I still love this paper; it runs rings around those of other cities where I have lived...but the darn truck driver fell asleep in Yorkshire, delaying my delivery TODAY BY HOURS! Price increases are OK, but only if the service is good.

Most articles from the buffalo news resemble hot garbage. Its sad that it can still call itself news with how extremely left its falls. News outlets should stay neutral.

Trying to read an article and it quickly takes to a must subscribe page. Must subscribe in order to read an article is unfair!!

The Sunday edition April 12 2020 did not include any inserts. No coupons, circulars, comics, Parade Magazine. I was charged for this edition in full in the amount of $4.00. I questioned the store clerk who insisted that the Sunday Buffalo News does not come with coupons, comics and the other usual inserts and that I am mistaken, and that the paper I am purchasing is complete. Not a single paper at the newsstand had its usual inserts. Store in question is 7-Eleven, Union and Genesee Cheektowaga. If I could give Zero stars I would.

I love the Buffalo News... its a great source for all of the local news and events - as well as the top national and world news of the day. I cant start my day without it.

They made my decision to never ever buy a buffalo newspaper again. Really an article about a thin blue line flag to be taken down. I will also encourage everyone I know to get rid of their subscription to this horrible newspaper.

This paper bamboozles Buffalonians on a daily basis. Mouthpiece of Communists and Socialists. No balance whatsoever. Cannot recommend.

Love the Buffalo News I have been reading it daily for 42years . I started reading the Buffalo News in 1973 when I was a 9 year old kid along with the Courier Express each day and enjoyed both papers. I guess it became apparent in 1982 that this town wasnt big enough for the three of us so the Courier folded and me and the Buffalo News kept rolling along and we stayed together ever since! I love BFLO and love my hometown paper, to me its like Christmas morning every day I open my Buffalo News . I wish the paper continued success long into the citys bright future and im grateful to all their hardworking employees.

I have MISSED FOUR PAPERS! We called the first time, and they brought it to us.....4 days LATER! This time we missed TWO LABOR DAY PAPERS....Sundays AND Mondays! AND, we missed TODAYS PAPER AS WELL!This service leaves a LOT to be desired. I CALLED and was told by a STUPID RECORDING that a credit would be applied. I DO NOT WANT A STUPID CREDIT. I WANT MY BLOODY PAPER!

Edition is often not available in the AM. Most of the content in the BN is either advertising or syndicated news from NYT or other major newspapers. Sports section takes up a disproportionate share of the paper.

Local Buffalo newspaper. I only read through the Sunday paper but was a quality read.
