The ladies there were very good and attentive. Had a pedicure. The massage was the best Ive ever had. Made to feel at home. Masks were worn by both nail artists and customers. Ill have to make it there on a regular basis.

Absolutely wonderful! Personal and took their time. Best pedicure Ive had in Bullhead City. Ive tried T&T and the other place by target. But lovely nails got me right in and made me feel important and relaxed. Wonderful leg and foot massage. I didnt feel rushed or like an inconvenience. So glad my aunt suggested them!The owner was so sweet and happy! She did say they do get quite busy so I suggest still calling ahead just incase.Well ventilated place! Was not stinky at all!

I have been going to this location for over a year now. After my last visit I will no longer be returning. I had an appointment at 11am and I was told she was too busy and tried to pass me off to another gentleman who I didn’t prefer since I have had maylee from the beginning. I told her I would wait for her and she said to come back AT 5 PM. When makingMy appointment she knew I had work that afternoon. Not wanting to leave wasting my time I asked how long will I have to wait for the gentleman and he looked at her and had to audacity to say no. I have been in customer service for 10+ years and have never felt more disrespected and on the spot in front of the entire salon. I was very nice and willing to be so very patient and was met with rudeness and unprofessionalism.

They r not bad but not perfect I go here if awesome nails is to busy prices are not bad people are friendly nails and toes are good enough if ur looking for perfect go to awesome nails both the men are good but prefer the guy with tattoos he is not very personable but dose a great job just know wat u want we u go in

I have been to this salon many times. The girls take their time with you. So many salons I have been to in the past(mostly in NM) I feel like the workers cant wait to get rid of me.

Awesome visiting from Albuquerque stopped in got the worka done on my family ladies were kind owner did speak some English and took there time to so an awesome job!! Thumbs up I will refer to others great full set they look like my own nails!! Very much recommend..

The girls did a great job. Price is good. I felt pampered as I was only customer, which of course I enjoyed. One girl on my fingers, other on my feet st the same time.

Lovely Nails doesnt make your nails lovely!! Horrible experience!! Stopped in because we were out if town and our shops were closed. Went in with 2 friends, we all of had a bad experience. Bubbling polish. Cut cuticles. Streaked polish which was taken off and redone in a pink clear coat with way to many layers and is super thick on some nails and thinner on others. Polish all over cuticles. Dont waste your time and money its not worth it!!!

Absolutely awesome services. Staff very nice. Will go there everytime. Will pamper you. Really good esperance would highly recommend this shop located by the new smart and final across from the high school.

Nails and toes are terrible. They dont speak english. Infection in my toe from when she was DIGGING. Not clean. Come to find out, they surely arent licensed Not a single person there. Will be filing with state board of cosmetology and health department!

Inspectors came in and said licence was revoked and lady doing my nails wasnt licenced and acted like she was cleaning lady. Denied working on me. Wont return

Not very clean.Made an appointment and waited twenty five minutes with no acknowledgment of the appointment or apologies or a time frame or anything.No hi or any welcoming gesture when we entered.Very hot inside. Maybe the AC was broken... Or turned off? Either way it felt stuffy and gross.Ended up leaving to another nail place.

Terrible job. Paid way too much and a week later my nails are lifting. Now have to fix them elsewhere. Not professional work.

Every time my mom and i go there, they do an awesome job on our nails. We tried other places and they werent so great. So we went back to Lovely Nails and havent gone anywhere since.

They took care of my mother. She absolutely loved the experience and currently goes there every week.Thank you all.

For the last 4 years this is where Ive gone to get my nails done all the good people are gone now and the only guy thats there doesnt like to touch feet and is extremely rude

They did a great job. They dont understand English or how to make change. It will take them some time, but they will eventually get it.

I’m so freaking pissed!! Absolutely horrible!! If I could rate them a zero I would. I asked for one thing and left with my nails looking like a 5 year old painted on them! Horrible.

It’s only been 4 hours and from the top of the nails it’s already chipping off I paid $50 and the lady made me bleed from two of my fingers and she didn’t paint them well from the side and there bumps

I made a appointment for 3 women to have pedicures . Arrived on time to find only 2 seats available. They said I was next. At 30 minutes late and when my friends were done they were ready for me. They offered me a 10% discount! They missed the point, business in the future and 75.00 and a tip.
