I’ve had four appointments at the Mall of Georgia location for various parts of the wedding. Jessie M. was my consultant for finding my moms mother of the bride dress and for picking out my new bridal dress after changing my date. Both times she was cheerful, patient, calm and extremely welcoming and helpful! She made all the difference in the peaceful experience I had picking out a dress. I felt confident and in good hands with her demeanor and advice. She is truly the sweetest! I was so excited when they told me she would be my consultant because I knew how great she was! I can’t say enough about her gentle style. If you can request her for an appointment - do it!

I had the best wedding dress experience ever here!! I wanted to wear my mother’s 23 year old wedding dress. It was not preserved and about 6 sizes too big for me.Ruth was an angel of a seamstress. I had 3-4 fittings and she managed to make the dress perfect for my wedding day (even though my weight fluctuated about 25lbs throughout the process).We hit traffic almost every time we went and they worked w/ us each time. I recommend going during the week instead of the weekend so it’s not as busy and you don’t have to wait long. The people there were so sweet and personable about the entire experience, which I honestly didn’t expect from a chain. Altogether, I loved the whole experience so much, I’m writing a review from my honeymoon lol

Found the dress quickly and Noelle was working with us to help with sizing and color choice. Some bridesmaids tried on a bridesmaid dress and she measured them to see what size they are and helped with the dress!

I will be completely honest, I didnt know what to expect when I walked through the door at DB. But I went in with an open mind and without a doubt found my dress! 😍 Jessie M was my stylist and of you want someone who is going to go out of their way to make you feel special and to give you the advice you so deserve, shes your girl! I love coming this store for formal wear. They have great service and today’s experience was AMAZING! I was in and out in under an hour and I talked to Cheryl about finding a cocktail dress for a charity event and the first dress she recommended was stunning and fit me perfectly. It was such a last minute stop for me too because I was able to get the dress less than a week before the event. I am so pleased:)

They were both very helpful and were able to prepare the dresses to be altered to our liking and to compliment our bodies. From the moment we walked in the door, they were amazing! Both for the bride’s dress and then for the bridesmaids appointment as well! The manager at the Buford store is the sweetest person ever! We highly recommend and by the way our wedding date was less than 2 months away the first time we walked in, we were nervous and very anxious we could ever pull off finding a bridal gown and bridesmaids dresses! They were extremely calming and reassuring that it could be done and they would be there every step of the way to help us and they have truly stood by their word!

I went everywhere looking for a dress for my coworker’s wedding so I decided to give this location a try the day before the wedding. When I walked in, I was kindly greet by a lady name Jessica. She told me where to look inside the store to see what I liked. I saw two beautiful dresses and she assisted me with the try on and gave me her honest opinion and we picked out the perfect dress. I also encourage customers to sign up for their rewards program because it’s beneficial with no catch to it. 5 Stars

I have been here so many times. 2 wedding dresses, 5 bridesmaids dresses, and mother of the bride and every time I come in they make it so easy. Everything is here from a great size range to color. I have not ran into a bad experience. Everyone is so helpful and full of knowledge! An amazing team!

Ms Ruth in alterations is awesome! My fitting appointment was running a little behind, but Ruth is worth waiting for. She is so nice and wanted to make sure my dress fit perfectly with my shoes; even gave me tips on how to seal my sparkly shoes! Ruth made a quick change to my dress while I waited. I highly recommend Ruth for any alteration you need done. You can tell she really cares about her customers! Ruth is a rare find!

I had time to go to Buford today, but didn’t make an appointment to look at bridesmaids dresses and they said that was fine they still had someone help me pick out dresses and she knew my size. She waited outside the dressing room to make sure I didn’t need help trying on the dresses. She also let me know where everything was and also gave me the QR code’s to get a discount on my dress. It was a great experience. I wish I remembered the woman’s name she was awesome as well as everyone else that worked there!

I am the maid of honor for my best friends wedding. I got my dress from there and did not have any issues. My best friend on the other hand had a horrible experiencing with the alternations. The first official day she came in for her alteration, she got a new person. One of the head seamstress had to come out and basically do the majority of the dress again. They fixed it and it fit perfect. The second try on came around and put on the dress and it was so tight her chest was bulging out. Not only that but the belt that was put on was very Noticeably crooked. As she paid 500 dollars for alternations I would expect more care and thought put into a dress that will be worn on someone’s special day. Felt as if they only cared about the money and not actually making a girl feel special and feel beautiful.

Bella did a great job finding the dresses that fit the style we were looking for. She also suggested many beautiful accessories that accentuated the dresses. She also stayed with us the whole time and helped make everything perfect !

My daughter found the dress of her dreams!!! However, the alteration process was absolutely HORRIBLE! They ordered a dress size too big which required more alterations which were also more expensive. When we went to pick up the dress after alterations, it was too short, (at her ankles), the bustle was crooked, and the bust inserts were too big! Her dress was completely plain with no frills, sequins, or lace and they put buttons all over the train saying it was needed in order to bustle it correctly. Six weeks out, they had to order a whole new dress in her correct size! She still needed the lengthy hemmed and we worked with sweet Ruth who worked very hard to make the train look exactly the way we wanted. When we returned to pick the dress up after the second alteration, the train had buttons all over it AGAIN and my daughter could not lift her arms because they tightened the sleeveless dress too much. (Ruth had written down instructions to use elastic and it was ignored).We scheduled ANOTHER appointment to meet with Ruth and, again, she worked with us until we found a way to bustle without buttons! We waited in the dressing room until the dress was completed and took it home that day! RUTH IS A LIFESAVER and was able to put a smile back on the face of this bride!!!

All I have to say is RUBY is the bomb!!! She took care of me the same day… I came in I needed hem in my dress and not only did she do that but she added something needful to my dress and gave me life long tips… my dress flowed so fabulous and looked amazing!!! David’s Bridal she’s a jewel!!! Also David’s Bridal you’re the bomb on so many levels not only are you’re prices great, but you guys really deliver… I had to order my dress in another size … you guys were so efficient and my dress arrived weeks before time!!! I live you guys and will always shop with you!!!!

Everyone who worked with me here was so positive and accommodating. I actually had a bad bout of vertigo and almost fainted during my alterations appointment and they made me feel as comfortable as possible and made sure I had everything I needed and got and new appointment scheduled for me. Everyone was so kind and I will always be grateful for the compassion they showed me.

My experience was everything I didn’t know I needed! After receiving a disgustingly damaged gown ordered online, Cheryl (the manager) stepped in immediately to make things right! Allison was amazing to work with! I found a gown I loved BUT the more I tried it on at home….the more I realized that it wasn’t IT!! Although I felt amazing at the time…I thought about what was missing and decided to try again. So went back for a second look….found a dress that met everything I wanted and I am finally DONE gown shopping! Jessica was amazing, very patient and kind. This is by far my favorite location! Megan was fantastic! I was a returning bride, I knew the dress I wanted to try on again. The only reason I’m not giving 5 starts is they didn’t have my size or remotely close to it and it was like a tent on me. Megan however, was amazing. She was dealing with me and another bride and I never felt like I wasn’t a priority. She has excellent customer service and her love for what she does shines through. She was a pleasure to work with and made me experience great. I found the dress!

The atmosphere was very clean and the staff was friendly. They didnt have any of my dresses in the color i wanted and the size I wanted. Other than that everything was fine.

Google Maps isn’t accurate for this location. The entrance is at the very end of the shopping center after Michael’s. Not the center of the shopping center, as Google maps indicates.My experience from finding a dress to getting the alterations was AMAZING. I went to a few places before David’s & I cried because it looked terrible or it was A dress but not THE dress.I was afraid to go to David’s because I thought it would be outside of my budget. But, I stayed well within my budget and the salesperson, Lori, helped me take pictures to send to my family & family - who are out of state - as well as, find the perfect vail, shoes and a belt that really complete made the dress pop.I saw the entire staff do the same with every customer & celebrate when THE dress was found. Everyone was accommodating and nice - I didn’t feel pressured to do anything. The alterations department, especially Natasha, were quick and also incredibly friendly and accommodating.I would advise you to skip all the other places and just come here. I would also say, don’t order online, unless you get it from them. You really know a dress is right when you put it on. They also have a great selection of formal wear for every occasion. So next time I need a dress, I’m returning.A big THANK YOU to all the staff! You’re amazing!

If no stars was a option that’s what I’d give, I brought my 3 bridesmaids here to get their dresses after already having a bad experience with the David bridal in Kennesaw not telling my bridesmaids that her dress could not be attained until a month after she ordered and paid for it. I came to this location hoping for better results. One bridesmaid did leave the store with a dress in hand, but the other two had to have theirs order. After working with a stylist and writing down all my information (name/wedding date/bridal party) they still somehow put all the girls dresses under one of my bridesmaids name and a totally wrong wedding date. They also order a dress that was a totally wrong material! After speaking with 2 different stylist and asking them if different materials would photograph different and how important it was that they all match. We agreed on a satin material.... this was a very drawn out conversation where satin was repeated 4-5 times yet when my bridesmaid picked up her dress it was NOT satin.... this bridesmaid lives no where near this location so she ended up going to the Athens store (who were lovely) and fixed the issues and ordered the dress in the correct material. My other bridesmaid called this location to check in on her dress and was told her order did not exist !!! (This is when we found out they put it under the totally wrong information) this has been a literally nightmare.... your whole business is weddings.. you should be a lot better at your job!!

I arrived for my appointment in a slight panic as my wedding is about 6 weeks away. I walked in and met with my consultant, Vony and she instantly put me at ease. She was incredibly sweet and assured me that wed find something that checked all the boxes for me. We walked around the store so she could get an idea of what I was looking for to add to the collection she had already started for me based on my an answers to the style survey. She found some fabulous pieces, made sure that the alteration crew would be able to make the necessary changes to the dress I ended up saying yes to, glammed it up perfectly. I would definitely recommend this location bc while I spent most my time with Vony, everyone was incredibly sweet friendly and helpful.

I am so happy I made the right decision to go to Davids Bridal in the search for my bridesmaids dresses and my own wedding dress. I was very stressed about finding the perfect dress and all thanks to Isisbel I SAID YESS TO THE DRESS! So today I had the pleasure of working with Daijah as my consultant. Her energy drew me in as soon as I walked in to the place. I had an idea of what I wanted....and it was NOT it. She found me the perfect dress in budget and glammed me up to make me fall even harder. We also did my bridal party today and that was a cake walk. I love the way Davids Bridal catered to my needs and I cant wait to walk down the aisle to my forever in my dress from Davids Bridal

AMAZING! My stylist was Jessie, and she was incredible. I had a large group that came with me and they were so accommodating and allowed everyone to be in the fitting room area. I only pulled four dresses and tried on three before I knew that I had found the one. I got a dress, veil, and jeweled belt for a great price. Highly recommend this store.

This place and the staff were absolutely amazing! I had a very unpleasant experience at another DB in metro Atlanta, and I wasnt sure I wanted to try another store - but Im SO GLAD that I did! The store is so nice and the staff were so incredibly friendly. They were no pressure and offered great advice to help make my day special. My stylist Maya was AMAZING! She picked out a dress for me that I would never have picked out - under budget - and it was absolutely perfect. The manager walked through frequently to check on us and was so kind and accommodating. These ladies were so sweet and I cannot praise this store enough for the great experience. Oh my goodness from the first day this has been such an amazing experience! Lori helped me find the perfect dress and she made it so fun! She was so helpful and when we asked her to find new dresses she came back with everything we asked for. She was such a gem! I just had my alterations appointment with Miss Ruth and that was so amazing too. The dress that we originally ordered did not fit. It was too big and so miss Ruth search the whole store and found my size. My perfect size. She was so helpful and enthusiastic! Miss Ruth did everything in her power to make sure that I got my dress. She was very calming and quick to think and take action. It felt like I was at home with family. Miss Ruth was absolutely amazing and I’m so happy and blessed to have had her for my alterations appointment!

Made an appointment weeks in advance and did the homework, picked out favorites, added them to my list, etc. I even called the store and made sure the dresses I most wanted to try would be in stock. I knew as a plus size bride none of this would be easy, and turns out it wasnt.My Mother and I showed up and were made to wait an extra 30 minutes. Not a big deal, it was Saturday. Our Consultant didnt seem particularly knowledgeable. She brought me six dresses to try, none of which were on my list. I asked a few times for specific ones, but she kept telling me she had no idea where they were and that the backroom was a mad house. She then let me know shed only been with DB 3 weeks and hadnt really been trained. Also, not a big deal, but worth a mention. After the third or fourth time mentioning I wouldnt be purchasing any dresses until I got to try at least one on my list, she shrugged and said that that was it. She couldnt find any of my picks so I was free to make a second appointment some other time.It worked out, I made a last minute appointment at Affordable Bridal down the street and managed to find the dress of my dreams.I just feel like I should warn you if youre headed to this DB. Not particularly professional. The seamstress was brought out to me several times, as if I was being convinced to buy a dress that I wasnt interested in, on the promise that they could turn it into something else. It really did feel like I was just being shoved into whatever they had in my size available, because I was plus size.There are other options in Buford. Literally down the street.

Maya was great. We tried a few shapes to see what is like best and found some great options. She understood what made me happy and feel most comfortable.

My partner and I went to the David’s Bridal store in Buford after having a pretty bad experience at the Buckhead store earlier in the week. We were hoping a bigger store would have more dresses to look at and more time to spend with us. Our consultant, Jessie (at the Buford store), was wonderful. She listened to us and helped us decide what type of dresses would work best. By the end of our time there, we both found perfect dresses that we love. The staff in this store are not knowledgeable about their dresses and policies and they all have fingernails that are way too long to help brides and their parties with their dresses. It took three different people to get the buttons on my dress to work because they all had fingernails that were too long for that kind of service.I will say the seamstress Nellie was fantastic. She fixed my dress that had a few falling rhinestones and the dress was ordered brand new. The staff was not even interested in checking to see if my dress was the right size or if it looked ok once it came in. I spent my money and thats all they cared about.

I want to brag about Ms. Ruth and the manager, Lauren. I bought a (guest’s) dress for a wedding and had it altered. The first alterations were terrible and left me crying because I had 10 days left to find a dress. Lauren came to the rescue and had the exact dress sent overnight so that I could get alterations done in time. She scheduled me with Ms. Ruth, a wonderful, warm person who obviously knew what she was doing. She re-did the alterations for me and made the dress amazing. I know that Davids Bridal gets a bad rap for not being a super exclusive boutique, but Ive got to say - for brides over a size 10-ish Davids Bridal has a lot of beautiful size-inclusive options. I got the Galina Signature 9SWG820 and it is GORGEOUS!Alterations were also quite affordable for my dress which made it all the better. :)

I decided to change my dress at the last minute. The staff was very supportive and helped me find the perfect dress. Thank you!!

Isisbel is AMAZING!!! Helped us find bridesmaid dresses and did such a good job. Really glad she worked hard to make us happy. Jumped through hoops to ensure the dresses would be on time in case any alterations needed to be done. Totally recommend this place & isisbel!

Sean was absolutely amazing!!!! He was funny, made me feel totally comfortable, and chose a dress for me that I didn’t think I would like but I ended up getting it because it was amazing! He totally knows what he’s doing and made me feel beautiful in each dress I tried on!

My MOB Dress was altered exactly as requested! When I tried the dress on after alterations it needed a slight adjustment where they altered the neckline. They asked if I could wait 10-15 minutes, which I said “yes!.” 10 minutes later they brought the dress to me and it was perfect!! I’m very happy with the results and would definitely use David’s Bridal again!! They have such a great selection of dresses, with prices in anyone’s budget, alterations were completed to my expectations, and the staff are wonderful and personable and friendly!!!

I had the best experience finding my dress. Vony was my stylist and she was fun and listened to all my wishes and concerns regarding what I wanted. I want to marry my Fiance multiple times to wear all the beautiful dresses we looked at! I found my dress I am super excited and cant wait to go back for other wedding items I need. 😍
