We just used US Southwest real estate to purchase our new home. We are first time home buyer’s and this company treated us like all we were was a giant payday. When we had questions about the home they would not respond to any text phone calls or even emails. The only time we had contact with our realtor was when money talk was involved. We were not treated like a new customer trying to purchase a home. Instead we were treated like we just a payday and nothing else. This was suppose to be a new and exciting experience. Instead it was a giant pain and very unpleasant.

My agent Kristina Irwin has been very busy with my transactions and I could not ask for a better agent. She keeps me informed on all my offers and transactions makes sure that all items are done in time ,keeps communication between buyer and seller open ,and always returns my calls in a timely manner. I have had four properties to close since July 2020 and she’s done the job excellently I would recommend this agent to anyone.

If I could I would give them 0 … worst experience I have ever had , Ken all he talks about is himself , how hit it is unreliable , dishonest , So is Sal and Cass DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!Gave them sets of keys told no I did not … gave a quote of service by vendor added a substantial amount billed to my portal . Never received response as yo why 1 quote and on the bill a substantial different amount never received return call or explanation . Took all fees , deposits canceled contract with 2 weeks of signing . This company is a joke . TOKD I had to turn my sewer and trash bill over to them to pay ( they says it’s better that way in case I default on services ) I explained you can check my history all bills paid 1 year in advance . Jen was very upset that I didn’t change bills to their company . That is when they canceled contract but kept all fees 950.00 to be exact . Will nit return my tenants deposit to me or the 250 I had to put in fund for emergency’s . It goes on snd on and on … TOLD BY KEN HE WOULD TAKE pictures would be taken after carpet stretched cleaned never happened . I paid 200.00 for that and have no proof THEIR VENDOR DID THE WORK . Ken , Sal and Cass very unprofessional, liars , that have no business in bring in business . You give your money it turns into no you didn’t give me any money , or no response at all .Do yourselves a favor and look around . Stay away from Southwest Management, Sal, Ken and Cass .

I have had many great experiences when coming into this building for any kind of assistance I needed. My realtors name is Ken and he is a fantastic and respectful man, very knowledgeable and is always happy to answer any questions you may have. On the other hand I got to deal with a woman named Margaret today and she was incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional over the phone. She called my fiance first who tried to give me the phone but Margret angrily said NO IM DEALING WITH YOU. I have never missed a rent payment but after I was a couple days late due to an error with the bank. Margret just told us we are locked out of the system to pay online and had to come in with a cashiers check instead. Then she proceeded to talk to me unprofessionally saying things like you need to get over here today and eventually hung up on me. She treated both my fiance and I like trash and if I ever see her in person, she will be receiving very many choice words.

Bill did an outstanding Job.Very professional and knowledgeable. This has been the easiest real-estate transaction we have had.Looking forward to next one

I know the market is hot. I am a home purchaser and have a lengthy history in real estate. Do not neglect the buyer or seller. . Do your job. Unfortunately I did not have my own agent and relied on the owners. Big mistake. Zero effort. I guess when companies get so big they don’t care anymore. Even when I sold a small parcel of land the realtor still sends me goodies years later. I got a plastic container filled with info on the house. So many issues I have to deal with now, since there was no effort from your company. Many of the plants on the property were dying because the water was on but not functional. Leaving a new homeowner to “sink or swim” is not only unprofessional but could incur a lawsuit for negligence.

Kristina Irwin was the perfect person to help us view properties on our turn around trip from California to Arizona. With the little time we had, Kristina made sure we got a great idea of the areas and availability of homes within our search parameters!

Lois was excellent to work with, always there thru this nightmare of a transaction.Helped us thru situations other realtors would not even consider, especially since we are not there full time with the issues that occurred, always upbeat pushing us on, considering several times we were ready to dump the whole thing due to the buyers,their realtor and bank. Had a lot of knowledge of the area and where to steer us for purchasing a new lot for our new home.

I worked with Kelsey and she is the best and sweetest real estate in all of Bullhead City! I don’t know their property management side, but i first hand experienced the real estate buying process and it was the smoothest I have ever encountered. Kelsey DeVine treated me with real respect and didn’t just see me as another sale. She pours her heart and soul into her work. I initially called about a property my husband and I were interested and we were forwarded to another realtor who told us that in order to buy a lot we had to pay full in cash. When I spoke to Kelsey, she said she had previous clients who bought land and they worked with the bank and only paid a down payment. A week later we were starting the process to buy our dream lot. I was told from another realtor who didn’t want to be bothered by us that what we wanted wasn’t possible and Kelsey made it happen. She’s very respectful and treated me like I was her only client. We refer her to our family members now because she’s someone that we trust. She makes dreams come true and she fights for her clients. When I couldn’t get an answer from the banks end she sent an email out and I heard within an hour. She will forever be my go to real estate agent! It truly was an honor to work with her.

This by far is the worst service ever received from Property management.Ken in particular (A property manager) has no communication skills, he is overly dramatic about everything, needs to take a class on how to talk to people. If you asks him questions he refers you to other people to handle the job you paid him to do. Excuse after excuse after excuse. I would never use this company or recommend it to anyone. Ken does not pay attention to detail, soo lazy, just trying to collect a check and do as little as possible!

Most of our communication was through Crystal and not the company itself as a buyers agent.

Unfortunately, I HAD to at least give “1 star” as a rating because “no stars” is not an option. KEN is very unprofessional and short tempered. Try to avoid him or even better, take your business somewhere else! Or expect a morning call from him yelling at you through the phone because he owes you money.

Me and a couple friends put in an application on a listed property they had. Several other people put in applications to this property as well, including the application fee, claimed as a cost to run the credit.A viable source in the company let slip that the property had been claimed before it was even listed.When a property management company runs your credit it shows up as a hard inquiry. I use a credit monitoring service that tracks inquiries to all three bureaus. Several months later there is no inquiry by anyone that might be tied to them, in fact the only inquiry on my report is from the internet service provider I just subscribed to. This indicates to me they did not run my credit, but rather took the application, and possibly pocketed the money.I would not put an application in through them again, and i recommend to anyone they find another leasing agent.

My experiance with this property managment was very poor. We rented a home in july hottest time of the year and withing a few days of moving in our AC went out i understand that property managment didnt own the property and had to go threw the owners to aporove any repairs but it wasnt just the time in wich it took for the home to be livable again it was the never being available the not returning calls or emails that really did it for us. We where out of the home for over a month before the ac was fixed. they where supposed to credit us for the days we where not able to live in the home but never did and whenever asked about it they alway replied saying they had to aske thenowners about it and then never got back to us. even after i dont belive the unit they put in was suitable for the size of the house the house was always hot. The handyman they got to do the work was super sketchy and creepy and shut off our brakers so when we came home our refrigerator was completly defrosted we had to throw everything out and when mentioned to property managment we never got a response. Thankfully when they repaired the sinks after they broke they used a new repair man. The house was also supposed to be professionally cleaned before moving in. I like to walk bare foot and walking threw the house my feet became filthy and black. The entire house was filthy. There where two sheds in the back filled with a bunch of junk i was constantly walking threw the back yard picking up trash and rusted nails glass ect. (We have kids and pets) also there where no fire alarms in the house just one in the hallway they where supposed to come replace them and never did. property managment is not very attentive to their propertys wich for some might be a good thing but for us it was a nightmare we where reqired to have the house move in ready when we moved out wich was very hard knowing the condition of the house when we moved in but we where afraid with how crappy the property managment was that they might snake us out of our very large deposit thankfully that was not the case. But it supposedly cost 45$ to change out 30 lightbulbs (im not even sure the house had 30 lightbulbs)and anothe 80$ to re attach 2 towl racks that where barely in the wall when we moved in and all the hardware for it was there. But i guess it could have been worse. I would not recomend renting from this company.

Best real estate management and sales in the country. They rock.

The quality of there expertise is extremely lacking and I believe they scoop up what other brokers dont want.
