Helpful employees. Small area to back into a dock. So no overnight parking is available. There is Jims truck stop a few miles away with a scale.

Got here an hour early right at open time 7 am, was put in a dock immediately, and within 15 minutes they got after it. There is no dock light they come out to you. Chuck tires, and disconnect air to trailer. Large lot and easy angled blind sided dock loading, As long as there is no trucks in the dock at 250 that is. Over night parking is allowed, no bathrooms if you stay though, and the closest one is either Dennys or the gas station by the airport ( about a half mile walk). A note on this, Im from here, you are under a mile walk from the Olive Tree restaurant from here, and they have outstanding food.

I show up here 9 am for 2pm pick up and I get the door right up , the lady from shipping office its very nice and friendly

I got appt at noon and i got here the night earlier and chk in early and they put me in the dock right away.

Showed up about 20 minutes early for my appointment. Quick check-in and sent straight to a door. Had me loaded and out of there in about 45 minutes.

Extremely unprofessional people.

I can’t speak for any other drivers experience here. I showed up at 2230 for a 1500 THE NEXT DAY day appointment and they loaded me by midnight and let me Finish my 10 at the end of the building. I wish every shipper was as on their game as Sonwil. Thank you so much.

Nice clerk , tight space to turn in ,but fast loading time when I went there.

Be sure you have an appointment...just b/c it is on your paper work does not mean they have you on theirs.

Plan on staying here over night, the dock workers are slow and will make you sit waayyyy past your 11. An army of ants would be able to load the trailer faster.

Im a truck driver and the people were very quick getting drivers in and out of the docks.

There is No way you will get loaded before your appointment time, (f.ck these appointments )👎🏿👎🏻... plus it takes a lifetime to get you loaded, very slow 🐌🐌

Be ready to wait to get loaded this place is very bad they dont care about any other driver other than they own trucks.Not friendly very rude

Limited space with 45 degree blindside docks...unless you are within you appointment time do not arrive...they are good people

Was 2 hours late due to previous customers held me up appt was for 4pm got here at 6pm then broker gave me wrong address went to 100 instead of 200 camped at 100 checked in at 7am was told I was at wrong address needed 200 went and checked in at 200 was told I was late I said yes I was 2 hrs late stayed the night at 100 was asked how I got wrong address told them Broker so was told they would work me in that was over 12 hours ago and Im going on 29 hours being on property.

Wayyyy to long wait time to get loaded 2 plus hrs to be loaded and when you call for scheduling appointments the the phone just rings and rings call at 11 to change my appointment the phone rang for almost and hr and then they picked up the phone and hung up !!!!! Horrible place to get loaded at if your not force dispatched deny going here !!!!!

Usually pretty quick loading nice office staff most generally morning are little slow but picks up in the afternoon so if your able to hit it in the am they will take you early as long as product is there and no overnight parking available
