Ran smoothly. Good amount of staff and food

I was in Sams today between 12:30-1:30 a Sunday it was busy but Jennifer an associate there took her time out to help me find something. They were out of the item but I was grateful she took her time to help me. During these times I feel its important to acknowledge customer service.

This is my local Sam’s Club. The store is usually clean and well-stocked. I use the app to scan and items and avoid the checkout line. The line can definitely back up at the exit while people wait to get their receipts checked. They need more people one the exit door.

Busy and a lot of people standing in line to get out of the store. Not really social distancing as they should.The store was great. well stocked and clean .BTW the (Sams Club brand) Makers Mark fresh Salsa is wonderful!!!

I bought 4 tires on Sunday for my daughter’s 2003 Honda Element to be installed on Tuesday at 10am. My wife switched her work days to drop the car off with my daughter. I asked the tire technician if I could install 205/65/16 tires in place of the standard 215/70/16 because they were on sale. He was kind enough to get a 215/70/16 to put side by side and show me the difference. Looked identical to the eye but it’s actually 3/8” smaller. Ahmir the tire manager ( zero help) said it could not be installed because it would effect the electronics of the vehicle. Time wasted!!! It changes the speedometer by 2 mph, the car is a 2003 and barely has an fm radio. I went to Mall of Georgia Firestone and bought 4 tires from them, was treated like a gentleman and was done in 2 hours. I did pay $106 more but Firestone’s service was great. I am a 4 year member of the upgraded membership and will start with Costco when my membership expires. 56 years old and my first review. Pitiful service, my car repairs will be done by professionals from now on.

Drove to Sams just to get gas and buy a Berry Sundae today. Gas was $2.61 a gallon compared to $2.99 a gallon at places around my house. I always look for a reason to stop and have a Berry Sundae!

Need to be early for best buy before sold out but always has most of what you want

I have been going to this location for the past 12 years. Not sure what is going on but in the past year the produce section is less than average: rotten vegetables and fruits. I understand shortage of food due to COVID but rotten produce ??? Strangely happens at this location only. I have not noticed this issue at Flower Branch location where I started going though it is out of my way.

I always have issues with this sams. They are not efficient. Is like the DONT have enough people to work

I just wanted to take a moment and say how thankful I am for the workers there. I bought something that was a little too heavy for me this week and ended having to return it. Each time I asked for assistance and they were more than happy to help me and came to my car. I am sorry I didn’t get names but I just felt that I wanted to share how much I appreciate the young men that and customer service representatives that helped.

Low on somethings! Others gone. Not too crowded.

Sams has great buys on items thats needed for my household. Buying in bulk is so much better. Even though its crazy busy on the weekends if I have to stop in I tend not to wait long in line because everyone is working together to get the customers checked out efficiently and quickly.

Sams won my business over BJs & Costco. Better prices. More of the items I use. App has scan and go. Great store layout.

I love shopping at Sams Club, the prices are great and the prices stay the same. They have great sales and shopping in bulk saves us a lot of money.

Today it was not overly crowded. I found everything I was looking for except green grapes. I felt like their price for peaches was a bit high but thats just me.

Love this location! Bright and wide open spaces so even on a weekend I don’t feel claustrophobic. The workers are helpful. Love the chocolate muffins—such a deal. So is the frozen broccoli in steam-fresh bags!

It wasnt crowded and most of all you didnt have no rude customer service reps working the self-service yelling at you that you need to change buggies everybody was professional when you ask for help they assisted and walk you to the products that youre looking for they just dont point and say I think its on that aisle over there and then walk off like the customer service reps at scenic highway I stay 0.4 miles from next door and I do not like to go there I would rather drive 15 mi to go to this store

Clean, spacious area with nice associates. One should be cautious however about prices (as with most retailers) because although prices are typically good i have found some are not on par with local establishments. Well worth the membership in the long run.

I went in for tire replacement at the club today, and Jeff who works at the shop was phenomenal! He always does a great job and is always friendly when I go there. The other guy that work there had no customer service skill at all. He needs to go back to customer service 1101. Also did some shopping afterwards, great store!

The affect of the pandemic is starting to take a toll on Sams. Product that we have purchased for years is never in stock and we are seeing more and more empty shelves. Either the employees are overworked or the quality of employee has diminished because the last few trips we have had experience with rude employees.

Pretty good experience but they apparently don’t stock hand lotion in this location. Just thought I would pass that along.

Sams Club was rather fascinating to me. We used to be members of both Sams Club and Costco. We stopped Sams Club since Costco is closer. We received what amounted to a free membership in the mail and took advantage of it. Things we havent been able to get at Costco were available at Sams Club. That is what we used to notice as well. Costco had some things Sams Club did not and vice versa. Each had its advantages, and strengths. It was a pleasant visit.

This is considered a good Sams club meaning its clean and tidy, employees are nice, pharmacy doesnt have long lines, and its not so crowded that you dont even want to shop. The one in Lawrenceville is overwhelmingly crowded as well as the road its on.

Far away, not much outlets. Not much variety of products. Prices shud be more compatible.

This Sams is always clean and easy to get in and out of. Customer service is good. Still cant stand the people that just stand in the middle of the isle while the person theyre with gets stuff off the shelf. I just cough and say Covid and they move out of the way pretty quickly. HELLO DOWNLOAD THE APP, SCAN AND GO AND GET OUT OF MY WAY.

A lot of empty shelves. Nobody to help with question and when you did find someone they didnt seem to want to help. Burford Sams

I dropped my membership at Costco because of there masks BS policy . Sams ask they are not forcing me thats a big difference . Sams has excellent customer service. They also treat you with respect unlike costco shop here

Great place to get great deals on lots of things. Especially if you have a large family or just need to buy in bulk. Their rotisserie chicken are amazing. Only $5 and almost twice the size of ones at grocery stores.

I went to the sams club in Buford to get tires put on my truck, and these guys were the best, and the guy that waited on me was so nice, he ACTUALLY treated me like he new me, He explained everything to me in detail, and after he did all my paperwork and told me that the other guys had started on my truck, another man walked up and asked about some tires and i stood there and watched and listened to him talk to this man, this guy at Sams is the very best, if you need tires this Sams club in Buford is the place to go!! Excellent job and staff!!!!!!!!

The check fell out and it was from my job, something that they were reimbursing me for that I paid out of pocket. This Sams Club has their Act together. Like all of the Cashiers are friendly. You never have to wait in line here even if the line is long!! I know.. Very Important. I have seen long lines and decided to do Self Check- Out which is a cool feature and they have alot of those kind. But when I say by the time I looked up the line was gone!! It was gone Yall!! I was still over there fumbling around with my items trying to find the number. Never again... I will confidently go get in one of those lines and be out my business with the quickness. You Go! Sams Club Buford!! I See Yall doing your Thing! : )

Sams Club is the best place for bulk items. I stack up each month on items my family uses the most. Great savings 12 years strong!!!

Todays visit to Sams club was quite surprising. Although patrons were shopping, the store looked somewhat empty of various items. Perhaps they were busy over the weekend and new items hadnt arrived to replenish the shelves. I will say this, I was extremely disappointed to learn Sams no longer make the pound cake loafs. I inquired in the bakery department and was told they discontinued making pound cake loafs. For the record, Sams had the best pound cake loafs and Im going to need Sams to start back selling those loafs so I can purchase the set of 3 that comes nicely wrapped. So if you are looking for pound cake loafs at Sams, stop looking because you will be disappointed such as myself to learn they no longer bake the loafs.

Healthcare worker hours are the best time to go (if youre healthcare)!I really appreciate them putting time aside for us!

Went for a pretzel and hot dog combo, but went shopping inside the store since that location closed early that day.

Tire shop people are extremely rude, they dont want you to shop with them. Jose is a miserable person that has no customer service what so ever. I will continue to shop at Sams Club but will not be caught dead buying tries from the miserable additudes at the tire shop.

They had no carts available and the greeter was really rude.

Waited for 30 minutes at the jewelry counter after asking 3 different employees if they would please get someone to help me. I gave up and left. All the employees I asked for help were rude. When I asked to speak a manager the person I asked was extremely rude. Ive never had such a horrible experience in a Sams club before. Ive been a member for 23yrs. It may not be worth renewing this time.

Been going here for years, still good selection, prices & service. Maybe could use a facelift or some freshening but will keep going regardless.

Used curbside pickup service which included a 25lb bag of sugar. They apparently ripped the bag when putting it in my trunk and did not say anything. When we arrived home there was sugar all over my trunk. I called the store and the manager was less than helpful and did nothing to try and make the situation right. Basically said I could come back and exchange it if I want.

I have been coming here for years. Everyone always friendly. The store is always clean and in good order.

Their food is the freshest and with a family of 6 they always have the quantities I need to keep my family going!

Be careful will the grade of meats. Choice is okay but prime is better. However it almost looks like some of the cut meat they put out isnt really prime. One thing the marbling isnt prime more of choice but its in a prime label. And the prime when brought taste not as tender as it should be

Good Sams here. Good location close to the interstate and mall. Gas pumps here. Purchased brand new tires here, but when I got on the interstate and reached 70 mph, they began to wobble and shake my whole truck. Went to the Sams in Oakwood, and they discovered that NO WEIGHTS had been installed on these brand new tires. Wow.

Located a parking spot near the front on 1st row we turned down in spite of a full lot and found everything i went for!

Seems to be getting better and better. Weve been coming here for years.youre redoing parts of the store and adding more products. Customer service is really helpful and nice and friendly. Bathrooms still need work. And we think its really awesome that you can buy ice there unlike Costco.

Always low stock. Poor organization unlike other locations. They interrupt you while checking out to upsell you on membership. My last visit was Sunday morning and I had such a poor experience, out of stock/low stock, employees talking about customers on walkie-talkie, and poor customer service from the staff.Beware!

Shelves are well-stocked. They have a good supply of paper products. Checkout was a breeze, and they are adhering to the COVID-19 guidelines.
