Great honest folks. Took care of me like I was a long time friend. Plus Sam shop dog is the coolest!

Called on Friday was told Monday would be good to pick up Appliance, called them at 7:30 in the morning, to remind them to pick up appliance in flowery branch he said OK hung up on me. He said he would be here about 1 o’clock, at 3:30 I texted him no answer at 5o’clock I called him and he said yeah I’ll come get it tomorrow. Needless to say gave it to a different company. Would not recommend them.

Great deal on a washer n dryer ... 2 years still working great,

I purchased a refrigerator from them for $587and within two weeks it was beeping and I lost all of my food. Reluctantly they sent a technician out to attempt to fix it, but one week later it was still beeping again. I called them and they advised that they would call me back, and they never did. I called another company to come out and take a look and they advised me that some wires were missing and had been cut. They charged me $377 to look and attempt to repair it. A week later it still beeping and I’ve lost all of my food again and nothing can be done. Lanier Appliances has the most incompetent people working there they have no clue what they’re doing. I will never ever buy anything from them again. Dennis, John nor Chris have a clue as to what they’re doing.

So grateful for this company!!! The service was fast and efficient. Incredible communication. We just moved into a new house and we were able to get a washer and a dryer after looking for WEEKS in a matter of hours in this appliance shortage. SO grateful.

Bought a washer and dryer set and about a month and a half the dryer stopped working... To repair it they told me it would cost me 100 dollars less than what I paid for it... 3 weeks after that the washer stopped filling up with water! I would never recommend them to anyone!

I purchased a Samsung washer/dryer set from Lanier and I love them! Price for the set was excellent! The guys who run the store are very accommodating.It seems that their appliances fly out the door, so if you see something you like youve gotta move fast!I will definitely make all my future appliance purchases here.

Got a great deal on a slightly used refrigerator, Aaron even helped me load it into my truck! We will definitely be returning after memorial day for a washer dryer set.

The owner, John, is a really nice guys. I brought my broken dryer to exchange with a new one but he fixed it in 10 minutes. I gave him $40 but he took only $20 and said $40 was too much for the simple fix. He is such a nice and honest guy and also he fixes very well!

Very genuine and honest people. Great place to find a good price on a used appliance. We were there today looking for a washer. The technician in the store, John, was very knowledgable and shared his many years of expertise and advice with us about the pros and cons of washers without any pressure to purchase. The sales associate, Jill, was very friendly and helpful too. They even paid us for our old washer, which didnt work and we were just going to have to pay someone to haul it off for us. Would highly recommend them.

Great service and pricing on dryer.

Terrible. Fridge I bought stopped working after 6 weeks and they refused service unless I haul it back into the store. They also dont return calls as promised. Extremely disappointed.
