Honest and prompt service. Called the Service Advisor Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend knowing I probably would have to wait (til after a busy weekend) to have someone even look at my boat- 24 hours later all fixed and ready for the lake. I have had work done several times at this facility I am currently working with Larry he is easy to work with and very knowledgeable about his facility at Lake Lanier. I had to meet with them a few times to get boat checked out they are always on time and friendly they have a great staff to work with I highly recommend this location.

Ive dealt with these guys for the last 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. Its hard to find consistent service on the lake, especially by competent techs but these guys are always on it. Ive had extensive work done to my 46 foot boat and theyve always been professional, quick, and knowledgeable. The one time that a project got a little behind schedule they came in on a holiday to wrap it up to get me on the water. I own an auto repair shop, I understand the service and repair industry and its very clear to me that these guys do also. Thank you!!!

Purchased a boat privately (40+ ft) had Singleton haul the boat for survey. They some how put a hole in the bottom of the boat, fiberglass tech is great it was fixed correctly. However while boat was out they did some maintenance ( mounted transom transducer, mounted under water lights to trim tabs. Could be done in 2 hours being generous) $800 there prices were Outrageous. They also did cutlass bearings because they declared them worn out and after the job my dripless seals on stbd motor leaked. Called them they said they would take a look at it on Monday , no call no show. As a service manager myself they truly took advantage of the consumer. I will never use them again!
