I got there a little early and they got me in and checked my alignment. Jonathan made a suggestion after asking a couple of questions and fixed me right up. The cost was right within what was quoted. They were friendly and more then willing to help me out. I will definely return in the future for any repairs I need done to my vehicles. They are extremely busy so I recommend you call ahead for an appointment.

Jonathan and the team were able to get me in and out for a 4 wheel alignment on my 2016 GTI on a Saturday morning with minimal fuss, a smile, and a straight steering wheel the first time. The coffee was good, no powdered creamer here! No greasy hand prints on my interior, or anything else I loathe about taking my car to a shop. I would recommend this place to anyone nearby that needs an alignment!

Highly recommend Americas Best in Buford. Wes and his team have gone above and beyond my expectations. Took my car in first for new tires and an alignment. Watched as Wes took care of several customers while I waited. Always fully explained everything, looked for best and most economical solutions for all customers. Back today because I thought my car was out of alignment again. Diagnosed the problem and sent me to the dealership to get warranty repair. Second time visiting this shop. Very thorough in their assessments, give detailed explanation of repairs and fees. Hours make it easy to drop off and pick up. Both services were scheduled and completed the same day it was dropped off. Wes at the front desk is knowledgeable, and his communication is great. Felt very comfortable making decisions, and that I wasnt being taken advantage of.

Went in today for the first time. They were all very helpful and I was in and out in less than an hour. Fair pricing too. This place came to me recommended by someone at discount tire and I’m glad I went. Great quality shop!

Made an appointment to have a leaky tire fixed and an engine oil pressure sensor replaced after learning they were willing and able to do both. After delivering the vehicle, Jonathan refused to replace the oil pressure sensor because it would be unethical to do so on an engine with low oil pressure. He claimed the engine needed to be replaced. I replaced the sensor myself and the oil pressure is in the middle of the normal range on the gauge - 40 psi. Jonathan would have sold me a new engine I dont need and the tire still leaks air! I paid $103.02 to NOT get my vehicle repaired!! This is a dishonest business enterprise - DO NOT BRING A VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE!!!

Fantastic Customer Service! Wes and his crew make you feel valued. I like that Christian always takes good care of my maintenance or repair. He also goes above and beyond....When I was in last, he tested my windshield wipers. I needed new ones but had forgot to mention it. Am grateful for the attention to detail. I took my car there to get serviced and they did a quick and awesome job! the workers there knows exactly what they are doing. they have the best customer service you can get. You feel so vulnerable whenever your car needs to be repaired. The older you get the more you realize that automotive shops are not the most ethical folks to deal with. Not only are they not the most trustworthy, the repairs are oftentimes performed wrong and last just long enough until the short warranty expires. That’s why every time I need to get my car repaired I get a sick feeling in my stomach.I found Americas Best as a referral from Discount Tire where I was spending over $1,000 on new tires for my Mercedes Benz. My car has had an alignment problem since the day I purchased it and I have already spent hundreds of dollars with other specialists aligning the steering of my vehicle. Shop after shop had convinced me to install expensive suspension parts to no avail. Yet every time I complained that the car didn’t hold true on the highway and pulled one way or the other they would tell me everything is OK and to just drive the car assuring me it was perfectly aligned and the tires should wear perfectly. That was the big lie and the end result was that every 24K miles I wore out a set of tires that should have lasted 60k miles.Now enter the doors of Americas Best where I was promptly met by Wes, who immediately put me at ease and listened to my story. He had me leave my car and said he would call once the tech had evaluated the situation. When he called he let me know the problem and the he also suggested some minor repairs to the suspension to correct the problem causing tire wear. Frankly, I was skeptical of the needed repairs because I had already been through the same song and dance so many times before. BUT, in the end I decided to go ahead with the repairs and the alignment as suggested.Here is where the rubber meets that road… When I picked up my car Wes took the time to bring me up to speed on the repairs. He not only provided a verbal explanation but also backed it up with three different printouts of each phase of the repair process showing the steps taken to bring my car into alignment. WOW! Then he pointed out that all the repairs and the alignment were covered by a 6-month warranty! (BTW; all the other shops I previously dealt with only gave a 30-day guarantee.)I paid my money and stepped into my car for the drive home… AND, my car steered straight ahead for the first time since I owned it! So smooth and strait, it was like a completely different car! It handled better and drove strait and MY PROBLEM WAS SOLVED ONCE AND FOR ALL! Unbelievable!!!My story speaks volumes about how I feel about finding America’s Best Automotive! I highly encourage anyone that needs automotive repairs and most especially alignment work to give them a try. I am glad I did and they have earned my business now and into the future. These guys are a first class operation!

Recommend by discount tire for alignment. I have a 2005 350z that I drive moderately hard with some auto cross thrown in. These guys here did a fabulous job on alignment with a price that couldnt be beat. That was several years ago and I have been coming back ever since for all my suspension work. Came in today for issues that I thought was only alignment. Turns out it was also my control arm bushings. They explained in detail the hows and whys the bushings and arms needed replacing. The car now drives better than it did coming off the lot. Top notch knowhow, courteous service, good prices. Best of all they fix just the issues without any kind of bait and switch tactics.

Came here to get my car aligned after lowering it. They do great work and have experience with alot of lowered stuff. Highly recommend them. Fast, quick and friendly service. Had appointment scheduled ahead of time and was out the door 30 min later.

I have been a customer for about 6 months. 2 days ago my brake system failed while driving and I was not close to the shop. I called and Wes and he gave me a quote over the phone for the repair which was $200 less than the competition. Furthermore, Wes informed me that there may be be a recall on one of the parts. I called Ford who recognized the recall and replace the system for free. The honesty and concern that Wes displayed, made me a Custer for life. Well done Wes, thank you!

Called Hensley in Buford and set up an appointment to get my alignment. Show up and their alignment machine broke the day before and no one called me. Came to Americas Best and they were able to do my alignment same day within an hour. They were honest and very reasonably priced. Will go back for future work.

Ok, so I call this shop because of all the great reviews online and Ryan answers. Super polite and courteous gentleman! He even bothered to pronounce my last name correctly! I explain my issue to him and he reviewed his availability to work with me (time wise) Then he asked me to tell him a little bit more about the issue, I mean who takes the time to really listen? Well this shop does! So he tells me to do a few things and accurately tells me that I have 2 different issue and not one (Ill explain why he was right later) Tells me to check and do a few things in the mean time before he can take a look at my truck. Well, one issue seems to be fixed and I will be visiting their shop on Monday to have them take a look at my AC problem and hopefully get it fixed. They got my trust and I hope that the visit on Monday exceeds my expectations just like the phone call did. 2 thumbs way up!!

Ok. From a female aspect. I feel good coming to this place knowing I wont get played/ lies about my car. I can come to this guys and get the real deal. They follow up if something is wrong. Before they touch anything.,Etc. They are really BUSY, so the whole waiting will test your patience. (So drop it off, or find something to do.) P.s.. its affordable to my budget. Called the shop since I was referred by Discount Tires. One stud on my front tire broke off when changing out tires. I was quoted $10 for the stud and $180 for labor costs????? Very disappointed! Of course I went elsewhere for ⅓ of the price you quoted! Won’t be giving you my business!

I had 3 brand new tires on my car at discount tires.when they were done , I was told that I would need a wheel alignment. So they recomended Americs Best Automotive for wheel alighnment and that I would get twenty dollars off. So I drove to Americas best automotive. They put my car up and me being a women was very skeptical about them.I also told them that I was not a dumb women.I did not tell them that my dad worked on cars when he was alive. So they put my car up to look at it. The man came back to inform me that it will be $190 something dollars because the tie rod needed to be replaced and tjey could not do alignment till they fix that to. I looked at him and told him to take car down . I did not have the money right that moment.Did not trust them. So I went to the mechanic that I bought a transmission from. He gave me the alighnment for $59.00 .So I showed him the estimate that Americs best gave me. So he can see what Americas best what they claimed I needed on my car. The mechanic shook his head , told me the tie rod is not needed. So as you can see they were trying to charge me on work not needed. I do not recomend this place for women . Its obvious that seeing that Iam a women that I would not know better. Thank god I trusted my instincts about this place ! I knew better !!. Actually they get a zero rating from me !!

This use to be a good shop when Wes was on the front end. Took my cars and trucks here many times. Wes always gave me a fair price and told me what was wrong with an honest solution. Now there is a midget guy named Henrey I assume is in charge of sales. He seems nice but over charged me twice on two separate vehicles. Also said parts were needed to be replaced when they didn’t. Said my ac freeon level was low when it was just filled myself before arriving. Just pullies were needed to be replaced. Another vehicle trying to upcharge on other parts as well that were not needed. Be ware of this man not honest and all about upcharging. Found a new spot and they charged half of what Henry wanted. Thanks but you lost a customer over this guy.

Been knowing Wes back at his DTW days and now that he owns American Auto Repair (AAR) - it’s great. My 2012 Tundra was diagnosed as needing Rotors. calipers & pads - a $3,500 cost from Dealer. AAR looked at and all was needed were $100 worth of pads - installation was $95.00. Now that’s a shop you can work with and depend on to treat you honestly. Great group.

Dont go to these guys. I was recommended by them from a friend but had the bad experience with them. I was trying to get an alignment done and they had told me that my knuckle and spindle was broken and they were not able to do it til I repair it. They had quoted another $680 to fix the issue first. My dad is a 25 years mechanic. We found no issue with the knuckle. I later took it to another alignment shop and got my alignment fix with them not telling me there was an issue. Also two years ago, I got my rear camber installed by them. My camber screw popped off as I reversed in my drive way. I heard a loud scrape on the concrete so I came out of the car finding my wheel bent under the car. I jacked up the car and found a missing screw where they installed the camber. This could had cause a very big accident if it fell off on the hwy. Please be careful, I will never take my car there again.
