I’ve been going to this nail salon for over two years and have always been very happy with the service provided. However, today I walked in to find that they were changing ownership. I had received a 20% off coupon 10 days ago for my birthday and the new owner would not honor the coupon. This was extremely disappointing considering that I had just received it. Sadly, I will now be looking for a new nail salon.

I & my girlfriend went and it was a great experience. They have safety precaution in place due to pandemic for our safety. Clean establishment with very attentive and personable people. Thank you!

The mail tech used my file, dipped it in my used pedicure water, and put it back as if it were new and cleaned. The nail tech removed her mask although she clearly had a cold. I asked for white, the color immediately turned a dingy color after I returned him. The polish seems to be cheap and the mail tech continuously tried to upcharge me. The salon wasn’t disinfected and I will not be returning.

I paid for gemstones on my nails. They all fell off the same day! Their glue is not strong. Bring your own super glue if you want bling on your nails. I paid an extra $10 for nothing. However Lee did a great job on my nails and the shape is just right!

They always do an amazing job with my nails. Im very picky about my colors and the way my nail looks and they always fix anything I see, but I rarely ever have to say anything because they just know what I like now. Iv been going to them for over a year. They recently changed their name to Mimis Nails but the workers are the same and the owner is the same. 10/10 would recommend!

I have seen Jerry for the last 2 years, and I have been pleased with the service every time. I follow him every where he goes, so if you are a Jerry fan, Passion Nails this is the place to go. Over all, the place is clean and looks nice. Love that they have SNS color match for hands and toes.

LA Nails is absolutely the best nail salon in Buford. (Believe me, Ive tried them all). Tony is my guy. Tell him Nancy sent you and I know he will make you regular customer. Hes that good. The best pedicures ever!!!

This review is long overdue. While I rarely get my nails done, Ive gone to LA Nails every time for the last few years. The salon is always clean, the service is fast and friendly, and the rates are reasonable. The staff remembers their clients and are very accommodating. I remember going in on the day of my senior prom a couple years back, and managed to get in and out with a full set of acrylics and a pedicure in under an hour! They looked amazing and lasted a good month. Lily is the sweetest and will do everything in her power to make you as comfortable as possible. Walk-ins are welcome, which is another plus. Overall, I have not had a single base experience with this salon and highly recommend it to any potential client.

I cant believe there are any good reviews on this place. I paid the extra cost for a gel manicure that was the worst I have ever received. Upon returning to the store to show them how the polish was coming off after 3 days (!) I was told no refunds, and they would only fix the problem by replacing the exact same inferior product. Why would I do that? Very poor customer service, Mimi was very rude and made no concession to their bad quality. I will never go back, and will pass this along.

I have been having my nails done by Tom for over 15 years! Him and his wife Lily, are two wonderful people! I love them💜💜💜 I am very VERY particular of the way I have my nails done, Im known as the lady who has the purple left only pinky :) Tom takes his time to make sure I am pleased all through out the process. Lilly tattooed my eyebrows for me and she made sure everything was to my liking before the first line was tattooed. I like this salon.

I get a full service mani-pedi by Tom every two to three weeks. The S&S manicures he provides are certainly better than any other in the Atlanta area! (I should know, Ive been having my nails done for forty [40] years.)The salon is understated yet elegang and professional. An unexpected surprise in an unusual setting.I simply respect and adore this couple.

Lily is absolutely AMAZING!!! I am the pickiest person on earth about my eyebrows...I like them full and precise. I dont know how she does it but she conquers the mission every time. I found her place by chance eating next door at the Italian restaurant,(which is a must try...delicious)I needed my brows done so I thought welllll...ok😬 Best thing I could of ever done! I live about 30 min away but I still make the trip to get one of many fabulous services from Lily!!! My 3 girls and I will be life long customers😊,Ohhh idea...if a few hair stylist/cosmologists came in we would only have to make one stop! I going to mention that to her😜

Do not visit this place. I had a full set and my daughter had a mani & pedi. I am so disappointed, I told the technician that my nails had bubbles, he applied another clear coat and my nails still had bubbles. My daughters paint was the same, just painted over the imperfections when applying. I will not visit again. This was my 1st and last visit.

The only reason their even getting one is because i had to choose one in order to review. This place is a joke! I went in for waxing. My brows and lip. As i was sitting there i legit wanted to cry. These people first of all use so little to barley none wax and i came home looking like i had niether done so i had to do them myself with a tweezer. Waste of money and time. Smfh. I honestly wouldnt even bother stepping in if youre picky with your brows because they will mess them up. Even my husband asked me didnt you go do your eyebrows and i gave him the look like dont even ask. Looked like nothing was done and they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO WAX OR DO BROWS!
