There was an issue with the PO and the local office received the PO from us and it had only 0s as the PO. Something was wrong, but no one at the local office noticed and thus never contacted us to verify the lift nor PO and we arrived at the job with no lift and had to reschedule the work. The following morning i had to call the office and we figured it al out and were able to get everything back on track.

They were so helpful....found us a generator from vegas at the last minute to acommedate us even waited 15 minutes after closing for us to arrive!!! Best service ever and Good prices.

Audriana at United Rentals goes above and beyond to make sure you and your job are taken care of. We have used United Rentals on two big Solar Projects and they are great at accommodating schedule changes, drop off changes, and even saved us from a major delay by getting us in contact with a welder. Best Equipment Rental company by far.

The manager was the most awful, rude, disrespectful person, I have ever encountered in a business setting. I do not usually write reviews, but this had to be addressed. He said, ..are you stupid? when I was spelling out my e mail address for him to send a receipt for payment, and accidently used the wrong letter. He never sent me a receipt, nor did he tell me the final price or tell me how much he charged my card. When I told him he charged more then I was quoted through the call center,he stated, your an idiot. Everyone knows theres a deposit and called me a liar when I told him I was not informed of this. Needless to say I cancelled my rental order.The 1800 call center was very nice. The were wonderful to work with.

Stay clear unless last resort. Rude desert pirates the lot of em.
