Employees are willing to try to help, very friendly staff! I enjoy the variety of items this Lowes stocks. They have many throw rugs, windows, doors, cleaning supplies, plumbing equipment, paint, Cut-to-order items, side-by-sides, plants ... Theres about everything youd need for home/lawn garden and then some.

We all love coming to shop here for all & any of our home improvement supplies, plants, patio furniture just about anything we need. The employees are always friendly & willing to help us😍 We love our Lowes Store!! Were also very happy that its much closer to us apposed to their competitors store👍👍

Went today. Found some of what we wanted but was really disappointed to learn that they dont carry certain items any more because they only carry what the new age wants. When I asked what about us others the response was they have to carry for the majority and not worry about the others and we should change to that. So sad.

The store is well stocked, very clean and the workers there are friendly and know where everything is located unlike some other big stores. returns are taken without any hesitation and credited almost immediately.

Everyone was very helpful and when we had to return an item the process was easy. I forget to get the customer service reps name but she was friendly and knowledgeable. 10 out of 10.

Garden center was out of The hose I needed. I went to the customer service desk to check if they had more on the racks. They did and they got it down for me. They where awesome to do that. Thank you for a enjoyable shopping Trip.

I really like Lowes & enjoy shopping there. Everyone that works there seem to be very friendly. Everytime I go there they have everything I ever needed & if they dont have it they always recommend something that does the trick. Oh yes most of the time you wont have to wait in a long line they are fast & efficient.

Kind of a typical no nonsense Lowes. The service and selecting is way better than Home Depot and is worth the drive in my opinion.

98% self check out and they do not offer the veterans discount at the self checkout, if you want your deserved veterans discount you have to go back to the customer service desk. Lowes lower your prices if I have to do the job of the employees you are now taking jobs away from.

Leslie was great and helpful does not fully explain her. I needed cabinets for my kitchen.Their stock is very low and no promise of deliveries so that was the downer.

2nd poor experience Ive had at this store. 1st one, I did a survey on the receipt. This time publicly.I live an hour away, in Kingman. So to just stop by Lowes, I need a reason. I called before leaving town to ask if they had a specific electrical breaker in stock. The website shows they have 3. I drive all the way down there, get to the electrical dept only to be met by a total a-hole employee. He pulls up to me on some sort of lift, rudely asked me, what do you need? I told him Im looking for this breaker that I called about and online shows 3 in stock. We dont carry that here, you need to go to Vegas Electric. I dont live here and know where that is. Well if you just let me tell you, Ill let you know where they are... I just had to walk away and leave the store, as he was clearly instructing me to do. It was not worth my time to be here, as Home Depot is right up the road on my way home.2nd time I was treated like I just dont belong in this store. Well, I will absolutely not be back. They are unhappy, grumpy and personally do not give a darn if they have a customer or not. Maybe this is why their parking lot is always empty.

Wife made online order as I was getting into town. Drove to store for curbside pickup. It was super easy, quick and painless! The young man who brought the order out was very kind and quick to get me loaded and on my way!

The young lady who assisted me was congenial, attentive to my needs and knowledgeable about the products in the appliance department. She helped me find the perfect washer for my personal needs.

Just heard that Lowes wants there White employees to take 21;hours in a class about CRT. I will never shop there again. Also Bank of America doing the same thing.To me this is Racest!

This was almost a one star review. We purchased a Gazebo and got it home an hour away to realize that two of the support legs were very bent and had major damage. We brought the item back to exchange and it did not start well with trying to get assistance and a helper at the front desk not being helpful at all. We were lucky that the store manager Maria and the front lead Patricia was at the store.Maria was amazing! She got us taken care of quickly she was apologetic for the inconvenience and made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Glad everything worked out and will be back again.

They were super helpful concerning paint & shutters for the outside of my house.

I waited about 15 minutes for someone to tell me they would have to charge me to cut lumber. Something I have had done many times but not BHC Lowes. Their customer service SUCKS and I will not be back. Cant find someone to help in any department and when you do most of them have no clue.

This 5 star review is not for Lowe’s, it is for BETH! I ordered 6 bags of concrete mix, I received an email that my order was ready for pick up. I go to the “pickup “ counter at the entrance and after getting skipped a few times a lady comes over to assist me and enters my order number only to tell me she can’t find my order. Then I get sent to the other side of the store to retrieve my order. Beth is the next lady that helps me, she instantly finds my order so easily and even though my order was clearly not ready as the email stated she makes sure to get it ready. I can’t believe how many workers she asked to get the concrete mix and they all rejected her. Beth continuously kept trying to find someone to help and never did she show stress or attitude, because let me just tell you some workers you can tell are having a bad day today. Thank you Beth for remaining calm and showing genuine customer service I really appreciate that.

Great selection and staff was very knowledgeable about the different plants/shrubs/flowers, and what to plant when and where.

Great store people are so much more helpful than at Home Depot where I always have to hunt someone down for help.

So much to see that it can be rather overwhelming at first. But if you have some time to kill, just wander around and see all the cool stuff they have. Youll be amazed at what they have now.

While I definitely usually prefer to go to Lowes over Home Depot, my experience yesterday at the Lowes in Bullhead City, AZ, could have been better.The biggest reason I say that is, while the staff was certainly still helpful in trying to find things, when it came time to check out, there were absolutely NO real persons working at the registers and everything was being done through a limited number of self-checkout kiosks!Even the line to get to the self-service kiosks was backed up well into the aisle behind them... Considering that were just 10 days away from Christmas, you would think they would have had more people there trying to help people get checked out...Come on Lowes, get with it...

The last few times I have gone to Lowes for plumbing supplies they didnt have enough of what I was looking for or they didnt have it at all. I ended up getting the rest of what I needed from their competition.Also I am a disabled veteran without a computer, so I dont get their veteran or senior discount! All of the other stores offer discounts without having to register! Whats up with Lowes?? Big greedy corporation,or what??

Always did like Lowes. Bought several appliances, parts, & tools from them in the past. Usually worth driving 50+ miles to get to one.Organization in some areas takes getting used to though. Bigger problem is checking stock online, then getting to store & finding they only have 1 instead of 4 of an item. Or finding what they have in stock differs from online description.

Not the worst Lowes I have been too. But they (the company) still leaves room for improvement. Sometimes the staff walking around dismiss you if you look like you have a question they will either help alittle or completely walk past you and say nothing.But other then that. Mask are required and sometimes they wipe down the self checkouts.

Well I finally got everything done, But it was very difficult trying to get different things from different departments all organised and get it all delivered at 1 time on one day.. Wish I could have just got one Person there at Lowes to help me and not have to go through several people in different departments.. And because of the confusion I forgot several items I need to pick up while I was There

I was very disappointed in the window and shade department. I tried for 15 minutes to get somebody to give me some assistance from that department and no one showed up well you lost out on a $500 order to start with

Just used the bathroom if Im going to be honest not one to judge.

Waited an hour for my item to be brought out. Place was clean and busy but service was on the other end from good.

Store is always clean however when you go to look for somebody to get help on where something is you get 2 different answers and its very hard to find somebody

Our customer service guy in the gardening section was great. We came from Kingman and he had told us over the phone that he believed they had the type of portable beach lounger that we wanted. When we got there, they didnt have the kind we were looking for, but he gave us a discount on a different one that we could put in our backyard just because we made the trip! Thats good customer service right there!

Very disappointed with my most recent visit to Lowes in Bullhead. Purchased items online that were in store inventory for store pickup and received email that items were ready so we drove the 20 miles only to find out they did not have my order and stated that they had sent a cancellation email and also called me to say they cancelled my order.Complete lies as I had my phone with me and checked for missed calls which were none and no email from them other then the one saying order is ready and see you soon. I asked to see the email cancellation they had supposedly sent me and they could not come up with it. Also verified phone number was correct.They said if I wanted to come back in the afternoon they were getting in more product. While waiting for Lowes to straighten out the mistake I checked Home Depot and they had what I needed in inventory so we went there and got the exact same brand item cheaper and in a matter of minutes.And the real insult to injury is that when checking email when we arrived back home was an email from Lowes saying my order was cancelled with a time stamp of after we had left the store. Actually about the time we were making purchase at Home Depot.I understand mistakes happen but dont lie to me. That will be my final visit to Lowes.Also a SORRY for our mistate what have been nice but I guess that was asking for too much.
