I have used this facility many times and today I needed to Fax some documents and it was very important they faxed out today. I also had other things I had to do but the line was busy so the gentleman said go ahead and take care of what I needed to get done and he would call me when it went through. About a half hour or so later he called and I was able to get everything done I needed to and get things faxed, Thank you for being so kind and helpful. Great place.

Wanted to setup a mailbox to be able to receive my Arizona drivers license and vehicle registration at. Was told that I needed an Arizona drivers license already in hand in order to rent. Dont look to this business if you intend to keep your home address private.

When theyre in the in the morning and a short stocky white male was working at the time and I asked him if I could drop this off he looked at me like I was crazy that I was bothering him you remind me of a racist. The lady that works there is sometimes helpful but doesnt have a bad attitude. If you dont want to work there then go find another job you need some customer service practice

Today is Valentines day and I had to mail a package out went into the Security Postal Systems office and was greated With a beautiful RED CARNATION....they had a big bucket full ready for the day to begin ....NOW THATS CLASS!!! Thank You so much 💕

Went in to fax some papers and send off a package. The employees were very helpful and pleasant. I didnt have the proper box so they told me exactly where to go to get it and when I went back they helped me pack it up and ship it out!! Will use their services again. Im missing work today just so I dont miss the FedEx delivery to my house because then Ill have to pick it up tomorrow at this office and Id rather not. They always seem to have a mean demeanor about them and I cant even ask a simple question without getting yelled at in response. If youre looking for information about YOUR package they have the answers but theyre not going to get out of their chairs to help you in any way. I would go way out of my way to avoid this office and these people.

Went there to mail off a gift. The girl at the counter was very sweet and helpful, she actually carried my package from my car to the store for me. As it was too heavy for me. Will definitely use their services again and again. I enjoyed my experience there.

Ive had a box with Security Postal Annex for years even before it was sold and at the previous location.....The owner always takes care of me..even when i forget to pay the box.....has no problem getting me setup again....nothing but good things to say about this place.

I have been a customer of Bobs for years.. grwat service that you van count on for all your business needs..shipping, private mail boxes, etc. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Picked up several packages today. They where organized and able to confirm all my packages without issue.Original reviewHorrible customer service. Got a box for package delivery as I am only in the area for a few months. Had to keep telling the girl at the counter I had more packages. She pushed back and told me twice that I didnt without even looking. I pulled up the Tracking and said yes I did then when she went and looked both times I had more packages. No apology and both times she was extremely rude when I asked her to do her job and get my packages.

Very expensive service, unprofessional stuff, very rude! I would never go there if I don’t have to , but this is THE ONLY close location to my company!

Would give 0 stars. I went here to fedex an envelope. Staff acted like I was intruding on their day. No big deal, I can deal with jerks. Went in next day for same transaction, and tattooed fat dude tried to charge me a dollar. As I pulled out money, and placed a 5 on the table, I explained to him that the day before I was not charged. He threw the money at me and said Fine. Keep it! I had a pre printed fedex label. All he had to do is stuff the envelope, and send it off. If you hate your job, and the people trying to help your business, then shut it down. I will drive to Vegas if I have to. Avoid this place at all costs. Its a shame really.

Extremely poor customer service. Quoted $230 to overnight ship a package in a FedEx box that weighed probably 5 lbs or lessWhen I asked about the cost of getting the package there later, the man working there made it clear what an inconvenience this was, would not actually look at the price of ground shipping, and told me I would have to go buy a different box across town because I couldnt ground ship in the air box I had. Went to UPS instead, was over $100 cheaper, no issue about the box I already had. Will never go back to this bizarre store.

Weve had a box at Security Postal Systems for 22 (!) years. Even though the owner has changed a couple of times and the address changed once (Its at 2440 Hwy 95 now!), weve been very pleased with all of the owners, most recently Bob Mann.The location is always clean. There is counter space available to spead out my mail so I can check it before I leave and a nearby trash can so that I can throw out the junk mail. I have frequently used several of the available services - sending and receiving FAXes, shipping via FedEx and UPS, and mail forwarding - and have been very pleased.I highly recommend Security Postal Systems (and always have)!

Went to maila package yesterday at Fed Ex, Bullhead City...So called weight 11 pounds & the cost of shipping $224.00....I said no way ...the lady said it will be the same price at USPS.....We go to post office with same package & it weighs 7 Lb 1.4 Ozs. Cost of $31.80.....Lady from Fed Ex said delivery would be Friday & USPS is Thursday....Go figure! Somebody needs to check the rates from this store.

Service was okay. Nice to know where to go get copies in Bullhead City AZ seeing as how theres no OfficeMax and no Staples.
