They keep calling and harassing me about trying to buy my rental properties in Buffalo. I’ve told them no several times but they continue to call and offer only 1/3 of what my property is worth. If you want cheap distressed houses go buy it at the auction. Mines aren’t distressed and NOT for sale.

This company is a joke. They cold called me out of the blue asking if I own property in the City of Buffalo that I am interested in selling. I told them yes, but this is not a low ball cash offer property as it is in great shape. Im currently renovating the property and want to sell at market value of $200k. They said sure, still interested in seeing the property so we set a time at 1pm the next day to view it. I go there at 1pm the next day and nobody shows up. I call and they said sorry, we thought it was 2pm. I reschedule later that day at 4pm only to have them call me at 345pm and say we can only do $150k. Why then didnt they listen to me the day before??? Inconsiderate, unorganized and a waste of my time!!
