Ive been coming here for years and have always loved it. Everybody is so nice it makes you feel comfortable. I was amazed at my most recent visit a couple weeks ago; I make my appointments annually with my sister and mother, we usually have a couple different tests each, same for this year and we were in and out very quickly. No waiting at all.

The Techs and front Receptionist were all so friendly and made you feel comfortable. The mama gram machine is awesome ! No more holding breath. The office is an old house and is very cute inside. Highly recommend to get your annual Mammograms here.

If I could, I would give them a -5. I found a lump (which is believed to be a cyst.) Long story short, the nurse, Brenda was incredibly rude and dismissive of the pain I am experiencing. I will be reporting them.

Very clean and awesome staff

The staff at the breast screening center of Western new York are very kind, professional and compassionate. If you have mobility issues i.e. standing at the x-ray machine they can do your mammogram well you sit in a chair. They also have a ramp to get into their building. As a previous review noted it really was virtually painless. Job well done!

DO NOT GO HERE! TWO cautions in 1 Week from prominent, well respected WNY physicians for this practice to be the LAST place to go for a mammogram. My mother is being treated for stage 2 breast cancer for a 4 CM tumor and had a Mammogram in Sept 2013 (9 months prior to finding tumor herself). There are no facts to say that it was there in past repeated annual mammograms but at 75 years old to have a 4 cm tumor 9 months after a mammogram is unlikely. The quality of the reports they gave to Roswell were also poor quality and gave them little confidence. Please proceed with caution!!!!

Still struggling to get treatment for a problem Ive had over a year and a half, the radiologist refused to talk to me about my screening and was incredibly rude and dismissive. I am still in frequent terrible pain and no one seems to take it seriously. Had a mammogram here after one lady didnt want to give me one despite the script my doctor sent and funding, due to my young age... finally one and 2 exams with ultrasound later and they still give me no useful information. I fear for my health.
