Ken and his staff are terrific. They pay close attention to detail and they follow through on everything they say they are going to do. Ken is able to take complex tax issues and put them into terms that anyone can understand. Any questions I have ever had about tax laws, accounting procedures and strategies have all been answered promptly, concisely and accurately. I could not be more pleased.

Ken and his team came as a referral from a fellow coworker. I have to say it was one of the worst experiences as a client/customer Ive ever had. Without going into every detail, the office is disorganized and not the most aesthetically pleasing, he and his team made three mistakes on my behalf with which I had to call and tell him. These mistakes caused overdraft fees as well as multiple trips to his office. When I left messages asking for clarification they never called back. I had to continue calling until he was working. They admitted to making mistakes, but also said that I was unreasonable for being upset and asking verifying questions. There is a concerning lack of professionalism and accountability with Ken and his team. Hes inexpensive and you are definitely getting what you pay for.

Ken has been doing our familys taxes for about four years. He is always patient in explaining things in laymens terms, concise in the preparation​ of our taxes, and doesnt overcharge. When asked by others, we always refer them to Ken!

Ken does it all for me. Never been happier with an accountant and tax pro.
