After a storm, we lost sound on our TV. Not a computer issue but after 5 hours trying to troubleshoot, I gave up. The technician, Phoenix, was punctual, polite and extremely helpful. Found our problem, helped us fix it, and also gave me helpful advice for my iPad, all within an hour.I highly recommend them and will call again.

I took my pc to 2 different shop and they both couldnt figure out the problem. Geeks took 5 days and nothing. The Computer Shop took 3 days and nothing and they charge $75 just by looking at my pc but fixing nor finding out whats wrong with it. So in my last hope, I took it here at Computer Nerds.Very nice staffs. Theyre really good at what they do and affordble and very honest. They update me all the time and ask first before doing anything to my pc. They do not charge you anything unless they actually have done the work and fixed the problem.This shop is awesome. 10 thumbs up!!! Highly reccomended!!! Theyre my hero!!

Needed a new battery for my laptop, went to Computer Nerds & they took the old battery out (which was inside the laptop) ordered a new one & had in the store the next day. Went back and they installed it quick & easy. They did a great job & explained how to use the laptop for longer battery life. Would definitely go back.

Computer started doing strange thing, authorized for a remote check and watch as the check was performed and talked to Phoenix on the phone while check was being performed. Numbers indicated that hard drive was failing, requested they order a new hard drive. When drive came in received a call to bring in computer. They transferred all my files and pictures to new drive. Machine runs faster and I do not have to set and wait for a program or file to open.They do fast great work and have a world of knowledge, if you have any problems.Thank you

I was one of the lucky ones, my computer was still working when I took it in. They ordered the part and When it came time to replace it I was only with out my computer for 24 hours. I am not very techie, so they could save everything and even download drivers for my printer, which is my lifeline. I would definitely recommend them.

Took a ram board in and they sold me two new boards and said that should work just plug them in. $79.++ . I plugged them in and the computer still beeping. They told me to bring it in. They had over a week. Told me to take it to iMac repair. I took it to Kingman iMac repair. They had it up and running in less then half an hour. They said I was sold the wrong boards and I didn’t need them. So my advice is be careful unless you have money to throw away. I’m on fixed income and that amount really hurt. They don’t refund for their mistakes!! I did talk to the owner and he was very kind and handle my issue very business like. If I didn’t have apple products I would differently would take it to them.

I was having problems with my computer, but didnt want to take it to just anyone. One day as I passed by the sign computer nerds I stopped in and I was so impressed with them that I brought my computer in the next day. Scott showed me what was wrong with my computer and I was so blown away with all his knowledge about computers. They kept my computer for two days. When I went to pick it up Scott showed me what he had fixed. My computer now runs great. Got computer fixed very fast. It does work again, but all my bookmarks and passwords were completely gone when I got it back! I spent hours replacing them! Seems like they could have backed up before doing what they did to fix it? But all in all I’m satisfied with the service!

From the moment I walked in to their store I knew I was in the right place. If you want to do business with friendly and professional technicians, then this is the place to go. My computer had been messed up badly by a competitor in Bullhead City. They took such good care of me and my computer and made me happy again. They take their work seriously and dont stop working on a problem until the customer is 100% satisfied. Plus they have a monthly senior plan which is all inclusive and reasonably priced.

We had been trying to connect our laptop to a projector with no luck. Nicholas knew the cable configuration we needed instantly and even though he didnt sell the cable, he provided me the link to a cable I could but online. Bought it, worked like a charm. He also explained why the cable configuration we were trying would not work, at no cost. Excellent customer service!

The Computer Nerds of BHC were unable to set up my Outlook email onto my new computer.I was told they could set it up, move all my old emails and contact list.When I contacted the store on the following Monday, to inquire about a partial refund of the $170 some charge, the tech who was unable to set up the email account told me they dont give refunds for that.I asked if he was the manager or owner and he said no.I asked to have the manager or owner give me a call to discuss further. A few days later I called back and got the Kingman office.I explained the situation and asked to have his manager or the owner of both stores give me a call. 10 days later, I still have not received a call. The only reason I had the nerds do the data swap to the new computer was because they said they could do the email set up.There are plenty of shops out there to work on computers, I suggest trying someone else.The guys in Kingman know whats what, when it comes to your computer needs.Thanks again to Lance for reaching out with an offer to fix the issue and Scott who did the undoable according to the BHC store.

I took my laptop in on Saturday morning and I was able to pick it up the next day by closing time...being from out of town, this was VERY advantageous for me! I need my computer for my business, so it was CRUCIAL that I got it quickly. My husband and I were hacked on Monday by a person posing as a Microsoft representative. We didnt cooperate with him (by buying a Target Gift Card to supposedly purchase a firewall that the fake employee of Microsoft would supposedly install on our laptop). I hung up on him, but he did manage to freeze my computer in airplane mode. We took our laptop to Computer Nerds, and Nicolas helped me. Although the shop was busy (backlogged with several computers to repair), he exuded confidence that he would be able to repair ours. It was only in his shop for a day and a half. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

I was completely lock out of my computer, I took it to Mike at PC Nerds he unlocked it did a test that showed that there were 120 infections even though I had Norton and System Mechanic, left it they clean it replaced my virus with Bulldog. When they gave it back start up didnt work the way I liked without hesitation took it back, one hour later I picked it up and it work great. Working with Mike was not only fun it was educational really impressed with his knowledge and his put the customer first attitude

Had Malware embedded in my Mac Laptop that wouldnt allow the use of Google as my search engine. Took it in to Computer Nerds. Nicholas was knowledgeable, professional and personable. He was able to diagnose and treat my Mac that very day (along with finding/removing several other virus in the computer). He called me when it was done. I got a years worth of Bullgaurd Antivirus for my troubles. No complaints about the service my Mac received. It runs better than it has in quite in a while. Would definitely use them again.

I was so impressed by all the reps that helped me. Lance, Mike and NickI was frantic in tears over the Easter weekend! My computer just went haywire I tried google YouTube and just could not figure it out. I knew at that time it was a real problem. I live in a very remote area in the dessert and was going crazy not knowing what to do or who to call especially with the COVID-19. I use my computer for business purposes as well so it was important to get it going asap. I waited all weekend. I called several places and no answer or left messages no return calls. He got me over to Mike (AWSOME) I explained what the computer was doing he pretty much knew right away what was up. I brought in the computer that same Monday around 10am He checked it (FOR FREE) explained what was going on with in less than 10 min. Left it there and was ready as promised that Wednesday. He went through everything with me . I would recommend them to anyone having computer issues and the pricing is fair. They are honest and they have special yearly packages for their services I have needed help a couple times since then and they just remotely log in and quick fix. If you need help they will also come to you if needed I would suggest getting a package its so worth it especially when to fix it is not much less than their services.
