Amazing experience. After feeling very frustrated when several notary at UPS and Banks in Buffalo said they can not notarized documents outside New York State, this company was able to meet us in less than an hour at a convenient location, they were very familiar with international notary requirements, professional, kind, considerate and very reasonably priced for their services. They offered and highly recommend notarizing an extra set of documents in case one got lost in the mail (free of charge). They client customer service was very comforting. Im a little late on writing this review, but I used their services back in October for an home closing in Washington, DC. It was very convenient as we were able to meet in a Starbucks in Buffalo. Everything was quick and smooth. The documents were all in order and the closing went well. I would definitely use them again!

I needed a document notarized in the USA. Sunday was the best day for us to go. John was super. He came did his job even though his daughter had a swim meet. It was a great experience!

Highly recommended this service! Needed to have a large number of insurance agents fingerprints taken for licensing requirements and Buffalo Notary was able to accommodate us on site to provide this service. Very efficient and professional and now have them on speed dial for all our future needs.

John Duffy was absolutely exceptional. He answered the phone the first time I called him gave me the exact information I was looking for. I sent him the paperwork to print and prepare for my cleints to sign. He met my clients the very next morning at 7:30am (a Saturday keep in mind) to sign a deed package needed for a settlement in Philadelphia on Tuesday morning. He also has access to a portable scanner that allowed the documents to be scanned and approved by my title company immediately.Once that was complete, he went to drop the package with the pre-paid fed ex slip. This is when it gets really good. He noticed that it was coming from a Canadian address and called me to let me know that it wouldn’t arrive in time if he used this label. I immediately sent him an updated label from his NY address and he waited at fed-ex while I did this. He mailed the package within minutes. I have to be honest without his organization and willingness to help this home would not be going to settlement as planned. Thank you again so much to John and the Buffalo Notary Service for making this happen!!
