Norman is absolutely the best massage therapist I have ever had! He takes the time to understand what is going on with my body and pain and then focuses on those areas but wait it doesnt stop there - he recommends resources and things I can do to continue to work on my body. My appointments cant come quick enough.

Book a 1:15 appointment online. After driving an hour to get there the kid behind the desk said I didn’t have an appointment. I showed him the confirmation on my phone with date and time and the person to see. Said it didn’t show on his so see ya. I’ve heard this about them before but wanted to try it anyway. Now I know better. Don’t waste your time on them. Read there reviews.

I wwnt here becajse my regular spa couldnt get me in and my back was hurting something fierce. I specialize in International Luxury travel and have been in some of the best spas in the world. Tracy was my therapist and hands down gave me the best massage Ive had in the U.S.. She is old school and really customized my treatment to my body type. Id HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.

Very Professional, very clean, very inviting, and friendly. The staff followed CDC protocol for Covid-19 by checking my temp upon arrival and providing hand sanitizer, while they also wore mask. Ms. Alexandria was extremely professional her level of knowledge was incredible. Very good hand strength with great technique. She applied the right amount of pressure to muscle and areas that were in pain. Ms. Alexandria was 4.9! Massage Envy is a 4.0 this rating is based on pricing.

My massage was done by Kareemah and she is fabulous I tell you. I had a deep tissue massage and felt so much relief from my tense muscles. I’ll definitely be coming back !

I had a membership here a few years back and the service was not up to par. I was given a massage as a gift in 2020. The massage was amazing! I thought I’d give it another try and purchased a 6 month membership. Well - do NOT waste your time! The management and customer service here is horrendous. I can’t begin to tell you how unprofessional this place is. Go elsewhere. Spa Sydell/Lawrenceville or Natural Body Spa/Snellville will take care of you! Massage Envy is horrible! The front desk staff are horrendous! If I could give less than 1 star I would have.

She was at the johns Creek location and moved to the Buford Location. I actually like the Buford location better than the Johns Creek! Closer and they do calendar scheduling via email and text.

Booked an appointment a month in advance. When I call to check-in for my appointment, Im told that an appointment was never scheduled and nothing is in the books for me. Then was offered to reschedule for a future date 3 weeks away. Although this was very frustrating and inconvenient! The lady that appoligzed was very sweet and considerate. This was my first incident Ive had with this massage envy.

I worked here for a long time and now I go semi-regularly to visit my favorite massage therapists. Just recently got a massage with Ximena and omg she was absolutely amazing. YOU MUST go see her. She does a great massage, great attention to detail, regularly checks in to make sure shes not hurting you or anything. So great.

My massage here was like a glorified back rub. I specifically asked my therapist for firm pressure, but unfortunately did not get that at all. My massage therapist kept trying to speak to me during the massage and even asked what my rent was where I lived (which is inappropriate given the environment). I booked a 60 minute massage and the massage lasted 50 minutes (which included the consultation time and changing time). I left feeling in the same condition I had came. A total waste of money

Lazy. Made me pay for a full massage but only got half of one. The only plus is the blind guy that gave me a massage did awesome! I wish I could go back to see him again but not with their weird prices

This place is even worse under the new ownership. They charged us the monthly fee throughout the lockdown but offered us a 30-minute extension to our next massage. That was fine until my wifes 90-minute massage lasted 65-minutes today. Also, they wont tell you until you get there whether or not you have to wear a mask for the entire experience. Pathetic.

I’ve been coming to ME Mall of Georgia for years and absolutely love it. All of the therapists have been good to excellent and my current therapist, Pam, is helping relieve some serious pain in my neck and shoulders. I deal with fibromyalgia and neck pain with pinched nerves from a car accident and she nails the tough areas needed to bring me relief. She is excellent. (her booking name is Depamel.B). Each time I walk out from having an appointment with Pam I say it’s the best massage I’ve ever had.

Overall poor experience. The front desk staff was friendly, however they were trying to sell me on purchasing their membership for about 15 minutes before my massage even began. My therapist seemed like she didn’t want to be there and barely made conversation with me which is awkward when they are about to be rubbing all over your body. She did ask me about my pressure preference and I informed her that I have only ever had deep tissue massages so I preferred firm pressure. The massage was light pressure at best and I felt like someone was just rubbing my body down with oil/lotion the entire time. The technique seemed poor and was unlike any other massage I’ve experienced. I would not recommend my therapist and I do not plan on returning.

This is an excellent Massage Envy! I’ve been going here for about three years. They’ve had their ups and downs with front staff and massage therapists alike. It’s difficult to find good employees in any business.Throughout all of my years here if I’ve had a complaint, the management has taken it seriously and addressed the problem professionally.I haven’t loved all of the massages I’ve had here but definitely the majority of them have been excellent.It takes good communication skills to ask for what you want from a therapist. Be specific throughout the massage so they can adapt to your preferences.Tell them if you prefer quiet over talking, brighter or darker lighting, more or less pressure. They are not mind-readers and most of them want you to be happy with your massage. They want you to come back and request them again.Sometimes a therapist is just not very skilled but if enough people complain about a specific therapist to the management, they probably won’t be working there for long.Ask the front staff for the best therapist they have for your specific needs and they will help you choose one.Also, look at reviews on Yelp and Google for the most recommended therapists at your preferred location.I enjoy a deep tissue massage and particularly like Leon, Anthony and Kareema.I use the Massage Envy App every time to schedule my appointments and there has been no problem with my scheduling since.The front staff at the current time are very friendly and professional. As you know, people change jobs all the time and as I’ve said, it’s difficult to find excellent employees.I would suggest if you’re unhappy, voice your complaints directly to the location management first and only if the issue isn’t resolved would I put a negative review for them. This allows them to correct the problem and allows others to judge for themselves if this is the right place to get their massage.Massage Envy is seriously one of the least expensive places to get a massage regularly without spending tons of money. I’ve had massages I’ve spent up to $200 an hour on and a few select therapists at this location are good enough to work in the those spas.Lastly, these therapists get a portion of your massage cost. I’m not sure how much it is but since it’s a corporation, I’ll bet it isn’t a huge part of it. No offense to Massage Envy; it’s just business.So, if you have an excellent massage, tip them excellently and give them a good review. I’m going to go out on a limb here and say I tip 15-20% of the total cost of my massage. That’s is just a good standard for great service!Thanks for reading!Happy Customer

Shes a joy to spend time with! Ive been seeing Kareemah for my massages for over 6 months now and I cannot say enough good things about her. I stand 12 hours a day for my job and it takes a toll on my body. I never get the same massage because she always listens to my concerns and works out the areas that need the most attention. She is a true professional who is constantly telling me about her latest training and is always willing to do what is best for her clients. My first and last visit to this place was an experience I will never forget. The massage therapist I had came into my room drinking a soda. It was some soda from a fast food place. I was laying face down on the bed and the room was cold. She put her hands on me and her hands were cold from her soda and then she took the oil and put that on me and it was even colder. In the middle of her massaging me she was picking up her Coke from time to time to drink it while she was massaging me massaging me. Usually most massage therapist dim the lights but she didnt feel that was necessary. It was the worst massage Ive ever had and I was even disgusted that I had to pay for it.!!

Massage was great. But, I will NOT go back. After having a good massage experience, it was ruined with a sales pitch when I went to pay. It took 10+ minutes to pay. They just kept trying to sell me. I felt like I was at a car dealership.I went from feeling good, to stressed and frustrated with the sales pitch. Not going back.
