In April of this year we had 12 windows installed.. from the 1st appointment throughout the installation they by far are one of the easiest companies to work with. We were so impressed we actually just signed another contract with them tonight to finish the rest of our windows and sliding glass door.. would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great quality at a great price and an amazing team.

I was not looking forward to the process of buying windows, but I heard an ad on the radio and decided to call for an estimate. Jason was extremely professional and knew a lot about his product. What I loved about this company is that the windows are made in Buffalo for Buffalo winters. I also liked how up-front and honest Jason was about the whole process.When it was time to get our windows installed, the installation team was all business. They were skilled professionals and very courteous. We are so incredibly happy with our windows; they are aesthetically pleasing! I do not think you will be disappointed. The process started by our awesome sales rep, Jason! The best thing was that he was not pushy at all! He was informative and respectful. After his “pitch” he did not continuously call and hound us for a decision. I told him when I would know and he respected that. The windows themselves are great and at a great value! I am so pleased with my experience with Window Factory Outlet. Their sales rep, Jason, was knowledgeable and professional. He discussed all the features of the windows I was interested in and never talked down to me or made me feel ignorant when I asked questions. The financing process was easy. The installation was absolutely amazing. The 3 guy team (Jesse, Jesse & Dave)were respectful and efficient. They finished the entire installation of 10 windows in 2 hours! They put drop cloths down and used a shop vac to clean up afterwards. Im very impressed with Window Factory Outlet and highly recommend them.

I can not say enough about how pleased I am with Window Factory Outlet! I had done my research, interviewed other window companies ,was impressed immediately from the start. They answered each and every question I had regarding their product. Never made me feel like any question I asked was not important or insignificant to what I wanted to understand about how this entire process worked. Did not try to talk me out of what I wanted changed in one of my window configurations, with giving me the line yes it can be done, but the extra expense will be so outrageous blah blah BUT Window Factory Outlet explained that they were able to do my request without any problem , which they did, and Im absolutely thrilled with the results!! WITHOUT the HUGE expense excuse the others gave to me ) The crew of workers were prompt, polite, cleaned up after the job. The weather was bitter cold, yet they continued to work without any problems. I have spoken to the owner Dave a couple of times regarding scheduling , etc, nothing regarding any problems. He always was prompt also in returning any of my calls. I know that there are many other window companies out there, each person has their own individual needs. Took over two months to manufacture two small windows. we had to call them multiple times, and they would say yeah theyll be done next week and well call. they never called. then when theyre finally made the techs who installed it were extremely rude, said we lived in a bad neighborhood, literally rolled eyes when I asked them to wear a mask inside the house. dont recommend.

Within a few days of calling, I had a return phone call, an appointment and an estimate in hand. It was very fair so I contracted with Window Factory Outlet. They made every window to order within the 2 week time frame promised and called me for an appointment to install. They worked with my schedule and arrived on time both days. The installers were friendly, professional and got right to work. My windows fit perfectly, as did the door I also purchased from the company. They cleaned up beautifully after the work was complete, tested their work and showed me how to use the windows. Flawless from start to finish- I highly recommend!

Middle of the line priced. Put in windows in a decent time frame. New window had a 6 inch scratch. Company assured me they would replace it. They never called me back.

Our salesman John was a typical scummy salesman trying to get more money out of us and being pushy. The install process was much longer than the advertised 2-3 weeks. It took us about 6 to get them installed. However the best part was the installers. Aaron was very polite and helpful with the demonstration of the windows. He also installed 5 of them in only an hour and a half

Im a returning customer who wanted an estimate for more windows to be replaced on my home a man came out took measurements said he was going to email me an estimate because he had paperwork to do back at the office which never happened before in here it is 3 months later I still havent gotten in touch with the salesperson or gotten my estimate

We have been waiting since last year may for our backroom window to be put in. They have around $800 dollars of my mothers money and excuse after excuse. Is this company going under? Id be careful ordering from here. The excuse today as to why they dont have answers was that the owners girlfriend is in the hospital. I think after a year we should know something.

This window company is no good. Bad communication. They used to be associated with the other window companies that ripped people off. They closed after they were called out by the news. i wouldnt recommend them.

These are the same shady people that ran all those other now difunct window businesses in Buffalo. Pretty soon they will have a bad rating from BBB. Garbage Windows R Us should be their name.

When I first had an estimate they said install will take about 3 weeks so I decided to go with them for that reason...4 weeks went by and I didnt get a phone call, I called and wouldnt get an answer. Finally one day somebody answered and they set it up for two days later which was the day before Thanksgiving. The guys showed up on time and completed the windows however when they came they only had two windows....... they did not have the big picture window which was the main window we needed done!! They finished the windows that they had with them went back to the factory and found out the window that I had ordered wasnt ready at which nobody told us before hand. .. they said they would be back Saturday morning 830am-9am it is now Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and nobody will return my call I cannot get anybody to answer I already put half of the money down and yet they have not been back to finish the window. My husband and myself called at least 20 times today and left several messages. This company has horrible communication skills.
