The office staff and gentlemen who came out to service our pool were wonderful. The owner however, not so much. I had several questions about an invoice and when he finally called me back after, he was extremely disrespectful and rude. I don’t recommend this company if you are the type of person who likes to understand what you are paying for and why. He only cared to know that we were paying our bill and refused to listen to my concerns as a new customer. He interrupted me every time I tried to speak and was very dismissive, customer service doesn’t appear to be a priority. I still have no clue what I am being charged for and decided to find another company to work with.

If you want some creeps working on your pool, hire this company!!! two of their workers were shouting cat calls at me while we were stuck in traffic, making me feel uncomfortable. if this company hires such terrible men to be a part of this staff, this is NOT. a comp y you should hire.

What a great company! My pool equipment was a mess and needed a ton of work. Michael was super awesome to deal with and very professional. He had to make multiple trips because of the complexity of the job and it was just that bad. Always had a great attitude! Would recommend them to anyone!

Our experience with Sunrise Pools has been excellent. Chris, spent a very generous amount of time with me on site explaining all the parts and functions of the pool as a new homeowner. It was thorough. The weekly techs are equally good and in addition, I have had the office staff walk me through some technical questions. Its a company where everyone is in sync and on top of it. Glad I am in their service.

Pool service is great but the accounting is horrible! We were never billed consistently and when asked for a full accounting and invoices we never received them They are combative when questioned and a nightmare to deal with. Their actual pool service is great but not knowing what you are being charged for is unacceptable. We have cancelled after dealing with this for 18 months.In response to the Owners response. Again, they take no responsibility. We asked for all the invoices from when our account was open and only received a handful recently. A customer should NEVER have to reconcile charges to their account with what was billed. We couldnt even do that after we requested invoices on several occasions and to be billed monthly not sporadically. This is very unfortunate because their was nothing wrong with the pool service and we like our technicians. This is a simple accounting problem that could have been fixed and wasnt.

We had just bought the House and the staff at Sunrise did a great job getting the pool back in working order. If an issue came up they were quick to help us over the phone or come out right away to make sure everything was working properly. The regular service is great, they service the pool and clean the entire pool deck.

I’ve had 3 different companies in the last year and sunrise beats them with value and knowledge.They handled a Waruntee claim on my heater others just tried to sell me a new heater .Plus I especially appreciated the preventative suggestions to add zinc lode to prevent corrosion and also to correct the ground which wasn’t doesn’t correctly.

Weve used Sunrise to service our pool since we put it in 3.5 yrs ago. They do a nice job and are always accessible. We went through a number of pool servicers when we lived in FL and rapidly learned not all pool servicers are created equal. We will be sticking with Sunrise!

The worst pool service and disrespectful customer service. Save your money because this company has no customer service and is pretty much a scam! They claim they clean your pool when nothing has been done, and when you call in to complain their receptionist gives you attitude. I have personal experience with being disrespected by their staff. I asked for the owner to call me and I have emails to back up my experience with them but till today no response. Absolutely the worst customer service! This company should not be in a service industry because they dont know how to talk to their customers.

WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE! They came to my pool instead of my next door neighbor and screwed up my water and system. After calling them, they apologized and compensated my pool company CRYSTAL SEA POOLS (who are amazing) to correct everything they did wrong.

BUYER BEWARE!Horrible. The owner Mike has a an anger management issue as well. Was quoted one price, then changed the price when they arrived and asked for payment before job complete. Let my pool equipment torn apart and didnt even put it back like they found it. After I agreed to pay over twice what they quoted the owner decided to call me names and use profanity when I let them know I wouldnt pay until the job was complete.

Ive used these guys for a couple of years only because the company I was using retired. Theres something constantly wrong with my pool. Equipment that works just fine the day before for me, suddenly is an issue that needs immediate replacement. Quoted one price over the phone for some specific service call and when the technician gets here, well you guessed it. Its a different problem with the pool and, of course, the cost of repair is always higher. The initial quote for repair now is just to diagnose what the problem is.I feel like Im paying college tuition for their kids.

This is my second pool with Sunrise. Service is terrific and the girls always have a solution to the problem in the office.

Very inconsistent with services, different person every time(inexperienced), broke some of my equipment on christmas eve and said it broke and they couldnt fix it till monday so no hot tub for my wifes only day off..repaired my cleaner multiple times saying i didnt need a new one..people forgot equipment some of the times..no value for me if i can do myself.

They redid our pool. Pricing was right on and fair.
