decided to proceed with him. After paying premium and penalties for being late ( I blame arrow star 100% for being late, a call back in a timely manner would have prevented that) Anyway I was covered and happy for the time. Until renew time when Jerry disappeared and none of my messages were returned. I have called and have documented the (Im not lying) 30 messages I have left for them. Today I called multiple times and left multiple messages. The business hours posted on there site and online state 9am-5pm. No calls were returned by arrow star all day. Also they post multiple numbers but they all lead back to extension 300. Im not sure if this company is like (The wolf of Wall Street) where they are there but not. I just want to warn the world about there level of customer service or lack there of. I hope this information helps anyone who is on the fence with this company.Update 6/26/16 Just looked at my bank account to find Arrow star took money from my account without ever talking to me about renewal or returning my calls or messages.

If you value being treated with respect, DO NOT use these people as your provider. Jerry Felix is an ASS HOLE. He takes everything personally and gets sensitive and butt hurt and rude. If you ask him questions about your policy he acts as if your questioning him/don’t trust him. The rates actually are not that cheap, despite what other reviews say. Mercrury insurance saved me $30 a month when I converted to them. Jerry answers emails and phone calls when he feels like it. He is not efficient, friendly, or professional. I am so happy to never be doing business with Jerry Felix or this insurance company again. Bye Jerry. You and your snobby attitude will not be missed.

If youre thinking purchasing a policy from this company, do yourself a favor and dont do it. Their agents dont return phone calls and are very rude. Ive been trying to cancel my policy for for days now, but it is still in force. I think its a scam. Stay away from this company!!!!!

These people will give you poor advice and then rip you off. They told me well people make poor choices after they had us change a policy due to their advice and then charged us again to change it back. If we hadnt already paid them $500 in transactions costs in the last month I would change companies but we will be leaving at the end of the policy and filing complaints with BBB and every business rating system in the mean time. They represent poor business practices and no resolution to customer issues except placing blame on the customer who only acted on their professional advice by saying people make bad choices. Only bad choice we made was going with this company and listening to their so called advice and then paying them to fix it again

Love them. definitely for problem with too many tickets and such. just hard getting them on phone but the rates are great.

WARNING! ELABORATE SCAM. THEY HAVE 12 COMPUTER CUBICLES NOBODY THERE, OWNER OPERATES OUT OF FLORIDA TAKING PEOPLE MONEY AND TAKING EVERYONE FOR A FOOL. DONT BE FOOLED.

I DO NOT recommend this place. Ive had nothing but problems with Jerry not returning my calls and hidden costs on my contact. I had to pull teeth to get answers about my policy. Do not give this place your money!!

My experience has been nothing but good my agent Blanca moved so I got transfer to Jerry as my new agent but he has been nothing but helpful friendly and available when me or my wife need him either for questions or to update are policy
