I have Been apart of Exxcel for 3+ years and It saddens me to see the horrible reviews people have left on here. Susan has been nothing but nice to me and helpful in my modeling and acting career. I came To Exxcel hoping to be a model but Susan had bigger plans for me. She saw something in me that I didnt Even know I had, and since signing with Exxcel I have been booked for commercials and Print ads. This has been a great learning experience. Now because of the training I have had provided by Susan, I have been working on breaking into the acting world more and more each year. She put me in front of the right people at the right times to make me successful !

I have been with Exxcel for close to 20 years and have been pleased with their tiredness efforts to get their talent work. I have gotten roles in many commercials, a short film, promotional videos and just got a opportunity to audition for a network TV show. Thank you Susan and staff at Exxcel.

Keep your children away! Both of my children were already working actively for print and video with a local toy company. We went to exxcel to expand their options. After paying for comp cards and head shots, we only received 2 auditions, both of which my children were cast. Both times, I had to call and call to receive pay. Never received the comp cards we paid for. After several years and not getting any auditions, they tried to get me to pay even more money for a casting website. We finally left after the second casting, when it was almost a year later, and my daughter was never paid. I had to threaten legal action to finally receive payment. Received excuse after excuse. Already spoke to the company who cast her. They had paid out within 30 days of work completion. Yet, they withheld her pay for a year? Im not sure how these people sleep at night! Seriously!

My daughter, Amelia signed with Exxcel about three years ago. She was brand new to the talent industry and neither of us were aware of what we needed to do or the avenues we needed to take. Exxcel took us right under their wings and provided the educational opportunities to teach us what to do and how to do it. Amelia has had photos and a video done by some of the finest photographers in the industry to help her look her best to promote herself. She has had many online educational opportunities taught by very influential people in the talent industry to help her learn what to do and develop her craft. She has taken trips to Los Angeles, New York and Miami for training and casting opportunities. She has attended casting for print opportunities and has been in television and on film. None of this would have been possible without the guidance and assistance from our Exxcel family. Our advice for anyone wishing to embark on an adventure in the talent industry...LEARN as much as you can, RESEARCH everything, and BE PATIENT. It is very rare that someone becomes a star overnight. You must learn and develop your craft and be patient and truly work at whichever niche you have chosen to enter in the talent industry. Good luck everyone!!!

We have enjoyed working with Exxcel Model & Talent, and appreciate the exposure my daughter has with them and their assistance in submitting her for roles and being called in for auditions. The entertainment industry can be difficult and there are no guarantees. It is obvious that those who have complained here were not successful and were looking for others to blame. Exxcel prepared me and was realistic about how the industry works. This has helped me considerably. I have found them to be honest and supportive and would highly recommend their services to others.

Maria insisted we sign our son up with the agency and guranteed work for him in less than three months. After reading the reviews, we thought to give it a shot but our experience was horrific!Nearly a year later and after collecting fees for the entire year during sign-up, they arent returning calls or replying emails. We have everything documented and in the process of filing a complaint with BBB and hoping to take legal action for potential scam. We stopped by the office and were told we cannot go in without an appointment. We explained our situation and were told that someone will call us... that was two months ago.We had better results with a different agency.

Great place to start at modeling or acting. There is not much work in Buffalo, but if you are willing to go to NYC or another big city for jobs, it would be great.

Exxcel Model & Talent it is such a scam... After taking your money they do not get any real jobs for the talents, just unreliable casting information in NYC when you like in Buffalo or worse. It is ridiculous!!!! They are just very unprofessional.I took my two sons to this agency what a mistake!!!!!!After canceling the contract because of their inefficiency ( AND BEING REIMBURSED JUST A PART OF THE FEES WE OCCURRED IN) I asked them to remove their pictures from their bogus website in March 2015... 6 months LATER, NOW SEPTEMBER 2015 this is still no done!!!! SUSAN LUNETTA and MARIA can you please REMOVE THE PICTURES FROM MY TWO SONS FROM YOUR SITE!!!! THEY ARE NOT UNDER ANY CONTRACT WITH YOU. THEY ARE NOT PART OF YOUR AGENCY AT ALL.THANK YOU FOR DOING THE RIGHT THING

A giant scam susan is a restaurant owner and a lousy one at that they give lousy advice and think they cant be held accountable. Thats right I am talking to you susan and Maria you gonna exposed for the frauds you are. One day your gonna find yourself in court.
