Amazing place to go for hearing aids! My grandmother has been struggling for years with her hearing but we procrastinated doing anything because we had no idea who to call, how the process works and if it would really help. One day I was talking to a coworker who recently took his grandmother to her hearing appointment and he said they had a positive experience with HES. I have been seeing Dr. Kristina Jackson at HES for over 7 years. I just bought my second set of hearing aids from them. All the staff is extremely friendly & personable. Dr. Jackson is very knowledgeable & current regarding all makes & models of hearing aids. She is not happy until you are happy with your hearing! I trialed 4 different makes before deciding on my new hearing aids!I have been wearing hearing aids for 14 years & this experience far outweighs any other provider!
