Been for a few months now, and its not been a great experience. Took us weeks to even get our gate key working, and management was very rude when I explained my issue. Pest control doesnt come by even though you pay for it (you have to call and specifically request that they treat the apartment). The trash doesnt get picked up regularly, even though you are forced to pay extra for it. Management has been time deaf on these issues, and is clearly only focused on collecting overpriced rent payments.The only reason this isnt a 1 star is the maintenance staff. They are very responsive and professional, and have helped us many times.Adding an edit:I appreciate the fact that we were left a reply. Except for that it was a generic email going to the same uncaring management staff. Its evident that nothing will change soon at this complex. I recommend taking your rental business elsewhere and avoiding this roach infested complex.

We lived at this place for almost 4 years. Leasing office staff was always polite and helpful. Our service calls were answered in a timely manner. Apartments there are spacious and price is affordable. Current manager is great and courteous. Location is the best, easy access to I-85, close to mall of GA and other shopping centers. New construcción with sprouts and top golf with in walking distance. Unfortunately I had to move closer to work, would definitely go back if I needed to.

Its an ok place, the apartments arent too big but they arent small either. Parking is definitely an issue. Residents are typically nice and tend to mind their own. Plenty of dog lovers here.

I have been a tenant here for half a year now and I have been well taken care of. Nuria is amazing with answering any questions that I may have and addressing my concerns promptly. She does an absolute wonderful job and we appreciate her! We enjoy our home and the amenities that come along with it. Great place to live!

So far the experience living here has been wonderful. The place is clean and not inherently loud. Both Nuria and Pedro have been consistently helpful and attentive; I never feel rushed or like Im annoying anyone when I go to the office. Also, they will do their absolute best to work with you.The grounds keeping has been spot on and maintenance are just as friendly and helpful as the office staff are. The only consistent negative is sometimes one of the front gates breaks down, but they usually fix it very quickly.

Preston hill at mill creek apartments is nice and clean. They maintain welll like pull, Gym. Maintain staff good . Office staff very cooperative like Nuria. She always help the resident and solve the apartment maintenance problem. Amber is also cooperative.

I want to mention one of the Best maintenance/groundskeeper that they have.. His name is Stan the Man nice and polite and always willing to help you. Great job Stan.

Been here 64 days. Not pleased. Rent raised already without explanation. Roaches all over. Pest control has to come every week since the time of move in. Worse decision I’ve ever made. Coming all the way from NY.

I came in for a tour a few days ago and I must say I was very impressed with the service I received from Erin. Not only was she very friendly but she was also very personable! She answered all my questions and made me feel welcomed. Making sure Preston hills is my new home!

This is my first apartment community that I have lived in and yes there have been some small issues but overall Im very happy here. I love my apartment and all the grassy space for my pup. Office management and maintenance staff are friendly and have provided excellent customer service. I also love the location because its close to the mall and it is right by I-85 which makes my commute to work easy.

I have lived here for several years and love it. I really love my apartment! The space is great and I have a large patio! The community is very clean and everyone at the office has always been very nice to me! I also love that it is close to my work!

Applied for a one bedroom after I was told it was available that same day soon after I was told it wouldn’t be ready on time due to water damage. Then was told they had a lower floor available soon after that was told the same story that it wouldn’t be done on time due to maintenance. Pressured into getting a second floor apartment after specifically asking for a first floor. While after everything that was happening and coming up “randomly” I remained calm and understanding. Was told that the second floor wouldn’t be done by September 9 after 3pm and that’s when I decided to finally say no that I would need it done by that day. Asked for a refund soon after that and I was told “no” due to holding the apartment for me for a “month” even though it wasn’t ready to move into in the beginning. There’s no understanding on their side. Also didn’t disclosed the double homicide that happened there had to find that out on my own which having a fiancé and daughter doesn’t sit easily.

The attention of the staff is very good, daisy and amber, they take care of me very well, congratulations. And I am very happy with the apartments

Loved there 4 years maintenance was great Stan Fred and Martin were my favorites. The office always responded promptly. Beautiful place to live, pools are great. Rent a little expensive for Georgia.

The apartment is okay. I have not had an issue with bugs and maintenance responds to issues quickly. However, because of the design of the apartments one bedroom will be against the outside stairwell which means you get to hear your neighbors walking up/down the stairs all times of the night. The walls are thin, I can hear my neighbors washer through the walls.At lease renewal my rent will increase by $170/month which is insane.

This is my second year here and I wouldnt advise anyone to move here. I literally stay across from where there was a double homicide a few weeks ago. Nobody from management contacted me and my kids personally. The detective reached out to us and still checks on us. We literally came home to yellow tape so it was hard to get in our place. My 9 year old walked into them taking out two dead bodies and is currently in therapy, Wtf. Ive had 4 sets of neighbors the two years Ive been here. It went from dogs chasing us to dead bodies being removed. No parking even with your decal,Gates constantly broken,dog poop everywhere. My rent went up almost 200 dollars. You would think never being late on rent the two years youve been here would count for some type of special or incentive. Find somewhere clean..without dog poop,everywhere,safe,and where they try and screen renters. Lastly dont spend your money where they dont care what happens and dont honor your loyalty.

I’ve never experienced a apartment complex work so hard to make sure you don’t live there. I waited over 30 minutes to take a tour and they still wouldn’t let me in. Eventually they closed which is what I think they were trying to do so they wouldn’t have to do a tour in the first place. I came at 3:45 and they closed at 5. Waited until 4:25 before I figured they really just don’t want me. I called 3 times and spoke to 3 different people. I can’t believe such unprofessionalism was allowed here. This giant red flag was enough for me to never consider coming to live here, I’d recommend the same to you.

Great Team here. They recently got a new manager and she is ready to make this place great again. I lived here a few years ago and only moved due to work. Now that I am back and see the positive changes that are ahead, I am excited for this place.

They post daily ads on craigslist and then act like theyre mistakes, and talk around themselves like they genuinely dont want anyone to move into the complex. Youd think with a double-homicide last week theyd be a little more willing to try to get people in there.The office staff literally cares 0% about your housing needs and you are a dollar sign.

I have been here 3 years it used to be a good property, now they dont answer the phones, they do not do what they say, you cannot get them to come fix anything, they keep telling you we will call you back and receive no return calls, then they tell you that you need a appointment to speak to the manager of the property, there is not enough parking they have turned spaces into no parking zones and then try to tow your car, all and all the care for the property and their tenants has decreased its like the rent office dont care they look at you when you come in the office as if you are bothering them and you are the one paying all this money to live in this I thought was a nice community. Please think first looks nice but the office and how long it takes to get your stuff fixed it crazy!! and the staff does not care at ALL!! still waiting on a return call.

This is a great place to call home. There are small issues like parking and occasionally hearing your neighbors through the walls, but the huge apartments and incredible office staff more than make up for it. Vanessa especially goes out of her way to make everyone feel like they are a priority. Ive emailed her at 11 oclock on a Friday night and gotten a response almost immediately. Living here has been a great experience and I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a home.

Ever since I moved to Preston Hills, Ive been so comfortable and taken care of. The office staff is so sweet especially Taz. Im a single mom and whenever she sees me with my son coming to the office for packages or anything else, she takes care of me right away. She at least smiles at me and says hi if shes busy. Stan and Fred on maintenance are also very diligent and helpful any time I need help with stuff around the house.

Decent apartment complex by all means. Front office is very accommodating. Good and friendly neighbors. Really quiet. Needed a courtesy officer like yesterday though. No clue why we dont have one.

Parking is HORRID. Tags that are out of state? But always seem to have a pass. Need assigned parking. I hate walking super far to my apartment at night. Also, not that it bothers me too badly but the walls are EXTREMELY thin. So thin I can hear my upstairs neighbor peeing, their conversations, and their lovely whinny dog. Ive noticed around 8-9 a lot of people are out front loitering and drunk. Made me feel uncomfortable walking my dog. Almost felt like one of them was purposely trying to walk the direction I was. Id shift paths and so would he. Made me feel incredibly uneasy. Also the lady with the two beagles that JUMPED ON MY CAR because she couldnt control her dogs, needs to be told. Those dogs are absolutely awful. She leaves them on the deck to BARK AT LITERALLY EVERYTHING at (what feels like) all hours of the night. Seriously. Control your freaking dogs.

Im a current resident at this over priced apartment complex!! You definitely dont get what your paying for and you might as well forget your peace of mind if you choose to live here. Theres always some type of drama with rent payments...Ive been waiting for over a week now for answers about my account!!! Trash is picked up when they feel like picking it up...BUT we have to pay them every month for valet trash. The gates are always broken.. I was told today by Teresa in the office that Ill have to sit outside of the gate until it updates and there was nothing she could do about it. So you mean to tell me I cant get into the place a pay rent to live because of your system. I no that this is a LIE because Ive had that happen before and was buzzed in. It has been one hell of an experience for the past 2 years. I will not be renewing my lease Im getting far far away from this place!!! And I recommend that no one TRY to make this home. This company is pathetic and care nothing about you.

My AC was having issues after hours so I called our facilities repair staff. Martin Cintron handled the situation with professionalism and was here to not only fix my problem but explain what was going on. This guy along with the rest of his team are amazing individuals and deserve some recognition. Thank you.

This is a great community to live in. These apartments are definitely luxurious. My unit was newly renovated and I love it! The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Taz made sure my unit was ready on time and she helped me get everything done to make sure the move in went very smoothly. Im happy to call this place my new home!

My rent was raised by $230 after one year. Wanted a home for a few years but feel like I just replaced the old carpet and repainted the place for free to someone new.

I have lived here for more than a year now, great location, quiet, calm and clean. I am moving out soon in my new home, otherwise nothing wrong with this place. Great staff, friendly behavior, very welcoming, kid friendly lobby, clean swimming pool, well maintained kids park, timely pest control initiatives, on time trash pickup, minimal maintenance, enough parking, no neighbor issues and free car wash. This apartment by far has to be the best ever that we have ever stayed in, we had an apartment overlooking the Mall of Georgia and the pool. The view gives off a nice ambiance at night. I enjoy standing on my patio at night with a good book. The Mall is within walking distance, there are many options to choose from to eat and shop. There is also a QT on the corner of the community, our family walk to get treats all the time. We have gone to the Gwinnett Braves stadium for games and fireworks on holidays. Everything is very close by. The school bus picks up my daughter at the front gate. Its very convenient. Its the perfect place to be. The staff here is amazing! They help with all of my needs.The only reason I would leave here is to purchase a home. Other than that, I would love to stay at Preston Hills at Mill Creek!!!

I love my renovated apartment! My brand new stainless steel appliances are so nice! The maintenance/office are all so nice. I have had 2 work orders so far and they have completed them so quick! I am so happy that I have leased here!!!

Can’t complain about the units everything was brand new when I moved in .The only thing that they need to WORK on it is that they need to assignate parking spaces for each unit. It’s the worst part of coming home I can’t find a spot . Lots of work trucks plus. People who rent garage other cars park right outside and it’s impossible to get in or get out.Just work in the parking. And also the all year I’ve been never not even one time. The stairs and building entrances were well clean with a pressure washer. I used to tell the people who cut the grass to blow out the outside of my building

Do not move in here. You will not find a worse place to live. The apartments themselves are old but decent. However, everything else is either broken, dirty or vandalized. The gates to the complex are broken all the time, there are 2 pools but almost all summer one of them was closed for one reason or another, you pay for trash pick up but at least once a week it does not get picked up, the laundry rooms and fitness centers are filthy, they are supposed to have pass code access but it never works, the grounds are littered and the office workers cant seem to get anything done.The final straw for me was when we had some freezing temps the fire sprinkler in my closet off the patio burst on a Sunday morning...water was spewing everywhere. I called the emergency maintenance line and no one ever called me for over 3 hours. When the office opened at 1:00 I went there to tell them but the person there did not seem to care. A maintenance guy showed up 30 minutes later, a plumber showed up an hour after that and it was repaired. Water was everywhere and soaked everything. No one came back to follow up or check on things. But, I did get an email the next day asking rate us on our response to your maintenance issue...this is how everything is handled...clueless.I am not one who complains. I run a successful business and I am very focused on customers and customer service. I just wanted a decent place to live and for things to be clean and working. This community delivers none of that.

Very accommodating and the property definitely met the expectations of my boss (who is a little difficult at times) Devyn and the office manager were great! Btw NO BUGS HERE! Trust me! I am glad I was able to find this place for him. And maintenance is a life saver here. You will be happy to chose this place as home! The location is awesome! It is actually really quiet and nicely kept.

My mother and I recently were apartment searching for a 2 bedroom to move pretty quickly and with a short term lease. I had looked at a few communities but liked Preston Hills the best. The price was incredibly reasonable for the 4 month lease that we needed for the full renovated apartment. Jay, the assistant manager, was who showed us around and really took the time out of his day to help us find exactly what we needed even though he was short staffed. We did apply but ended up having to cancel because we rented a house but I will absolutely refer my friends to Preston Hills and will be back in the future for myself based on the customer service alone. It is a beautiful place to stay and with all of the new renovations in the apartments and the outer changes too was definitely worth the price.

The Preston Hills team worked together to make sure I found the right apartment for me. They were very resident friendly, and my apartment is very nice with all of the new renovations. From the manager to the maintenance staff, everyone was so kind during the process. When I came to Preston Hills I knew this was the place for me, and I didnt need to look any further!

This place is fine, dont be put off by reviews from people who are clueless. Its your average apartment complex. If not, a bit nicer. And its now under new management. Ive lived here for 3 months now, and have yet to come into a problem that isnt expected by living in an apartment. Yes, you hear other tenants from time to time, and yes, there are a few bugs here and there, but we are located next to a creek. In Georgia. There will be bugs, even if you owned your own home on this same piece of land.And, as far as mold goes, I have yet to find any. Otherwise, I would alert the management office, and guess what?! Theyll do something about it.As long as you know what youre doing, and know youre renting an apartment, and not a luxury home, this place is great, especially with such a convenient location.

This is basically the ghetto. Fights in the apartments and on the parking lot in broad daylight. People sneaking in through the gate. Scary place and super expensive. Way too many smokers poisoning the air. I left as soon as I could get out. Oh and can’t even enjoy a peaceful quiet time at the pool because people are blasting their annoying ghetto music!

I will be moving from this apartment complex very soon. I live in a one bedroom and it is very over priced. I have issues with bugs, the neighbors have dogs and it sounds like Jumaji upstairs, the leasing office never answer the phones. When it comes to get ting your packages they always say that dont have it. Make them double check. Try other options before moving here. You will be glad you did.

Very nice property. Apartments are great and the location is even better. Right next to I-85 and Mall of Georgia. Management is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this highly recommended seeing this place in person.

Signed a 12 month lease, put down $300 security deposit. There was mold in almost all the apartments, I overheard 4 different neighbors talking about it, 2 from different buildings. They accepted our notice they we were moving out, but when time came they lied and said we never informed them. Then they charged an outrageous price to clean the oven after we moved out when we never used it once, and they lied and said I never gave them a deposit. Unfortunately I lost the paperwork. They are great.....at scamming people.

It is a good place to live. Just avoid Tina in the front office. She is rude and anytime you need anything it is always inconvenient for her. And she makes sure you know it.Everyone else is awesome and extremely nice.

Rather disappointed. Apartment was not ready when we arrived with our stuff--we had to put everything into one room and live with wet floors for the first couple days. (I dont get that--if Im late on rent I get fined a penalty, but when they dont hold up their end of the agreement, nothing happens). Things werent that clean or fixed from the last tenant. Repairs that were done were pretty shotty. The washing machines took our money and we left messages with maintenance but never got our money back or heard from them. The advertised fitness area is a joke. Its very dirty and none of the machines work. When we asked the staff about this, they acted like its not their problem and said its b/c too many kids play on them. Also, theres mold in some of our rooms--I guess well wait to see how theyll handle that situation--not hopeful.

Really nice renovated apartment on top floor with vaulted ceiling. New appliances, flooring, paint, etc......very nice and open floor plan, quiet neighborhood, easy access to anything you could want......overall very pleased.

We have been living here for 3 years. While the quality of the community continues to go down, especially the recent MURDER case(two residents found shot dead inside the apartment ) happened at the 300 building, the rent continues to go up (20% this year). Its just ridiculous!

All in all this place is decent. I have been living here for almost a full year and for the prices that they have these apartments set as you would think they handled their business a little better. Since I am currently a residence, I believe they think that they can just treat you in any way possible since they already have my money each month. The people in the front office are so rude and disrespectful every time you call. They never let you finish your sentence before cutting you off, explain the situation or anything. Its like they just throw out the first thing that comes to mind and hang up the phone without and kind of customer service. I work in the high customer service field and for me to experience something like that coming from a place that I am giving a high amount of money to is really really upsetting. They only listen to reply to you, they dont listen to help. I personally think they need to hire better people in their office to represent the community. If you are going to be charging people outrageously you need to have the best of the best and nothing else. They have no control on what goes on in the community. Bad mouth kids walk around all day long yelling at the top of their lungs every curse word in the book. Kids only the age 5-14. You have people smoking weed right next to your car window when youre inside your car with no remorse. The stair wells look horrible. There is always trash built up in the stair wells. They bring potential new clients in and wow them with this fake customer service personality to get them in and its like when they do BOOM the real Preston Hills shows up. I am not paying an arm and a leg every month to a complex that doesnt treat there tenants with respect, whom gives them their paycheck, nor to a complex who has no control. So if you want my opinion, I would say take your money and move somewhere else. Just because it is located next to the mall doesnt make it luxury apartments.

A new company is taking over, making a lot of improvement, and upgrades. Have enjoyed my year of living there great location near mall of Ga and I-85. Rent went up too, but would live there again if can afford to do so.

This has been a nightmare move for our family. The apartment was not properly cleaned before we moved in , we found roaches in the apartment when we did our walk thru and its a constant battle to keep pest control out there. I have asked several times for them to come in a have the carpets at least cleaned due to the over whelming smell of cigarette smoke. They have not responded to any of my request. Half the time our trash is not picked up and our kitchen light has been out for over a week . They have been called out for this 3 times already and its still not resolved. I might add we have been here a total of 4 weeks only. The neighbors around us are rude and their kids run around screaming fowl language outside. I feel like I live in some government housing in the projects and paying 1300.00 a month for it. Would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

Live here only if you want to be miserable. The maintenance never gets anything done and also steals from your house. If you need to get any work done by them make sure you have someone home or a spy cam. The office workers are even worse. They have the attitude of a teenager! They lie and cheat you of your money! They also threatened us!!! GO RUN AWAY FAST DONT DO IT!

Moved into Preston Hills a few years back.The main points they offer are a gated community and a laundry /workout area and trash pickup at a cost of 50 per month)But neither of those actually matter since there is no enforcement on the gates, people just park outside the gate and wait for people to enter before following them in.This make the gate just completely useless and just something else you as a resident have to deal with.As for the Workout Room and Laundry rooms, they are locked during the morning (which means if you wanna workout before work you cannot) and the way they operate leaves you frustrated because the card transaction wont take after the first go and your bank thinks your making a duplicate transaction since they are all set at the same dollar denominations.As for the Trash pickup they come and pick it up between 9:30 and 11 at night and the trash is set right outside your bedroom window so every night there is a random person right outside your bedroom window.As for leasing information, RENTER BEWARE at one month before your lease is up you get a letter stating you can pick from a set of renewal options. Now my rent at the time was 1024 a month and I was provided the option to stay month to month at 3,594 dollars a month. A six month option at 2,194 and I honestly forget the other two. Once you re-sign your rent goes up because you didnt want to pay 3,194 a month and really had no idea this was gonna happen and had no time to plan anything else.You also are locked into an agreement where you have to provide 60 days written notice before leaving (which trying to plan something 3 months out is not easy and near impossible) you will pay 1months of rent in fees for doing so along with the cost of each month not taken in with that notice.In the last year my wife has been attacked by dogs 3 times, there is never any parking available and each time a new management team comes they display the professional we care but they never ever make any of the changes while keeping the same business practices up and charging more.They even decided to start hiring a security guy to “enforce parking” (which I have never seen anyone a car with security written on it) and when you call to ask the office why isnt he doing anything your given his number and they state you have to call him. (so basically you have to start patrolling and reporting folks to see any impact)My apartment has only had 2 bugs, its quiet and I like the fact I cant disturb my neighbors when i practice my music. Besides that I truly hate the way they write their contracts and continue to make this a very unhappy place to reside in.This will be copied and pasted internal o every review site I can find. I dont suggest ever moving here or any other property by the Steadfast Corporation----UPDATE in response to Preston Hills on 4/2/19:---We already spoke last week about the German Shepherd and Pitbull owners of Apt 501 being free and attacking other residents. You informed us he is a cop and you dont plan on takimg any action. Meanwhile a new resident just moved im directly across from that apartment and all they can hear is thier dogs barking non-stop and him getting into fights with his gal outside.Nice job on all the renovations to attract more folks in. Hopefully they dont take these reviews to seriously

Ive been here since Aug 2014; Initially it was great, then the water bill started to go up, and go up and continued to go up. At one point I had a water bill that was over $200. Management implemented a new billing system & the bill did go down and now slowly starting to rise again. My biggest issue thus far has been receiving a 3 day notice on my door for failure to pay rent, when my rent was not only paid ON May 1st, but in person...in the presence of TWO staff members. This is embarrassing, humiliating and downright unacceptable. Im hoping that management will be working expeditiously TODAY to find my rent payment.

Honestly we pay for amentities thar are in terrible condition. The gyms are gross and the equipment is extremely outdated. I was running on treadmill once and a massive roach climbed onto the wall next to me and flew right at me. That’s when I got a gym membership somewhere else. The playground is disgusting, muddy, and the net climbing wall is broken which is so extremely hazardous. I took pictures of it and would love to post them here because it’s that ridiculous. They renovated the apartments and jacked up the prices but it’s absurd really. The best thing is the pools and the hardwood floor option on the bottom floors (not really hardwood but that’s fine with me) They could at least put some new wood chips at the playground area. I don’t even want to ever bring my daughter here to play ever again. I think what particularly annoys me is how much I’m paying, I just don’t think its worth it at all.

Maintenance crew is great; quick, efficient and kind. Location is great. Most neighbors are cool.

I can never get anyone on the phone and with the change in hours of operations I dont get to see anyone during the week only on the weekend this month alone i have to pay a late fee because there charges on my rent that i do not agree with and need clarification on before i pay. How do you sign a lease for 1270/month but pay 1368??? I pay $30 for a trash service that DOES NOT pick up more than two bags so when i moved in mind you im a single woman I had boxes bigger than me that I was responsible for removing from my unit. I have 10 months left on my lease and do not care to stay a day longer. I will be looking into ways to terminate my lease and take my business elsewhere. If you choose to live here PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR FEES!

Staff always helpful..but to many roches in apt staff also helped me pest control tight door ..but doenst work...i wish they do something for babies entertainment like little park swing slids...overall good experience..good staff n helpfull...they work asap watever u have issue ..

The assistant manager is a liar. On their website they wrote that their deposits are $200 but when I went to talk to them in person and sign the contract they said their deposits are $1,200. They say that this deposit is because I have a low income but I also have my friend signing the contract with me and our incomes combined is 4x what they’re asking for rent. After this I went to talk to the assistant manager and he was very rude to me and was very sarcastic. He had no respect for me or the fact that I wanted to rent an apartment from them. Whenever they don’t have any customers they try and get you to come in and rent or buy but when they do have them they start to play games with you. I felt as if they wanted to ruin the deal with me because there was a better offer around. The assistant manager is a bad person and a thief he deserves to be fired. I would never recommend this place to anyone please save your time and money and never come here!

8mo of total hell in this place. We pay 1440.00 a no to live with and investation of roaches. Pest control vomes out but yet tgey are multiplying. The neighbors are a freaking nightmare. Cars are all over the side roafes and never any parking. Suppose to be gated and the gates are always broken. Trash all over the lawns outside and freaking peeping toms with binoculars always looking in your apartments. Front office is freaking as helpful as a wet paper sack. Wouldnt recommend this place if my life depended on it. High prices for a slum bucket place. I wish I could upload the photos I took tonight of the damn roaches.DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!!!!

Terrible apartment dirty and pool bad everything is bad there except the room its nice

I have been living here for about three months. I have no complaints ! I got a renovated apartment and everything looked great ! I love my apartment :) very nice and friendly leasing agents ! I had an issue with my A.C in the middle of a cold storm and maintenance was very prompt in returning my call and making it out to my apartment.the best part is they pick up your trash ! All you have to do is place it by your door.i-85 right next to you as well; wether you want to go north or south . But best of ALL, The mall is at a walking distance ! You have everything around ! Publix,Walmart,Walgreens , countless restaurants and shopping plaza. Love it here !

I have been in my apartment for 2 weeks.. I love my apartment but what I dont like is the lies, I was told someone was going to come clean the tubs, never happend, called the leasing office and they always say ok I will get someone but its been 2 weeks and I had to call and remind them, I have a shower curtain rod that keeps falling down and no one has fixed it to where it would stay up , they have not even followed up....Please looks good its the people in the office...

High Rent, HIGH Water Bill, Gate Always Broken, NO PARKING ever and they have teenagers selling and doing drugs in the Laundry Room.

I lived there for two years. at first it was nice because my wife and i came from the north and to get an apt like these for the price at the time wasnt bad. but slowly things started to come up with negatives. the very first thing i must say really upset me was the water bill. it was only my wife and i and we both work so no one is really home for most of the day. even weekends we went out to family gatherings the majority of the time. when we first got there the bill was averaging around 50 bucks which to me is still kinda high for two people, then it went up to 60 bucks then to 70. then last but not least when they switched it to the new company which is conservice, then my bill jumped to 130 dollars and it stayed that way for months now im extremely upset about it. then when i go to the office they are telling me thats normal and so Im forced to pay this crazy bill and when it finally went down after the summer it was still 100 dollars. meanwhile there are people complaining that their bill was 40 dollars i wish i had that problem. also be on the look out when you get ready to terminate your lease because then they will find ways to charge for anything. after i paid the rent (on time as always) they put a notice on my door for 24 dollars with no explanation saying to pay it now. when i go to the office about it they said i was short but when i proved to them i was not by adding the numbers right in front of their face then they made it up saying it had to do with me leaving paying final numbers according to the lease which is bull and then the nerve to say they were saving me money. so once again Im forced to pay because im trying to buy a house and cant afford anything to tamper with my credit. oh and speaking of lease they will never give a copy of because they claim that no one wants a copy of their lease so you must request it. which i did many times and had to wait many times for it. which is illegal because it is a legal binding document between and property owner and tenant so the copy should be provided immediately after signing. besides who would not want a copy of their lease. so another BS answer. they also want you to renew the lease two months in advanced which is ridiculous. i signed the lease and then tried to cancel it within the week of signing and they didnt want to recognize it and just charge me the termination fee along with another you guessed it crazy water bill attached to it. this place has the potential to be something a lot nicer than this but this is sad. i already got one person to not live there and this review im sure will steer away more individuals along with many family members i got coming down here.

Lived here for around 4 months. Not very impressed. The water is way to much. Parking is horrific. My wife is in a wheel chair and cant find a parking spot due to non handicap ppl taking them. Or she is blocked in by ppl parking in no parking area blocking the ramp to get to the apt. Called police mulitple times on it. Found out that the signs the apt uses are fakes and police are not able to inforce them. Talked to office on the issue 6 times. Get the run around. Says 1st come 1st serve on parking. If u have a wheel chair find a different place to live. The office gives a number to call for the tows. Hint. The tow company they use closes at 8pm. Not any help. Finding a better place to live. $1400 for 2 room apt is nuts. Let alone cant even park near your apt or use a wheel chair. Thinkin to inform the news and the bbb. Frusterated tenent.

Do not move here they promise things they dont have gated community ha ha the gates may be there but they are always open due to the fact they dont have anyone on staff that knows how to fix them now they are telling us we cant use our patios for two week because they dont know to do renavations when a unit is vacant instead they use undocumented works to come doImprovments a 5 year old can paint in the lines better hey god bless the usa dont move in here

Do you ever pick up your phones? I’ve been trying to get information to rent an apartment here & have called everyday, still no pick up. I went to the office about a month ago & the consultant there barely gave my any information, i had to pull it out of him. I’ll be moving on to another place.

My husband and I moved in last October, Ajyl was our leasing consultant and was a absolute doll. Initially everything looked great, they were putting new roofs on the buildings and the gardners were doing there thing. We were under the impression that this was a well kept community that we wanted to be apart of. During our Apt walk through I noticed that the balcony was in desperate need of a paint job. Ajyl said she would put a work order in for it. By Dec nothing was done. I called and they said by Jan/Feb painting would be happening, they were waiting on corporate to choose a color. By late Feb they painted our building diffrent colors and it remained that way until May. Meanwhile my husband and I would go to the gym and 9× out of 10 it would be filthy, no cleanser, or paper towels to wipe down the equipment, filthy mirrors sweat still on the eqipment, weed smoke in the air, condoms laying around, water bottles every where, as there is no trash can in or out side of the gym. I made several complaints about the gym not being clean for several months and it seemed to just be getting worse. The grounds have become unkept, no grass, spiderwebs and stains on the steps, breeze ways not being blown, or washed down for periods of time. Jay one of the managers was always helpful, and tryed to get the situations taken care of but for what ever reason, no immediate results. Corprate finally decided on a color and the painting began, however the painters left a mess every day, leftover water bottles and lunch bags, card board and debri, accumulation from days at a time. The painters painted over my window so you cant see in or out, also left tape, and paint chips on the balcony for me to clean. I immediately called the office again and got routed to Vanessa, let me just say, she is the most disrespectful, condescending Property Manger ever. She told me that the balcony would look like this for months, and that they were STILL trying to figure out a color. I explained that the painting was completed, however a mess was left behind with painted over windows. By this point im completely frustrated and ask for corporates number or email. Vanessa tells me to google it, and after I call them they will route my complaint to her, and she would speak with me in a few weeks. I explained to her she hasnt been helping and her tone was not professional or exceptable. These people dont care about the cleanliness, or appearance of this apartment complex. For what you get, rent its completely overpriced. Clearly there is no money going back into this property. Also all apts. are not renovated and we we asked for ours to be renovated before we moved in we were told no, because there wasnt anything wrong with our unit, no upgrade on appliances either. What a total shame.

It is a very nice place to live,but maintenance sucks and never ever come. Little teenagers are always leaning on peoples cars and breaking into them. Too many notices and too many people get threatend. my friend lives there and they sent a notice to them and said they were stripping for money at the pool. the pools are nasty by the way also the back gym everything is broke and that place just sucks DONT LIVE THERE!!! THEY ARENT FAIR

Horrible Experience, then maintenance stile my washer and dryer. Crazy building is 500. Gang member, high traffic, guns, parties, etc.Across from building 500...is an unrespisibke rifle owner who walks around drink with it. Worst experience ever. This IS the ghetto.

Sketchy activities and no parking

Apartments arent bad and the location is prime but the price range is still a little high in my opinion
