Worked with this agency for 3 days. Disorganized and chaotic. Now I’m calling over and over to get my pay squared away for those 3 days and I’m getting the run around. Not surprised. Glad I cut it off after 3 days and didn’t give them any more of my time.

To be honest the staffing arent nice at all besides probably one of their employees working at the front desk. I walked in on two different days. The first day I walked in looking for a job and I talked to the front desk lady saying I need a job. She sighed rolled her eyes and said and? I looked confused and said Im just looking for something I can work from morning to afternoon since o have school. She then expected me to give like a more descriptive detail on job so I ended up adding any type of job. So she just looked at me gave me her card and said that she was to tired and to come back tomorrow and it was around 1 oclock I came in. Some type of employee they have running that desk. So I went in the next day and they had a different employee there and she was sweet and very helpful. She told me to go and fill out my resume and all. While I was in there I just heard everyone that works there saying negative comments about the people that just walk in at that day and by this time it was around 12 or 1 and the lead (Im guessing) was like dont take anymore walk in people anymore if they want a job they should come bright and early and this place doesnt close around 5 in the afternoon. I was shook when I saw how negative and lazy they acted at work. Made me mad and didnt care to work for this agency anymore and would not recommend you not going here unless they get their acts together or a new staff who knows how to act and be professional.

Very Unprofessional I asked if they had any openings and she said wasn’t you supposed to start Monday but she didn’t remember saying somebody will give you a call over the weekend to let you know about starting on Monday after I reminded her of that she says oh no I don’t have anything and hung the phone up, so here it is Wednesday I’m calling back to see if y’all have any jobs because if I was supposed to start Monday you would’ve called to see why I wasn’t on the damn job site Monday morning I wouldn’t have to call looking for another damn job if you had done yours!!!!!!! And this is another complaint on Lidieth the “supervisor”

Very, very poor interaction, with people who are ready and willing to work.Just for the sake of argument. One of the management team made a very derogatory comments about someone, speaking English.The representative of the office, Is not really interested in doing her job.I have been here for 20 minutes. I have not been helped

Lideth is awesome but the other one Zaida or whatever her name is, she keeps saying nothing available everyday. i went for an interview and a tour at the job and everything, Zaida told me shes going to get back with me its been 2 months now still dont have any response. Lideth sent an email and it was the same job and they needed workers so i went in to see Lideth. Zaida was like no shes with me so i went to sit in front of her she had same excuse. mind you i have been texting this woman consistently, and she doesnt respond. if you ever decide to work with this agency, choose the Norcross branch or Lideth.

This is a pathetic employment agency! The so called recruiters are unprofessional and have little knowledge about how to do their job correctly. One in particular, the caucasian man with the bald head at this location acts as if its so difficult for him to find you a job. He does not take his job seriously at all!

Zaida or whatever her name is shes HORRIBLE, she lies about the jobs to get you in. She lies and tells you their tempt to hire and they arent. She lies about the pay. She also doesnt pick up her phone or responds to emails stay away from the Buford location.

First staffing agency ive ever worked for -The reviews for this place are true - Awful expierence. Very unorganized company. Managers are awful with answering/returning calls/messages. Kathleen at Carcoustics is the worst. Just ignore you if you have an issue. Pick a different agency.

Sorry place in my eyes now they get you in but when you tell them the thing why you left is they are sorry no fixing it .

This place is terrible!!! Ive worked with Lidieth in the past, but she is not as bad as Zaida. Zaida lies about jobs, shes terrible at spelling. She do not respond back to emails. Im currently waiting on her to get back with me about a job. I do not like the people they have in there now. And also the receptionist, he has no idea whats going on. I think this staff pick and chooses who they want to give certain jobs to. I will not be back!!!

Zaida is TRASHHHHHHHHHHH she told me she would give a call back and never did. Her service is absolutely terrible. She wont allow anyone else to work with me she always say no shes with me and then when you get to her she tells you theres no jobs available. THE WORSE COMPANY IVE EVER WORK THROUGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give this place negative stars I would in a heart beat. I simply walked in today to talk to lidieth Garcia and was greeted by the receptionist. I continued to sign in and she told me that she would be with me in just a second. As I sat there and waited for 30 minutes while I constantly heard them talking about the stupid employees and how some of them wont last at a certain job. Afterwards someone came in signed in and was attended before me while I sat there confused about what was going on. The receptionist totally forgot I was sitting (right next to her) there waiting to speak to someone. As I continued talking to her about why I wasnt being helped she ignored me. Will never even consider them again.

Worst temp company ever! . Talked to lideth and they didn’t offer me a pay card when I first started. Lady told me that my check would be at the location in Buford. Come to find out that they are mailing it to me and I’ve moved out of place on the 30 th of November and luckily I changed my address Thursday but was told it would be here Monday . I been getting the run around with them and prologistix since Thursday . Today is now Tuesday and my check is still not here. Called today over 7 times back and forth to them and prologistix . Nothing has been done yet. I’m livid because I have bills to pay and they don’t care at all. Both prologistix and Resourcemfg is so unprofessional. It’s ridiculous . I would rate below ZERO if I could.🤬🤬

This place is absolutely terrible when it comes to communication between the client, the staffing service, and the temp worker. Their determination to actually help you find the job you desire is mediocre at best. After being there for two hours of filling out forms and watching an instructional video they cant even get back to you on a timely basis without you having to call them for a status on your employment. They operate on a take it or leave it basis with much indifference. Recently a staffing representative said she would call me in three different occasions when I inquired about a job, and after waiting several hours in between I had to call back all three times wondering if they were even working towards helping me out. Several years ago I worked a job through them and they had the wrong address and it was a pain to report to the actual place I was supposed to work at. Im not saying this will necceserally happen but they definetely dont represent the extra mile slogan they stand behind.

Horrible experience. Spoke with Lydia very rude representative. Showed documentation for dad passing away for absence of work and they did not approve. Very inconsiderate people. Will be escalating

The office staff was great very friendly but the staff thats at the locations are rude and do not care about your life outside of work just if you can complete your assignment or not
