I was extremely petrified are getting my hearing tested and getting the results. Absolutely fantastic service. I’m a Psychologist and have owned my own practice for over 25 years. The past 15 I have really been struggling to be able to understand my patients and therefore I was no longer able to help them to full capacity. My wife begged me to get my hearing checked and I always put it off. One day we were walking in the mall and saw the” Free Hearing test” sign, I thought “this is a sign from god”. I got my hearing checked and Joey explained my hearing loss and my options for treatment to me in a way that I will never forget. I felt I had to leave a review on this hearing center I just left with my mom. They have a family member hearing impaired so they actually seem to care about taking care of me instead of just jacking me with a high price my mother had been by my side through the whole process l. Everyone was very nice toward me and I didn’t feel awkward about telling them I couldn’t afford much. Joey was the hearing specialist and he worked with me on the pricing and he worked over 2 hours with the adjustment is what they called it with the sound quality of the hearing aids that my mom did get for me. I couldn’t believe how long they all stuck by me helping me with everything that even came with the aids. Bluetooth with my phone was super cool to me NOW I am able to listen to music and everything THANKYOU THANKYOU THANKYOU JOEY !!!! You have changed my life !!!!

This place is amazing. I heard about them thru a mailer and assumed it was going to be a total waste of time. I was WRONG. They took their time, reviewed my medical information, asked probing questions, explained everything to me, educated me, gave me options and tests(which they explained the results). They explained why I was having issues, provided suggestions and gave me great information.I have been to another ENT doctor in the past who was in a stand alone building who was not nearly as though or patient.I plan to make this office my go to when I have any ear/hearing issues. If there were 10 stars, I would give them to them. I highly recommend them.

I’ve been dealing with tinnitus for about a month or so and it’s nonstop. My husband and I walked in on a Friday night without an appointment to get information. Courtney could see the anguish in my face and not only did they help on the spot, Joey came back after already being gone for the day. I can’t explain how awesome the whole staff treated us! We didn’t leave there until close to 8:00pm although they are supposed to close at 7:00pm. When I put on the hearing aids, my relief brought me to tears. I would highly recommend them to anybody! They care and they’ll help!

Came in for a free hearing test. I WALKED OUT THAT DAY WITH HEARING AIDS! Audiologist was kind and cared about helping me! I cried as soon as he put the hearing aids on me ! I thought Id never be able to hear again ( this is what multiple Drs told me for years because my hearing loss was so bad) he assured me that I would hear in a hour of being with him ! He made me feel just like family ! The hours are amazing, I dont have to take off work because they are open till 9 pm ! I knew I wouldnt have the money for the hearing aids and someone worked with me for 5 min and got me approved with care credit ! I cant even explain how grateful I am that I walked by this place!
