My rental semi was fixed instantly, however they could ask us to come the next day since the time was after 5pm. My colleague and I recently had to move our gym to our new building in Buffalo, and a client referred me to the Ryder location on Walden Avenue in Cheektowaga. I was glad he did. From my initial telephone conversation with Ben to my interaction with the rental staff on-site to my after-hours return, I had zero issues. The truck was immaculate, and the staff took the time to demonstrate how to use the lift gate, and also photographed the truck for me before I left (normally I have to do that myself). Finally, he recommended that I forgo filling up the truck given the short distance between our old location and our new one. Needless to say, if and when I need to rent a 16 truck again, Ryder on Walden will be my first call! Thank you once again for your time and help Ben!!

Truck needed service was promptly taken care of and even got me to my personal vehicle I’ve been trucking a long time this Ryder is professional and I definitely recommend them to anyone looking to lease or rent a commercial vehicle

Called Ryder supervisor came out in 20 minutes a mechanic came out fixed my headlight and back on the road.

Service manage Terry is a complete lier my new Ryder truck has been in service for over 5 days he keep saying warranty department hasn’t give him authorization and they say they did he never answer s calls when are they going to fix my truck
