Had Laumanns out for a quote, very prompt and knowledgeable

As a household with 3 disabled people, we were initially very happy to contract Laumanns to plow and mow. But, as for plowing, when they decided to show up, it could be 48 hours or more since the last snowfall.As for mowing, Laumanns said (we found out later) that a mower couldnt fit into our lawn, and decided to not to do so (push mower has fit for 23 years but ok). They did not inform us of this fact and we had to call them after the grass got 18 inches high. Not happy to say the least.

I tried to get a quote from these guys multiple times and they never replied to me.
