The folks here were all very professional and helpful.Everyone there I was involved with took there time and explained what they were doing and answered my questions.The office and rooms clean, neat and relaxing. Would highly recommend.

Everyone at Advanced Endodontics go above and beyond with everything they do. No one likes to go get a “root canal” done EVER. Throughout the entire process here, you are treated with pleasant faces and voices along with an explanation of every step they are going to take you through. They have massage chairs that keep you relaxed during your procedures. I will always go back to Advanced for any procedures needed.

My first and last visit at this office. My experience started out very good, but then went downhill from there. When I questioned a couple of things like my vertigo that I experienced after the procedure and hematoma on my face I did not get a response or explanation. Never have I experienced this and it was very unsettling to me. Thank goodness I had to do a follow up with my regular dentist who took the time to explain why this happened.

I had a great experience. The office is very up to date, the procedure was thoroughly explained and they made me feel comfortable. The endodontist very personable and did a great job. Hopefully I never need another root canal, but I would return here if so.

This office visit was superb!. It started with both receptionist greeting me and making me feel very comfortable. Then the cleanliness of the entire office was a definite plus for me. The procedure was painless, Dr. Hamad and his assistant Kaitlin explained each step of the process thoroughly and continued to make sure the entire procedure was painless.

Dr Hamad is the best ! The office is clean , the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. He has state of the art equipment, the treatment chair massages your back ! That’s such an added bonus . Dr Hamad explains the procedure every step of the way ,constantly making sure you are comfortable . He is down to earth, easy to talk to , and very good at what he does . I give him a full page of gold stars ! ( and no i wasn’t paid to give him such a good review 😊 ).

This office sent me a bill after two years and claimed the insurance company would not cover the charge. Claims cannot be submitted after one year.

I just had a root canal here yesterday who my regular dentist recommended. Let me tell you this- he is the best!!!! I was nervous and he was so kind and really cared how I was doing each step of the way. Walked me through, kept checking on how I was doing during the procedure, and let me know as we were getting close to finishing up. The entire procedure was only 40 minutes from numbing until I was walking out the door. His assistant and front office staff were also caring and checked in.State of the art facility- 4 D X-ray, high tech equipment, and my room had a fireplace, tv monitor, and a massage chair. I highly recommend! Can’t say enough good things.

I have major anxiety when it comes to the dentist but Dr. Hamad made sure I experienced zero pain. He kept asking to make sure I was OK. My dentist in Syracuse said I needed a root canal. His office staff asked if I wanted to stay in network...I did. They asked whether I wanted to travel to Albany or Buffalo🙄. I picked Buffalo. I went to Advanced Endodontics of Buffalo. Dr. Hatim Hamad was excellent. He did the root canal in one visit to save me from returning. His office staff were knowledgeable and everyone seemed invested in making sure I was comfortable....sunglasses to protect my eyes from the bright light and a dental chair that had a slight massaging action to relax me while I waited. Most importantly, after being appropriately numbed, I didnt feel a thing. Their patient education for aftercare was very thorough (including informing young women that if an antibiotic was prescribed and they are on the pill, they should use a second form of birth control). I wish he were closer, but if I need another root canal and our dental insurance improves giving me other options, I may still choose to take a drive to Buffalo!

An unfortunate reason to have to visit, but everyone was very efficient and professional. I did not have to wait long to get in or for attention to the matter I had come to remedy. Dr Hamad was friendly and answered all my questions and makes himself available if there should be any problems. It was an easy and pain free experience. He did a great job. I had surgery yesterday and Im still amazed at how comfortable and painless it was from start to finish. The doctor is friendly, kind, and very understanding of how nervous I was. I would highly recommend especially for people with a low pain tolerance. Theyre located next to a great bakery also, so an added bonus was having fresh croissants as my soft food for the rest of the day 1 of surgery.

He took his time explaining exrays and pictures that were taken. I was there for a root canal which he could not do because my tooth was to badly damaged. Yesterday I had the most peaceful, painless root canal performed by Dr. Hamad. I almost fell asleep as my back was gently massaged by the chair and sun glasses he gave me protected my eyes from the bright light. I dont need to go back because the root canal was completed in one visit. Dr. Hamad is pleasant, caring and handsome (that was good). His assistant was most helpful and caring too. Very comfortable and relaxing setting which is greatly appreciated given the stress and anxiety surrounding dental work. The exam room had a pretty stone accent wall, electric fireplace and massaging chair.Dr. H was very pleasant, knowledgable and patient. He ensured I never felt an ounce of pain.

Everyone in the office was very polite. During the procedure he told me what was going throughout the entire thing. The building is beautiful on the inside. Don’t let the outside of the building deceive you!! I am so afraid of dental work and they made me feel very comfortable and relaxed as possible!

Dr Hamad did a great job of diagnosing an issue with a molar which had a root canal circa 1997. He was able to do the work on the first diagnostic visit.The office is unassuming from Harlem Rd but is state of the art inside. As for local anesthetic, Dr Hamad did excellent work as I was pain free for the procedure but back to normal 4 hours later.My general dentist, who is highly respected with 40 years of experience, recommended Dr Hamad as 1 of only 2 endodontists to go to in Buffalo. He was correct.

Staff does not disclose pertinent information when setting up patients and taking their insurance information and then lies about it when confronted. If I had been told the provider would no longer be taking my sons insurance in February of 2021 when I made the appointment in November, why would I have scheduled an evaluation for the end of January? What logical sense does this make? Staff is also very rude and leaves patients on hold for hours. I was placed on hold in the middle of sentence and left on hold for over 2 hours. Yes, I can be stubborn. I was charged for two scans, then told they could only do one at a time and after checking the one, and indicating to the provider there were two teeth requiring treatment was told both could be done, and my son was taken to do the second scan. The staff and the provider knew the insurance. During the evaluation the provider told me about two procedures one covered by the carrier and one not - both being good choices, and still never told the carrier would no longer being accepted in 11 days. It was not until I called to schedule the root canal for a 13 year old was I told they would no longer be taking his insurance. So they got my money, $350.00 for a service the insurance company indicates is not medically necessary unless the face or jaw is broken or fractured, so the provider can convince patients to try a new treatment not yet approved by insurances. What a racket!! And now I am out the money and had to find another provider to care for my son! Patients care first, Right???

I highly recommend Advanced Endodontics of Buffalo. They were able to get me in early since I was in pain and took care of everything. They answered all my questions were efficient and really nice people from the front desk to the Dr. thanks for your help, feeling much better now.

No one wants a root canal and unfortunately Ive needed several in the last few months, but Dr. Hamad is a great Endodontist. Im so glad I found this office before I needed all my work done. I am still sore after the root canal but I am hoping to recover soon from all the pain that was caused due to infection. However we had a hard time finding the place. The name board should be more apparent. And once that’s Ok I love everything about the place and the service they have provided.

I never had a root canal before, HATE getting my teeth worked on (besides cleaning) and I ALWAYS feel the drilling for fillings and was worried I’d have the same issue with a root canal...NOT TRUE HERE!!! Staff was extremely nice and Dr Hamad was very nice, very quick, professional, and I LOVED that he gave me a ton of Novocain lol highly recommend!! Was definitely worth the 45 min drive! I’m so happy my sensitivity is gone!

I had originally called last week to schedule a my root canal. Appts were a few weeks out but the staff told me they’d put me on a cancel list. Less than one week later I got a call, they fit me in the next day. I knew before my appt how much I would owe. I get extremely nervous about dental procedures. I first came across Advanced Endodontics of Buffalo when I needed a root canal on my molar. I was so scared and filled with so much anxiety from watching videos on YouTube. Dr. Hatim’s calm demeanor And expertise was enough to stop me from running out of the chair. Dr. Hatim is very skilled in every aspect of the root canal. His assistant is so well versed in the steps of a root canal she knew every tool he needed before he asked for it. So, a combination of all these qualities built my trust with this facility.So, when I was suspicious that my second root canal on my premolar was improperly done. Regardless of recommendations to other places I came to AEB. Because I only trust Dr. Hatim. He pulled up my X-ray and quickly identified the problem and gave a solution. Because he establishes trust with his patients I was eager to have my root canal fixed by him. Now I am confident that both molars will be healthy for a lifetime.I appreciate his professionalism and straight to the point attitude. He’s a great teacher as a graduate student I would love to learn from him. Even though I won’t be needing another root canal (fingers crossed). I was referred to Dr Hamad by my regular dentist and I am so happy he picked this place for me to have my root canal! I knew exactly what I was paying before the appointment date. The staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was explained to me in a clear, professional manner. Naturally I was very nervous beforehand, as this was my first root canal, but Dr Hamad made me feel at ease and that he cared about my comfort and I really appreciated that! And the procedure wasnt even that bad! The only critique I have is the outside of the building. I wish his sign was bigger. Was a little confused for a few mins there because all I saw at first was that DRF Design. Didnt see his until I walked up closer. But thats it! Everything was great!! 🙌

I had to have emergency treatment done on a pre-existing crown while I was visiting from the UK. Dr Hammad was friendly and approachable; fitting me in despite such short notice. He has a positive and friendly approach and is very professional. He explained everything step by step and put me at ease about the procedure. The procedure itself was efficient and I particularly liked the way Dr Hammad told me what to expect at each step. The treatment room is well decorated and provides a calm environment and I cant praise the massaging chair enough to take away any anxieties about the treatment. I would highly recommend.

Had 2 root canals in one visit when my dentist couldnt get me in anytime soon to make it happen. The staff was pleasant, the facility was clean and comfortable, and the procedure went well. Only disappointment was that they had to take new x-rays instead of being able to get them from my dentist. If I had known that ahead of time I could have probably found a way to transfer them... x-rays arent cheap.

I needed an emergency route canal & they fit me in that day within a couple hours. Procedure was quick & painless!

I would highly recommend Advanced Endodontics. I saw Dr Hatim Hamad. The office was clean and they were very conscientious of Covid rules for not spreading the virus. Your comfort is important to them and it shows from the little extra things they have, from a chair with a soft massage, a small fire place in the exam room to sunglasses so the Drs light doesn’t bother your eyes.I have a lot of fear when going for any dental procedure and especially novacaine. I have to say this was the best experience I’ve had with it. There was virtually no pain, just nerves from anticipating pain that never came. If I ever need an endodontist again, I will definitely call them.

A recent root canal was causing a dull and annoying ache. Something was not right. My dentist recommended Dr Hadad. Upon further examination Dr Hadad quickly found the cause of my discomfort and performed the procedure, He and his staff were excellent. Everyone was kind and caring. I highly recommend.

100% best dentist I’ve ever been to. Dr. Hamad was very quick, explained every step of the process and showed me the 3D X-ray, and also very polite. The staff was wonderful and their COVID-19 procedures were evident.

This is my third time and third root canal at Dr. Hamads office. The man knows what he is doing and can handle multiple clients at once without a client feeling neglected. Dr. Hamad explains the treatment, works quickly and efficiently all while you are seated in a massage chair. The staff are just about as competent as the Dr., friendly and made my experience comfortable. The nurse answered all 10,000 of my questions !I especially love that the front office staff was able to make my appointment and tell me exactly what I would owe after the service.

Excellent dentist with excellent staff. Referred for root canal work. He discovered an infected cavity beneath crown that had led to an abcess. It was a LONG process but very thorough. His goal was to ensure the infection would not return. He stopped procedure twice at my request so I could use mens room. Very clean, pleasant office and staff, up to date and modern equipment. Despite extent of work that needed doing, no discomfort post treatment then or nine hours later. I was impressed.

I was very anxious upon arriving. Ive had a couple of bad root canal experiences in the past. This was my first visit to Advanced Endodontics. Dr. Hamad and his staff were very attentive and caring through my evaluation to determine if another was needed. I had the root canal on the same day. Although the evaluation was a little painful to determine if the root canal was needed, he very obviously tried to keep it as painless as possible. My mouth wouldnt numb easily and Dr. Hamad took time and made sure it was numb before he got started. Thank you.

It was such a great experience, no one ever looks forward to a root canal and I get anxious when it comes to these type of things,but the second I walked into the exam room and sat in the chair (which is a massage chair) I felt a lot calmer, once the doctor came in he explained everything step by step as he was doing it and kept asking me how I was doing through the entire thing! My 12 year old daughter also went to him and was able to do a partial root canal so she was able to keep her tooth! I would highly reccomend this office to anyone!
