Amazing workout sessions never full machines ready to go and the free weights were easy to find most weights in the correct location other than that not very busy like the app says

Great place to work out. Nice stuff, but some of the people that go there go crazy in public for some reason.

I took my Sister & Brother-law to sign up for Silver Sneakers. It is amazing in there. Im going to love walking off the pounds on their treadmills. They have so many types of equipment & if u have the right membership u can tan or get a message in a chair or a bed. I was really impressed how clean & well kept it is. Thank Randy he signed us up. He did it fast, friendly & efficient. They went out of his way to explain everything & answer all our questions. Im excited to start my weight loss on Journey Monday & PLANET FITNESS

First time to any planet fitness, and the staff was extremely friendly, the facility was clean and not over crowded, most definitely will be back!

PF is always a great place to get in some cardio, a tan, hydro massage or take a shower while traveling.

Finally getting needed workout but slowly. For $22.99 a month I can use any planet fitness in the USA. I CAN EVEN SHOWER! FABULOUS WHEN TRAVELING. FRIENDLY EMPLOYEES.

This place was just not my cup of tea. Ive been working out for over 20+yrs and this is my least favorite gym that Ive ever been to. I know its a judgement free zone but most of your staff shouldnt look like theyve never lifted a weight. Youre supposed to be promoting healthy living and an out of shape worker does not represent that. The machines themselves, while new, are set up all wrong and the weights are not labeled correctly. The best machines are the simplest machines when it comes to working out. A regular bench press gives a better workout than a smith machine ever will, and a decline ab bench will always beat out a ab machine everytime. Another thing is that it was always too crowded and not worth it to buy the black card as the tanning booths and massage chairs are always full.

The place was almost spotless! Friendly and helpful staff. And a great price for what you get.

Really can’t get any better than this location. Newest weight machines, plenty of space in the free weight section, cardio equipment new with individual TVs, a large room EACH for abs, SYNGRY 360 machine (newest most advanced I’ve seen at any PF), and stretching, and a large area central located for the 30 minute workout in the center of the gym. Location is very clean and ultra modern. Locker room clean, but showers are a bit small. I could only wish my home PF was half as nice as this one.

Awesome gym with lots of equipment. Very friendly staff. Very very clean environment. Work out suitable for most looking to become fit. Wonderful little areas to do quick intense workouts. Awesome hydro body massage machine , massage chairs, and tanning booth. They offer nice locker rooms, showers and super clean restrooms. Great instructors an overall super nice and sweet experience I defiantly recommend this business to everyone to join and become healthier happier members.

Today was are first day back at the gym. Everyone has to wear a mask when working out, which is so unhealthy. My husband’s mask fell down as he was wiping down the machine and an employee came over and told him he had to wear his mask. My husband told him that fell down and that he also needed to breathe, because he was over heated. A nurse who was working out even came over and told the employee that it was unhealthy to wear a mask.The employee turns around and goes back to the counter and him and another employee high five each other and my husband saw that and spoke with the manager. Not very happy with the unprofessional action between these 2 employees.

I used to love coming to planet fitness because of the club manager Hannah Patterson. She was inviting and seeing the usual members was warming. Now they have all new management and crew members. It’s just not the same.

Benjamin the General Manager Rock, his staff are happy and are kind, welcoming and hey who doesnt need exercise, right ? Professional and they honor no judgement, all staff enforce and adhere to club policies, thats why I visited. Clean club, machines available, nothing broken & awesome hours for all.

So impressed with management! When equipment starts to show some wear, they always replace it! Everything is in too cobdirion!!

Love this gym. I go here almost daily. Lots of variety of machines just not much if you really want to bulk up. For overall fitness its great and the massage chairs and hydro beds are a plus.

Ive been going here every week for six months. The place is always clean, the staff is always pleasant and helpful, the other people using the gym are polite, friendly and quiet. No huffing and puffing, no posturing...just normal folks trying to improve. Great machines, great place, I recommend without hesitation. One of my favorite places now. If youre having a problem here, the problem is with you...seriously.

No pressure, work your exercise program at your own pace.Staff will help you if you need it.

I came to visit my family last month, and coming from a huge city with many PF to go to, this was by far my favorite of all. Very clean, friendly atmosphere! Everything is like brand new and there’s not too many people to make it crowded. I would recommend this gym 100%. My family lives in Kingman and I would make the 40 min drive just to go there!

Its a nice clean facility that has a lot of good machines. You can get a hydro massage (which is my favorite) and or a tan in the tanning booth. Now I know their policy is a no pressure zone but they dont and wont have a scale there but sometimes the positive reinforcement comes when the scale affirms your results. The workout app I use asks for my weight weekly so I got a scale but it was a little frustrating at first because I kept forgetting to buy a scale.

Good value and never need to wait for a machine to work out on. Good A/C. Restrooms were decent.

This place has lost there minds..have a third of the machines covered for distance because of the flu. Are they gonna charge a third less..no just says company policy..Well I cant wait for rush hour in here and people are waiting 3 hours for a treadmill..If your scared of the flu work out at home and if your planet fitness keep area clean and quit being paranoid

They rip you off and have no communication skills. They judge everyone that goes there. Its not a judgement free zone. No classes which is a big bummer. I hated it.. Im back at my old gym now and happy there.

Sucks, charger for every little thing that you could possibly want or get! And racism at its finest!! If youre too big or youre in too good of shape they dont want you there bottom line. This place sucks and theres way too many gyms in this town to go to this one I would suggest finding another one not to go here whatsoever.

Found out PF had been billing us for 3 memberships when only two of us signed up. They billed us for over 6 months until we caught it. The Assistant Manager Dustin, when told of the error, was indifferent about it, insisting that PF doesnt overcharge even when shown plain evidence through banking statements and refused to return the overcharges. Its theft, plain and simple, and Id advise any members and future possible members to watch their bank statements like a hawk.

I miss all the old staff. Feel like I’m being judged my new staff members sucks :/

If you do happen to have any issues, just let an employee know and they jump right on it.They run really good membership deals, so make sure you see what they are offering when thinking about joining. The ONLY reason they dont get 5 stars is the hours they are open. They close really early on the weekends. Id rather see them close earlier on Tues- Wed- Thur, than Fri-Sat-Sun. So, if that is an issue for you, check your scheduling.******** Had to lower my rating as they arent taking as good care of this place as when we first started. I like to watch the tv on the treadmills so Im not just staring at the statistics numbers. Tried FOUR different treadmills with only 1 tv that worked. Even at that, it wouldnt change the channel off of PBS political bs. After using the machine, went to grab a paper towel to wipe down the machine. The dispenser was empty and the workers had just put the roll on top of the edge of the trash can, almost falling in. If this is the way they want to run the gym, when my paid for year is up at the end of summer, I will probably go elsewhere.

Hands down, the best bang for your buck. $10 a month? Come, on. Not only this, but the gym is steller in cleanliness. To me thats a big deal. Nothing show me how much owners or management dont care more than an unkept gym. The only caveat with this location is 24-5. Not 24-7. Other than that, enjoy a great work out and friendly staff!
