The facilities are clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. Lisa Ball is very much an expert in her field and caring in her evaluation and treating the problem. The process from start to finish is not rushed and professional. I have been a patient for over ten years.

I was very impressed with this practice. It was very clean. All staff was very friendly and outgoing. The provider I saw was Christine Geiger and she was wonderful! Extremely knowledgeable and took her time with me with everything. Nothing was rushed and she genuinely wanted to make sure I understood what she was telling me making sure I didnt have any questions. I was very impressed and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

At first I wasn’t going to call them because I saw they did cosmetics so I thought they didn’t accept insurance. I’m glad I did because they do it all.Everyone was so nice. As soon as I walked in the girls at the desk were very welcoming, the girl that did my intake was really sweet and informative. The doctor and her assistant were amazing.

I received services at Neiman Dermatology recently, and was very pleased. The staff were professional and took the time to explain what they saw and the minor procedure being performed. Best experience ever in a doctors office with two toddlers. Everyone was so great, warm and welcoming. We met with nurse practitioner Nancy, and she was the kindest, most understanding medical professional I’ve ever talked to. She made sure I fully understood why we were there, what our options were and took the time to take sure I knew exactly what to do next. Having gone somewhere else that was cheaper from a groupon, I now realize with that you really get what you pay for and when it comes to a laser on my skin, Ill pay more! Jonathan was great. No, my issue isnt fully solved or resolved, but he definitely did his due diligence. He thought out of the box, spent real time with me taking in every aspect of my skin issue. He made great referrals in terms of what I could do at home and who I could see to get a more definitive answer. Most of all he was very efficient at allaying my fears. My skin issue occurred suddenly and was aggressive. So I was afraid. He didnt waste any time doing whatever it took to rule out the worst things it could be. Just that alone, gave me peace of mind, while I struggle with my symptoms. The stress was making things worse. One thing he cured was my stress about my skin. I wasnt sure what to expect. But what I found was a real doctor, who applied real thought and skill and treatment. He also is a bit of a genius. Hes like an encyclopedia for skin. My husband even liked him so much that he started seeing him for a totally different issue. He instantly felt like he could trust Jonathan.

I had my eyebrows Micro-Bladed, by Audrey yesterday afternoon. The experience was so positive for me in every way, to be honest. From the minute I arrived I was greeted promptly & the office personnel was professional and friendly. I was taking in on time, and my procedure was explained fully, and Audrey made me feel at ease. Anxiety, unfortunately is something that I deal with from time to time in situations that Im not sure of, or anxious about. Audrey was able to nip that all in the bud, for me. She was calming and I knew that she had my best interest at heart. She wanted my eyebrows to look their best, and she took her time, and was precise, and listened to any questions/concerns that I had. I knew very quickly that I could relax and just let her do what she is excellent at. My brows couldnt look better, and I am beyond happy!
