Was supposed to bring my truck from harbor to hacienda on his way he blew a tire drove my car on the rim then went to the tire shop got new tires and then expected me to pay for all of that THEN STOLE my car & I had to call the cops to get it back. DO NOT USE THIS CROOK!!!!!!!

Saw the driver dragging a car on its rims, looked as if had been drag for a while. Came to find out it was a neighbors car, he dumped the car in the middle of the street. This is not a company youll want to use.

Charged me $300 for five minutes work. He had me over a barrel,, he knew I was stuck and couldnt refuse

Rip off charged me 1000 dollars to tow my car from kung street to his yard and stored it for 3 days..... straight rip off

Honestly the best on time response I’ve ever had from a tow company!I called and within 20 minutes he arrived and help me with my problem! Trash quality I would give it negative stars if I could , they took items out of our truck and said to leave their so called business when confronted about it. Honestly I don’t know how this place is still running they definitely got a law suit coming their way

Really takes advantage. Stay away. Called good Sam recommend them . Put RV in tire shop. His friend. Thinks he can change wheel bearings. Had to have changed again 200 miles. Not in straight or directional. And lied when ordering parts. Pushed for cash. Call anybody else.

They towed the car and tore up the front end,the car was purchased yesterday at the lot in Marina and lakeside.ghe timing belt broke today this poor excuse for a tow company showed up and the driver said $125 to tow from old bullhead to Marina and lakeside the car lot said its covered under warranty.the driver didnt even give a receipt, and tried to do a free tow for the damage he did to the car and said lets keep this between us,,,hahahaha,,thats not the way to run a business.hope they get out of business soon ,maybe bbb or city license agency should be notified ? This guy should not be towing cars DO NOT CALL THEM FORA TOW !!!

All about Towing is professional and very prompt. The owner is extremely friendly and wants to make sure the customers are always taken care of and done so in a timely manner. I recommend using them if you ever find yourself in need.

My 75 year old parents have the premium Good Sam membership, They had a problem with their airbag system on their 40ft diesel pusher and called Good Sam for assistance. They sent these dirt bags from Bull Head City - My parents were in North Las Vegas. What were they thinking???? It took them 3 hours to get there mean while my parents were in 102 degree heat. Good Sam couldnt find anyone closer??? The guy shows up in a small passenger car with no equipment, parts, or tools smelling like he just smoked a pound of weed and demands 300 cash before he even looks at the problem. He then tries to get them to sign a document that would cost them $750.00 before he even knew what the problem was. They told him sorry but this seems like a scam.... He then threatens them he is not leaving unless they give him $300 cash they were so scared they paid the dirt bag thief just so hed leave. NEVER EVER CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO BE HONESTLY DEALT WITH. IF YOU WANT TO BE RIPPED OFF PLEASE CALL THESE CLOWNS THAT IS THE ONLY THING THEY ARE GOOD AT! Thank you Good Sam for introducing these low life scumbags to my elderly parents!!!!

They claim they can fix RV hot water tanks $450 later still have no hot water. They tell you cash is better I wonder why? We got took shame on me cant get star removed they dont deserve.

I had no problem with All About TowingGood Sam had All About Towing sent to me.My motorhome would not restart after fuelingat fuel pump. Before they arrived Bruce gave me directions of possible ways to get my vehicle to start so maybe i would not need him due to being stuck at the pumpsTbey were quick to respond and had us going in no time by changing the starter.Bruce said he has been in business for years many different calls with situations.I will definitely refer and recommend this company to all needing help here in the area.It was very nice to have the owner himself with a helper come to my rescue.

Geico dispatched All About Towing to take my RV to dealership in Las Vegas for repairs. Dealership was closed so RV was towed to Bullhead overnight and to be towed in morning. Steve took apart my dashboard without verbal or written permission. said he could fix it. I said no! He will not release my RV until I give him money for labor in CASH. Legal action being taken. This tow company needs to loose their license.

No stars are appropriate in this case. I, too was stuck with these jerks due to Good Sam roadside assistance. My motorhome wouldnt start in Bullhead, AZ. They knew absolutely nothing about RV repair but spent 2+ hours poking around with no results. (We later found out from the people who did fix it that they made it worse.) He then charged $675. & wanted to be paid in cash. When I refused & insisted paying by credit card the price went up $65. This is your worst nightmare, stay away from All About Towing.

Pathetic. Bruce genuinely believes all the junk in his yards that has been sitting, rusting, rotting and falling apart is worth NEW item prices. Refuses to take credit cards UNLESS he can charge you an additional $75 to $100 for the convenience of doing so...or maybe just because hes a tax evading and shady crook that doesnt want paper trails to follow him to small claims court. They are incompetent and have ZERO mechanical aptitude, zero business ettiquite, zero ethics. And DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! YOU WILL NEVER SEE THE TITLE...and WILL NEVER GET ONE EITHER. I bought a quad from them (and paid too much for it for what it was)...I SAW the title when I first went to look at it. After I bought it, they asked for 3 days to give me title. A YEAR LATER AND STILL NO TITLE!! ALL GOOD TOWING....IS ALL BAD. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

These guys are RIP offs. My niece has been calling for 3 weeks to get her car out. The price keeps going up. When you call that number a guy answers but will refuse to tell you his name or give you to a supervisor. They close at 4 but are never there. Dont use this company. Ever!

This business has unreputable business practices and incompetent employees. They came out on a Good Sam roadside assistance call and were of absolutely no help whatsoever charging $475 over and above what Good Sam will pay them for 20 minutes work. Had an alarm in the motorhome which was diagnosed by them as low oil pressure and leaky leveling jacks. They said to take it back to the dealer suggesting the motor was ready to blow up!!!! When I tried to pay with credit card the guy said he had no cell service and that it was going to be an additional $100 if I couldnt come up with the cash. Strangely enough I caught him making a phone call on his cell. So, was that a fluke or was he just lying!!!!Within 15 minutes of their departure Virgils Auto & RV in Lake Havasu diagnosed the problem over the phone as electrical and the alarm was remedied instantly. And he did it for free!!!! Hes now my new diesel and RV mechanic. I am filing the strongest complaint I can with Good Sam suggesting that they remove this business from their roster before someone else gets ripped off. Stay away from these guys....

OMG, where do I start with this place ....... Has to be one of the worst damn towing companies out there. Robbed me blind. Lawsuit is headed their way, by more than one person for the way they handle impounded vehicles.

What a joke dont even deserve one star I pulled to the side of the road and got stuck in some sand I dont know anyone in bullhead so I called theses guys the guy that answered the phone said he didnt want to mess with it so lock it up and he will do it tomorrow I told him I dont live in bullhead and he said not his problem I said Ill give u every dollar in my wallet he said screw off and hung up on my if you want quality and respectful people call a and g towing they were there within 15 min and got me unstuck in a jiffy awesome people definitely have my business
