Dont waste your time with this loud & lousy call center. I called to get an auto quote, and it sounded like a party was going on (yelling & laughing - not work). The person is not even an agent, and quoted me without even asking basic info, like # of drivers, accidents or ticket. Then he threw out $300 for first month & deposit, plus I dont even know how much a month. I stopped listening after that.RESPONSE TO OWNER: I called for a quote. Your rep. didnt ask me the questions he should have. He representes you. Its not my job. He quoted me with the info he asked of me. Since the experience was below sub-par, and the quote was above high, it was a waste of time, and I wouldnt waste anymore time with your type of service standards!

Every time I come to the office Erick gives exceptional service. I always feel welcomed and he he helps me no matter what my problem is.

After researching online for liability coverage with Progressive, I felt the rate was too high . I decided to visit Velox as I have used them in the past for several years and different vehicles. The put me with Progressive much cheaper than the rate I was quoted online , Cheaper down payment, cheaper total price for 6 months . The gentleman who helped with was the best , no upselling as he understood my needs and budget. By the time I reached the tag office 30 minutes later my info was already in the system . So thankful for Velox. Would always recommend you stop by in person to compare against any online quotes before making a decision . I’m glad i did.

Manager of the store is very helpful and courteous. My phone calls with the company have also been courteous and helpful. Problem is hes got so many people to be helpful and courteous all by himself they need more staff to assist his man I have to wait 30 40 minutes just to talk to him

Service was excellent. Very helpful, the first time was a bit difficult through phone call. I think it was because of the signal, I got cut from a call while on hold. But the second call, service was straight to the point. Very professional.

Guy started out being helpful but got agitated when asked to do more than one quote. Then a month later I cancelled the policy because my old company gave me way better rates. Velox gave me a hard time when trying to cancel. I received the automated email to cancel in which I did. Then a month later was still being charged. I called in their customer service number and was told nothing was on file and I had to prove that I actually cancelled. If I couldnt provide evidence they werent going to reimburse me. Luckily, I had the email from the previous month with cancellation date and time. But had to take it into the local branch to provide evidence. Was still given a hard time by guy in branch trying to tell me I had to provide evidence I had insurance from another carrier. I told him they better cancel their policy or I would file fraud charges against them. Never had an experience like this before. But thats what I get I guess for trying to go with a company I had never heard of before. I have learned to stick with Statefarm, Geico, or Allstate. You definitely get what you pay for. And yes at the end of the day I did get my refund for charging me again.

2 separate occasions now I have not had insurance due to mistakes on their end. The first time they had the entirely wrong car listed and the second time they put in the wrong Vin number and was unable to get my tag without having to go through the actual insurance company and submitting additional paperwork.would not recommend.

Called in to get help because my insurance premium was doubled. Fernando hung up on me TWICE. Cmon man not cool. I had to drive into the actual office to get help on info he couldve just told me over the phone. Then he played it off like he didnt hang up on me. Terrible service. Recently went into the Buford branch for velox insurance, I was welcomed and helped by a Mr. Eric. He was able to provide a quick quote for me and my buddy Took less than 15min. Thats how you do business. Very happy.

I will not come back to this insurance company for the fact that i asked for a new insurance policy and was hung up on and very rude when i needed to get new qoute amd a insurance company can do that over the phone so i didnt have any need to go there if i didnt have insurance on my car when they could of done everything over the phone so very upsetting so yall lost a customer plus i was going threw a divorce that i couldnt deal with anymore and wasted a bunch of money to get out of a marraige that couldnt be saved so thank you velox but your not the insurance i need at the moment

The agent got me a policy that we didnt qualify for then he and his coworker covered up the mistake after being asked by us to correct it... Schemed to fraud the company into covering us anyway telling us that we should wait it out to see if the company will accept us when they inspect our home... Too much for me. I never wanted the type of policy we got and we tried to talk to the agent many times after to try to settle the dispute but had to call corporate instead. Now we need another policy. Think i want to go there for it?

Its always some type of foolishness. If you have to sign a document, you get NO notice. They tell you things at the last minute, like when you need to renew. This company sucks. They screw over you worse if you cant speak Spanish.
