The absolute worst place Ive ever been to. The councillors and doctor doesnt care about the people that go there. When you want a return call, its either hours or days later. When you want to switch to a different councilor they get very nasty with you. Its like all you are is just a quick cash grab. I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy.

Been doing better since going here. Its a process, I have learned new techniques to help me get myself in a better place. I believe that you have to put in the work to reap the benefits. The people here are awesome if you want to get help go into the office and they will try and help you.

These people dont care about me or anybody else who goes there they only care about their numbers,there is way too much estragen.ive gotten more help from a book.which is where most of them talk an relate from

At first when I was court ordered to go to horizons I was angry in denial and felt like I wasnt suppose to be there but then I met Lindsey my counselor she had me open up and asked me challenging questions about myself that made me face reality and acceptance . If it wasnt for Lindsey and the staff at horizons I wouldnt have been able to get over my addiction but I did. At 18 years old having a dwi on my record wasnt cool. Now Im 23 years old going on 5 years sober and have a wonderful life that I never thought I could have back then. I recommend this facility to anyone that needs help

My experience with Herizon was poor the young councillors where more concerned about satisfying the court than my recovery.Tessa the councillor was very sneaking and Chelsea is a smile in your face lier behind your back personally i wouldnt recommend this place for help in your recovery sad but true I do not recommend this place for help cause some of the councillor do not have your best interest in recovery they just work there..

Do not use this company. They will bill your insurance forever but no end in sight. You will end up with no satisfaction.

I was SCAMMED ! By the Counselor Mark. I was paying for meetings out of pocket ($98) each day & he knew that. I abided and completed all tasks he asked of me. After 2 months of meetings & telling this random man about my personal life, he closed my assessment due to “lack of information gathered” 2 days before my court date WHICH WAS ALREADY adjourned due to “not enough time to make a decision”. He knew of all of this and left me with no clearance to bring to my court as if I never did any assessment. Go elsewhere !!!!

They schedule you on the wrong days, and hold you accountable for their mistakes.

If your into being treated like a common drug addict or enjoy being classified amongst common rabble when it comes to race or description of mental health symptoms than this place is for you.
