I was in a pinch yesterday and had to get my deer meat processed ASAP. They went above and beyond an hour before they closed to make it happen. I haven’t had a chance to try the sausage yet but I will be bringing all future harvests to these guys. Thank you for the A+ service!

First time there with a large black bear. They did a fantastic job cutting it up. Sausage was outstanding. Had concerns about having the bear caped properly. Taxidermist said it was done the best he has seen. Will always go there in the future.

Never received summer sausage with my order. Kinda upset because all of my ground went to that and the couple packs of hot dogs, I purchased. When I picked up all my cuts, my venison was misplaced and I waited in there for 10-15 minutes until they found it. I was told I would receive a call once the sausage is ready. No call/No voicemail. I should have realized that I wasn’t going to happen because my order was already misplaced/mixed up. No issue with the rest of my order though. This is the first time going to a processor and unfortunately the last. More of reason to teach yourself everything. Don’t care about the money but I was looking forward to the summer sausage

Been taking deer here for a few years now and have been very pleased with the work done. They are very meticulous in there processing and they offer a great list of cut and sausages. Not really a complaint but I wish they had a little bit better hours.

So , this place is now the reason I will process my own deer from now on . I chose them because of location and feel as if I got robbed. I got 3 steaks , 2 roasts , 2 backstraps , 1 tenderloin , 2 packs of stew meat and 9 packs of ground meat and 4 jerky that cost xtra but I am fine with that. Now I hit this mature doe in the hind leg joint . Didnt damage anything else ,and they told me I lost meat because the leg was ruined!!!! Now last time I looked at the anatomy of a deer the tenderloin wasnt anywhere near the hind leg . Theres supposed to be 2 tenderloins!!! Call me crazy but I dont like theifs. And thats what these people are. Dont trust em and wont ever use any processing place ever again. You can very easily find plenty of videos on youtube on how to cut your own derr . And get WAY more than 2 tops bags full of meat!!!! If I could this place wouldnt get any stars.
