They came out the same day and cut it down as fast as hour very nice and friendly hard workers no mess no problems .

I tried to use this business. I researched removal companies, called more than two weeks ago. I explained about a large tree in a tight space that Id like removed, and some tall privacy hedges that Im having a hard time keeping groomed; need some advice. The gentleman who answered the phone was a little impatient, which I didnt like. Then no call-back to schedule an appointment fir an estimate. I know better than to start a business relationship out under these circumstances.

These guys were AMAZING. 3 huge trees, 2 of which that had to be climbed, all down in tight spots with no damage in about 5 hours (including stump removal)!Had 3 estimates and their price was over $1,500 less than the next closest. Price was so good it almost had me nervous they may not be good, but they were!Slight nitpicking:*called Buffalo Tree Service but Kings Tree Service was the company that came for the estimate & did the job. Chuck was the owner. Nice guy.*only got 1 day of notice that they were coming to do the job. I assume they had a cancellation. Honestly though, watching them do the job, I wouldve been fine with them doing the job without me even home.

Other than coming out a few days after I requested a quote, Buffalo Tree Service or maybe Kings tree service stopped responding. Chuck came out to give me a quote. I tried following up a few weeks later as I had to get some other work in my yard completed first. I called and got his answering service who told me each day they would pass on the message and have him call me to schedule a time and I never received a call. I called the number I had for Chuck directly and the voicemail said that you could text so I left a detailed text with no response. Yesterday I went back online for one last effort and filled out the online quote request and no one followed up again. I was also looking to have a shed built and Chuck referred me to his friend who didn’t show for our first 2 agreed meeting as he was working. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and tried to meet up a 3rd time for a quote. He just stopped responding as well. Apparently these guys have so much money they do not need anyone else’s. Stay away from doing work with this company as they are very unreliable.

I called several tree services for an estimate and Buffalo Tree Service was the only company who came to give an onsite estimate on the same day. Kyle gave me an estimate right away and came back to perform the work the next business day. They were prompt, friendly, efficient and did a great job cleaning up the yard after they were done. I love working with a business that values my time and makes it easier for me to check things off my list.

Timely, knowledgeable and competetively priced. Would hire them again any day. Highly recommend! P.S. They CARE about trees.

This company did a great job last week. During high winds, we had a tree fall. The estimator came right out and gave us a fair price. They were in and out in 2 days and cleaned up the mess we had in our backyard nicely. I will continue recommending these guys to anyone who needs tree work done on their property.

Buffalo Tree Service came to my house and did an amazing job trimming our trees! Would highly recommend them. The estimate was lower than we expected, the work done inside of one week. They were professional, at all times. The clean-up was so good that it was impossible to tell they were here. The four big maple trees they did look beautiful. They also stacked what fire wood was left from the job ,above and beyond the call of duty! Thanks Guys, you’ll be hearing from us for our future needs.

I called Buffalo Tree Service to get a quote on removing a large branch that was getting tangled in the electrical wires. Kyle came over that day to take a look and give us an estimate. The estimate was much more reasonable than the other tree service companies I called. Kyle and his men came over the next day and removed the large branch. They were very professional and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend this company!

Scheduled an estimate...no showed and when I called, the person that answered couldn’t get ahold of the estimator so asked me to reschedule, which I did.Guess what...no showed again.I had high hopes for this company based on the reviews but after waiting for several hours with not even a phone call asking to adjust the scheduled time, or a good reason for not showing up two times in a row, I’m going with a different service. Highly disappointed and a complete waste of my time sadly

I had three quotes for the removal of a tree that was growing onto my roof, 30 ft in the air. Two of the three quotes were over $3k. Kyle, with Buffalo Tree Service came in at $1,800.00. Before he could finish I said done. He had the lift there the same day and removed everything leaving the yard cleaner than it was within 72 hours... This company will absolutely become a power house with the prices and services theyre providing. Great Job!!

I hired these guys to do some tree work on a rental property I own in the area. They were out there quickly and did a good job for a fair price. Im satisfied with the work, and will be calling them again in the Spring to help with some additional tree trimming needs. Id certainly recommend them to anyone looking for assistance with any arboreal needs.

I booked an estimate for a Saturday and I even confirmed with this company 30min prior to my appointment. I had to drive to my rental property and I waited there 90 minutes for no one to show up. When I called back they actually hung up on me. So rude 😡

I called this number and made an appointment via text but Buffalo Tree Service wasn’t who showed up, Kings Tree Service was. They must be farming out work which would have been fine, but they did an awful job.We had a spruce taken down. The owner himself said he’d be back later to grind the stump. I paid and left for a trip out of town. When we came back, I found a crater in my yard with a pile of clay and wood strewn over my neighbors property. I contacted the owner and was told he’d be back to clean up his mess in a few days. It’s been a week and despite follow up calls and more empty promises, my yard is still a mess. If you’re looking for clean work and a stand up owner, go elsewhere.
