This is the best process server for cases in the Western District of New York. We have used several dozen times, and she is persistent and nearly always manages to successfully serve, even when other process servers would just give up. The prices are fair and the serves are swift. The process server will often provide photos and useful information about the locations in question, which is very useful later in the case.

Choose another company to handle your needs.UPDATE response to owners- I was not unhappy about being asked to be a witness at a trial and never said anything to elude to that. I sent you a letter as you included a check for my appearance (one day) and I was there 3 days. I was wondering about the 2 additional days compensation. I called since I did not receive a response to my letter. You did not respond to my letter, made an insulting response to my letter when I called, didn’t have a clue where to direct me and now make a response to my review trying to make me look like I was just unhappy with being a witness. Your response is probably not what is going to get you more business. Again, this doesn’t appear to be a company to do business with.
