I didnt get the drivers name but she was awesone i had a great experience i also like the fact that they have a dispatch service it keeps everyone safe so the driver does not have to answer a phone, dispatch & drive at the same time keeps them safe and you By far the cleanest and most reasonable rate around here way better than 3.50 to start

My dad took a 11 mile cab ride that cost $60.00. $60! Hes 91 years old. Its that why they thought they could do that? I am furious. And by the way, CASH ONLY AND NO RECEIPT.7/28/21

I have really bad anxiety and i have panic attacks as well when i feel my anxiety get high i start to laugh well its more like a nurvise giggles the lady cab driver actually told me she takes laughing offensive i honestly think this lady needs to find a new job because shes going to end up costing them customers i called frankies because i refused to get back in the cab with her ever again

The driver was very courteous and pleasant, the only issue is a big one for me and that is because I had to wait almost an hour before I was picked up.

Yes I called and I asked for a ride and you asked where to first and it was like a 8 dollar drive and that shouldnt matter but they said only 20 dollar rides and up thats not right .

Ive used them twice. I like that they have an app that you can use to set up a time call. The first time I used it, she was early; not a big deal. I had a ride set this morning that no one showed up for. I waited for 15 minutes, but wasnt willing to risk being late for work because someone couldnt get to their scheduled pick up on time. I scheduled this last night, so there was plenty of time to know about it. Im sure theyre ok to use if you dont have a time frame to follow, but if youre on a schedule, Id look for someone else.

Was gambaling and didnt know who to call for cab took boat across river and this cab was there. Driver was nice and even got me back to my casino. Will call them every time I stay at the riverside.
