Gregs Tree Service removed a huge Catalpa Tree, located between a very narrow corner of my property and another private property, with ease. The crew of four were very professional and respectful. They consistently prioritized safety during the entire process. The owner, Greg, climbed and cut sections off the tree with amazing ease and accuracy. He is obviously highly skilled and adept at climbing and cutting trees. He cut down the tree which was 2.5 stories high.They arrived one hour earlier than planned so as to beat the rain that was forecasted. The total time for the set-up, removal, and clean-up did not exceed one hour. AMAZING! They were very professional and, worked quickly and with precision. The clean-up was thorough. They exceeded my expectations! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GREGS TREE SERVICE.

I called Greg to assess removing large branches detached, but lodged about two stories high in a tree in my backyard. After texting pictures, Greg came out the next morning to assess the job. He provided what I thought was a very reasonable quote of $150 for the removal, but more importantly recommended that my husband and I attempt to knock them out first on our own given there were no at risk items (wires, cables, windows) in the surrounding area. He continued to stress that the companys motto is We like to treat customers, how we would like to be treated. We took his advice and removed them ourselves, but the level of responsiveness, professionalism and customer focused service will definitely have me recommending Gregs Tree Service to others and using them myself for future tree needs.

Gregs Tree Service did an amazing job surgically removing a tree amidst a garden and other trees on a small city lot. They were fast, precise, clean and friendly. They dropped the branches without us losing a bloom! Greg was like a Ginsu Chef with his chain saw at the top of that tree. We can not recommend them highly enough.

Greg was out to give us an estimate on removing 16 dead ash trees and after reviewing the 4 estimates ,we hired Gregs tree service. Called Gregs Tree Service for an estimate and by the end of the day he had stopped over for a quote. Two days later him and his crew of family members were over to remove my 8 dead pine trees. It was absolutely amazing to watch how fast and efficient these guys worked. After they finished I asked Greg his advice on trimming another tree in my yard, he said, Dont bother the tree looks fine save your money. Can you believe that?! A business owner who says save your money, Greg is a stand up guy and I would recommend him to any one with a tree service need.

I called to get an estimate on a tree removal. I told them that it would need to be done promptly as we are selling our house but that everything would be done through my homeowners insurance. He was able to respond with an hour with an estimate via text but refused to send me an official estimate and then tried to pressure me into committing to using this company by 3 pm (a 2-hour window for a nearly $2000 job). After I told him we would need to submit it to the insurance and I needed an official estimate he told me he would pass on the job. Absolutely horrid and frankly a little shady customer service. We did not use this company, obviously, but it is one of the most unprofessional interactions Ive ever had (and for a very expensive, guaranteed to be paid job) There are many more companies to choose from, dont waste your time.

Excellent job and fast!!

I have been trying to get Greg to trim a tree for me for over 8 months. He told me he was busy because of a pest infection, so I backed off and told him we could do the work later in winter when he would be less busy. I have been leaving phone messages now for over a month, with no response. My last message was to tell him I would be engaging another service, due to his neglect.
