As the mother of the bride whose daughter lives out of town, Sam came through in so many ways on every little detail. She handled all the many bumps along the way with patience and a smile and shes very detail oriented. We truly could not have made it through without her calm demeanor and precise attention to every matter that needed to be addressed. Our day was wonderful and stress-free thanks to Sam and her crew who were also amazing. She deserves 100 stars for the effort she puts into her business and were very thankful for all her hard work and help.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience with Sam and her team! Our original wedding date was in August of 2020, but we postponed due to Covid. Sam went above and beyond to help us navigate our difficult decision to postpone and later, to talk us through different wedding scenarios in the following months based on the ever-changing situation with large weddings and Covid. In addition to helping us with these logistics, Sam recommended some wonderful vendors to us and helped us coordinate so many details leading up to our wedding in July of 2021. We got married at Knox Farm during a complete downpour, and Sam and her team put in a ton of work behind the scenes to make sure things went smoothly for us and our guests despite the rain. Overall, we were extremely happy with our entire experience with EVL Events!

If I could give Sam 20 stars I would! Sam and her team put together a breathtaking wedding that was what dreams were made of. She creates a stunning and unique wedding that is authentic to each and every couple. I couldn’t have been happier. She is well worth it. We could not have done it without her! I had the wedding of my dreams and that in itself was priceless. Sam makes sure every little detail is taken care of and will go above and beyond to make your dreams a reality.

Sam and team we absolutely fantastic, and my only regret is not hiring them sooner. They worked with a really difficult venue and made sure the day was perfect. Upon arrival, nothing was arranged as we’d requested but when we walked into our cocktail hour it was clear how hard Sam worked to make sure we had the day of our dreams. The team was so nice and professional, it was the biggest comfort knowing that we had them around to manage all of our wedding day chaos. I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know getting married in WNY.

I initially hired Sam as my day-of coordinator, before the pandemic began. I knew I wanted a coordinator so that I could enjoy our wedding day. Quickly, Sam was so much more than just handling the day-of operations. She is so well connected to amazing vendors who made our day so incredible! When the pandemic hit, Sam was a constant source of information, support and encouragement. With so much uncertainty about June 2021, we ended up having to move our reception location 2 months before our wedding - something that would not have been possible (literally) if it werent for Sam. Sam found us a new location that was available on our original date and helped us transform the new space to be more beautiful than we ever could have imagined! If you dont want to stress on your wedding day and want to enjoy every minute while also ensuring your day looks and runs exactly how you envisioned, hire Sam and her team! Our day went off without any issues (that I know of) and all of our guests are still talking about how fun our wedding was! If I could give 10 stars out of 5 I would! We would not have had the wedding of our dreams without Sam and her team!!!

Sam from EVL Events was the first vendor I booked when planning my wedding on 9-10-21, because I knew I wanted someone in control of my day and there to help things go as smoothly as possible! After going to so many weddings that dragged along or were unorganized, I wanted my weeding to be stress free and make my guests experience as good as I possibly could! And to be honest in my small town area it often can be hard finding quality vendors but Sam was beyond what I could have ever expected! Even my husband days after our wedding kept commenting on how awesome she is at her job! Her demeanor is calm and supportive and along the entire planning, even though I only hired her for day of coordinating, she kept in touch and answered and questions I had and also gave me recommendations anytime I asked! I often found myself saying whatever you think because I trusted her whole heartedly and the support and advice I got from her, I truly feel helped me have the most stress free day! I knew it was safe with her! Whether it was coming to the rehearsal and telling me you dont have to do anything tonight we will take care of it all tomorrowor getting down on the ground and rebustling my dress two seconds after I had just taken it down! I truly cannot recommend her enough and anyone who wants a stress free beautiful wedding definitely NEEDS to hire Sam!
