My Wife decided to look into changing our insurance and see if they would and or cold offer us a better deal. Everything went well until we decided to go with Allstate. Later we decided that it was not in our best interest to change over. This decision was made on Friday and confirmed again on Saturday. In so saying we terminated our contract with them. However on Monday Morning six hundred almost seven was withdrawn out of our account unbeknownst to us. If we had decided to go with Allstate our policy would not have been implemented until the thirty-first. A full week and a half later. We were never informed that the money would come out immediately, and when we inquired about it we NEVER received a straight answer. Furthermore, there were things that we checked off in applying in order to be approved for only to find out when taking to corporate, that we actually didnt qualify for. I feel like there was a degree of deception in order to just get us through the process and get a check. Integrity and trust is imperative in any relationship, and Debbie Russo has proven at least, to us; that that she in no way is trustworthy. In todays climate loosing almost seven hundred dollars unexpectedly can hurt. I dont hold Allstate accountable for I dont believe that this is a normal practice. Howbeit I do hold Debbie Russo completely responsible for her own direct actions. (please forgive the typos).

It is very difficult to get these folks on the phone. Actually I never did speak with and actual person. I left several messages over a 2 - 3 week period trying to get a quote to add homeowners insurance to my auto policy and no one ever even called me back. And I was trying to buy something. One has to wonder, what if I had needed their assistance with something that did not give them more revenue?I have had the same auto policy with Allstate for since 1987 and have been assigned to many agents during that 30 + years, but this agency is the absolute worst.Allstate is the best insurance available, in my opinion, but they arbitrarily assign you to random agents when the agent you are accustomed to dealing with leaves Allstate. I am changing agents and I suggest that anyone looking to get an Allstate policy do some due diligence to find the best agent. There are lots of great ones out there.

New agent/owner Mr. Meadows hasnt improved much the level of customer service experience since hiring new staff and cleaning up the prior agent’s book of business he was aware of. Henry had knowledge of the previous staff’s numerous mistakes such as Aliyah making policy changes and higher premiums to customers accounts but did nothing because she eventually got fired and due to that he claimed he not Allstate couldn’t do anything because she no longer worked at the company anymore. I’d say RUN RUN RUN from this disorganized rude lacking knowledge agent cause your policy will be screwed up every time he goes for the highest premiums and puts stuff on your account you don’t need and forgets to check for best possible discounts such as drive wise had been missing off my policy I had when he took over when the policy had been active for over 7 yrs. Also beware of them giving you a higher deductible and lower premiums, old employees contacting you when they have stolen my information and opened their own insurance business your information isn’t SAFe here I have an identity theft on my account and wonder why if he employs untrustworthy people and was notified about the text messages I received and did nothing he only claimed that Allstate need at least 6 people or more to say what happened. I was harassed by his former employees that Stole MY INFORMATION SO annoying!!!! I tried several times to give him and his staff the benefit of the doubt I just recently asked them not to contact me and yet they call me the following day I WON’T EVER Recommend someone like him who has also called Allstate underwriting on speaker and they told him no to do that with customers. This man knows nothing about insurance never calls you back to follow up and he just isn’t that well informed at all. I’ve had to launch many complaints with Allstate corporate but they take forever to fix errors only good thing I can say is it took forever for them to find the simple mistake of them separating our multiple policies trying to get additional monies for each policy commission wise and removing discounts that should have been less. I went through too much but finally I switched to Monica Ridden’s Allstate Office who was a great Allstate agent I’d say try someone more experienced she has knowledge and is ethical and not the type to put stuff on your policy you don’t need such as this office.
