Dont even waste your time with these clowns. They were scheduled to show up Saturday morning and had excuses as to why they were a no show. Said theyd be there Sunday and guess what... you guessed it no show. They completely blew my parents off knowing they needed to be out of their house and they gave them a guarantee they would be there. This circus show is completely unreliable and irresponsible. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE COMPLETE LOSERS

I would give 0 stars if I could!!! Hired, cancelled day of move due to “family emergency”. Asked if the move could take place the next day. “Of course.” I replied.Today, no contact until 9:43 am - ” Hey I definitely can come today I just got a finish this job this morning and I’ll head right to you is that OK”12:30 pm - Still loading the unload is going to be fast. Get it done faster I can bring some more guys I mean it’ll be a little extra but I can bring two guys to load up the tractor trailer and two guys do you load up my truck?Like I said I’m open 24/7When I asked, “How much longer”?I’m waiting on the other guysI asked to send the crew he had, but he would not.At 6:00 pmII’m sorry I had other jobs I was trying to get to yours as soon as possible I apologize yes it’s my fault I didn’t arrange the time is the right way but everything’s been hectic latelyI’m sorry but it’s not my control when customers add a million extra thingI understand but I’m not stiffing you I’m actually still contacting youWell all… he did!!! He wouldn’t answer texts or call. Unethical business practices!!! Does not deserve to be in business in my opinion!!! Lacks integrity!Avoid!!!

These guys are awesome! I got a 20” truck I should’ve got a 15” the way Jonathan organize everything in the truck AND in the storage room! Made room for more, made room to walk. His guys are the best! They really took care of all of my things. Fast thinkers, definitely know what they’re doing. Muscle and speed 10/10 💯 I will definitely be using their services in the future! My whole house was moved and organized at the storage all in under 3 hours which was perfect 👌🏼

I needed a whole house moved out of two storage units & these guys were amazing. So organized & very careful with everything. I had huge pieces of furniture including a king size bed, electric recliners & a giant vanity. Everything was moved carefully, placed & set up exactly where we wanted it. I would definitely recommend & hire them again.

Would highly recommend Johnathan and his team! We closed on our sale and purchase the same day and had them scheduled for the afternoon. The people who purchased our house suddenly told us they were going to be coming with their truck sooner than expected. I called to see if they were able to come early and they were extremely accommodating-was at my house within an hour of the phone call. The team was fun to work with and hourly rate was by far one of the most reasonable in the area. They took care of all of our furniture like it was their own and even went as far as to fit a piece of my sectional through a second story window. I called 20+ moving companies and would go with Johnathan and his crew over any one of them!

If you are looking for movers that will be on time, professional and treat your belongings as their own, look no further than Jonathans moving and maintenance. They moved my entire household in under two hours, the men that showed were amazingly efficient and attentive. They placed everything where I needed it to go, put my bed together and were just amazing! If you need to move. CALL THEM!! YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!

I contacted Jonathan last minute for a move. He offered a reasonable rate and was quick to respond to me. I was impressed with his professionalism and I appreciated that he worked quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him!

Johnathan and Erin saved the day by coming last minute. They were friendly and efficient and enjoyed doing their job. They disassembled and reassembled my huge sofa, took doors off refrigerators In order to move. They saved the day i would definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family.

Excellent job, fair pricing and it was a hot humid day. The team worked hard and very accomedating.

After assuring us for almost a week that he would be able to help us with our SMALL move, we end up with a no show on the day of lol. We literally spent ALL NIGHT last night moving everything the guys wouldnt be taking over to the new house, didnt finish until after midnight, then came home and disassembled everything so it was ready for the movers, for no reason. He confirmed around 1am that even though he had a job prior to ours that he would show for our small move. And when I say small move I mean we had a sectional couch, an entertainment center and 2 tvs, a queen bed and dresser, baby crib and dresser, and an apartment washer and dryer and dishwasher. Thats it. So after we confirmed with Jonathan we then had to remind him that he never even asked for our address, and politely said PLEASE IF YOU CANT MAKE IT LET US KNOW NOW SO WE CAN *TRY* TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS. He says itll be fine. Whether he comes at 10am or later, hes coming. GUESS NOT. Fast forward to the morning and now his truck is broken down lol of course it is. Oh but he has a friend with another moving company hell have him call us. This guy wanted us to put a deposit down of $150 at 11am but said he couldnt even come until 9PM. Um, no? So we can pay you, wait all day and when 9 finally comes and you dont show were what, robbed? I dont think so. We dont know him from a hole in the wall. So we turn the other guy down and Jonathan says thats fine, HELL SEND US 2 GUYS TO HELP US MOVE IF WE CAN GET A TRUCK. SO INSTEAD OF TAKING MY FATHERS OFFERED HELP OF USING HIS PICKUP TRUCK WE THEN GO AND SPEND MORE MONEY RENTING A UHAUL FOR THESE USELESS EFFING SCUM BUCKETS TO NOT EVEN SHOW UP. WELL THANKS BUDDY! So weve been stood up twice, had some skeezeball try to scam us and here it 2pm WITH NOTHING DONE. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PUT YOUR FAITH IN THIS MAN YOULL END UP SCREWED AND LEFT HANGING. Lol whatever, who cares about the money my husband has 40 grand on him cash money right now k the money isnt the issue, the issue is we put our trust in a scum bucket business man lol never again.

We were lucky to have Jonathan and friends help with our move. They were polite, on time and could manage some heavy lifting without any damage to newly painted walls.

Scheduled with Jonathan to move 2 month ahead of time. However, one day before moving, Jonathan called, saying his truck was broken. So, I rented a U-haul, and Jonathan and 2 workers came to move. They worked hard and did a good job.

At first, our experience with Jon was nice and we felt comfortable, however as time went on, things got out of hand quickly. First off, they stole a magnet while moving our stuff (it’s not expensive, but it’s the principal of it). They overslept and missed our moving day (I guess at least they were honest about it...). When they did show, they were late because Jon had a supervised court order visit with his son... (Isn’t that ironic!) They got red flagged at the Uhaul screaming at the workers. When the move was done, they began to demand (actually yelled and screamed) for more money from us beyond the agreed upon rate. I had planned to tip, had the service been smooth and pleasant, it was very far from that! Overall a terrible experience and I highly recommend you stay far away!!Update: About a week after our move, I received a bill from uhaul saying that I owe toll violations fees. I (stupidly) had put the uhaul on my credit card because Jonathan had asked me to. I am unable to see the exact reason of these charges, but they must have drove through every toll from Buffalo to New York City and back to my expense... Now come to find out, Jonathan doesn’t have a valid license and his wife Katherina Alkaldi, is red flagged at Uhaul... How are you going to run a moving company like this and without trucks of their own? I wish I had noticed all these bad signs from the get go, but I guess you live and learn. What I learned? Stay away from this couple and their “company” they are not a real moving company and are an incredibly rude set of people.Also note, that Katherina has tried to save her husbands rating by posting a fake review of her husband!! Another sign of proof that you should not deal business with these people! They will lie, steal and scream to take your money.

Jonathan and crew were very personable, professional and trustworthy. This is the 2nd time I used them and would recommend them to anyone.
